      • 大防風湯이 흰쥐의 臟器組織에 미치는 影響

        The effects of Daebangpoongtang on the liver, stomach, kidney and spleen of normal and collagen-induced arthritis rats were investigated using histological and histochemical methods. The results were as follows ; 1. The slight cloudy swelling was observed in the liver of Daebangpoongtang treated normal rats (N-DA) as compared with normal rats, however additional changes such as inflammation and denser PAS stainability in cytoplasm showed in both D.W treated arthritis rats (A-DW) and Daebangpoongtang treated arthritis rats (A-DA). 2. In the stomach, a few disordered surface epithelial lining were seen and difference stainabilities of PAS and sWGA were also demonstrated. 3. In the kidney, a few injuried cells occured in the proximal convoluted tubule of N-DA. And with these changes, unclear glomerulus and Bowman's capsule as well as different stainabilities of PAS, SBA aid BSL-1 were present in the A-DW and A-DA. 4. No siginficant difference existed between normal and experimental group in the spleen. The morphological and histochemical changes of internal organs in the A-DW and A-DA were noted slight inflammation and different stainabilities as compared with normal rats, while these changes were not significant in the N-DA. Consequently above results suggest that Daebangpoongtang has temporary effect on the normal rats.

      • 水球選手의 無酸素性 파워에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the Anaerobic Power and Blood lactate concentration of Water-polo players (University and high school) in incremental load exercise. Subjects were selected from Korean National College of Physical Education and Seoul High School, whose careers had been 3 to 4 years in water-polo. The study utilized isokinetic muscle contraction test and Wingate test by Cybex-Ⅱ and computerized bicycle-ergometer. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Anaeroble powers of water-polo players of the university and high school respectively were 57.62±3.99%, 48.8±8.74% in Extensor and were 45.5±7.30, 39.0±6.96% in Flexor by Cybex-Ⅱ. 2. Anaerobic powers between two groups by wingate test were 57.62±3.99KPM/S in College group, 50.58±3.17PM/S in High School group with a mean power and 68.49±6.19KPM/S in College group, 61.32±3.64KPM/S in High School group with maximal state. But It was a statistically significant differences (p <.001) between two group. Fatigue index of water-polo players of College and high school saparately were 31.14±2.36% and 37.96±4.56%. These data showed a statistically significant difference (p<.001). 3.Maximal blood lactate concentrations between College players and High School Players were 8.6±0.73mmoles/1 and 7.4±1.88 mmoles/1, revealing a statistically significant difference (p< .01) in 3 minute recovery. And recovery ratio respectively are 64.4%, 62.9% in not statistically significant difference at 10 minute of recovery. 4. Correlation coefficients between endurance ratio of extensor, flexor and maximal blood lactate respectively showed 0.872, 0.804 for water-polo player of univ. and high school. Between means, maximal values of wingate test and maximal blood lactate are 0.849, 0.860.

        장간막 림프절염으로 발현된 Kikuchi-Fujimoto병 1예

        Kikuchi-Fujimoto 병은 주로 경부 림프절을 침범하는 질환이지만, 드물게 회맹부 장간막 림프절을 침범하여, 발열을 동반한 우하복부 통증과 반발압통을 나타내는 장간막 림프절염을 일으킬 수 있다. 급성 충수돌기염과 유사한 양상의 급성 복증을 호소하는 젊은 성인의 경우, 장간막 림프절염 여부를 확인하여야하며, 그럴 경우 Kikuchi-Fujimoto 병을 감별 진단에 포함시켜야 한다. 저자 등이 경험한 장간막 림프절염으로 발현된 성인의 KikuchiFujimoto 병 1예는 국내에서는 최초로 발견된 것이기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease or histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis is a benign, rare, self limitimg disease presenting with mainly cervical lymphadenopathy and fever unresponsive to antibiotics or medical treatment. A 28-year old man presented with fever and right lower quadrant abdominal pain. Physical examination showed abdominal tenderness and rebound tenderness mimicking acute appendicitis. Imaging studies showed normal appendix and other abdominal organs except enlarged multiple mesenteric lymph nodes. Symptoms persisted despite antimicrobial therapy. Multiple tender lymph nodes were palpable on bilateral cervical area at the 7th hospital day. The biopsy of the neck node showed large areas of patchy, irregular necrosis with prominent nuclear debris surrounded by T lymphocytes, histiocytes without neutrophils and granuloma, so he was diagnosed as Kikuchi- Fujimoto disease. With conservative management, clinical improvement was observed. We suggest that Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease with mesenteric lymphadenitis should be added to the differential diagnosis of acute abdomen mimicking acute appendicitis in young adults.

        불화석 용액내 불소농도의 장기변화와 첨가물의 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study were to measure the solubility of the stannous fluoride experimentally,to find a method for improving the solubility of the stannous fluoride,and to observe the effect of longterm storage of the variation of the concentration of fluoride in the stannous fluoride solutions.By adding such materials as antiseptics,dye,flavor,and tests to solution,the variation of the fluoride concentration was also observed. Ten groups of 0.4% stannous fluoride solutions to which glycerine,sodium chloride,chlorhexidine,dye,flavor,xylitol,and sorbitol were added were prepared.The measurements were carried out by direct calibration. The obtained results were as follows. 1.Effect of adding glycerine as solvent:This solubility of the stannous fluoride increased in the case of adding glycerine.By increasing the glycerin concentration,the fluoride level in stannous fluoride solution also increased. 2.Effect of adding sodium chloride and chlorhexidine.:Comparing to the case of pure water,low fluoride level was measured in case of adding sodium chlorid and high fluoride level was measured in case of adding chlorhexidine. 3.Effect of adding erythrosin as dye and banna essence as flavor.:Adding erythrosin and banna essence didn't affect fluoride level. 4.Effect of adding xylitol and sorbitol.:The effects of xylitol and sorbitol were nearly the same as the effect of adding erythrosin and banna essence.

        The objectives for this project is to develop the test equipment of the automobile alternator's characteristics. The main activities and the results of this project are summarized as follows. 1. State-of-the art analysis of automatic test equipment for factory automation. 2. System analysis and design the test equipment of the automobile aiternator's characteristics. 3. Development of software for the alternator's performance test. 4. Development of hardware for control system. 5. Total system integration test. We developed the automatic test equipment for automible alternator's characteristics with personal computer which basis on the microprocessor pheriperal devices and sensing devices. We hoped that our developed systems are very useful in automobile alternator's test equipment and that the interest for factory automation is incresed in industry environments.

        Ruled Surface로 형성된 임펠러 블레이드 전용 CAD/CAM 시스템 개발 Ⅰ : 모델링에 관한 연구 A Study on the Modeling

        We have developed the exclusive CAD/CAM system for the machining of impeller blades. This study is about the modeling method for the effective machining of impeller blades formed by ruled surface. As the impeller is consisted of boss part and blade part, the boss is modeled by rotational surface of hub curve on z-axis and the blade is described by ruled-surfaces between hub curve and shroud curve. This modeling process can be carried out on the software developed in this study. And, the developed software can describe the impeller as a solid model through interface with Solid-Works software. The developed software containing the interface method proposed in this study was very effective for impeller modeling.

        This study is continuous with the study 1 (A Study on the Modeling) and the sample impeller of this study is defined by the modeling process of the exclusive CAD/CAM system developed in the study I. And, this study describes a method for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades formed by ruled surface. Therefore, the exclusive CAD/CAM system is the software for modeling and machining of impeller blades. By using the machining method suggested in this study, we could manufacture impeller blades on 5-axis CNC machining center and the machined impeller was very agreeable to the designed impeller. Thus, theories proposed in this study can be very useful for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades.
