This study presents the improvement of cubic spline interpolation without overshoot. The o-riginal cubic spline interpolation has overshoots between two data. They are noises in still image zoom because of getting out of the pixel value. But the improvement of cubic spline in-terpolation removes them and proffers better quality still image than other interpolations.

생체 인식 정보 검출을 위한 Watershed 기반 Texture 병합에 관한 연구

this paper presents the method that extracts by using watershed algorithm the area which is available for the feature factor in the iris. The inputted image is preprocessed and transferred to the texture block pattern by Polar Coordinate System Transformation. In this paper, the iris feature area is extracted from the image of Texture Block Pattern using Watershed Algorithm. The extracted area is indexed by average value and size of the feature area. After the position information of the feature area is rearranged by Polar Coordinate System Inverse-Transformation. In result, the proposed method showed that is possible to extract the definite iris feature.

SPHIT 알고리즘의 개선을 통한 JPEG2000 정지영상 부호화에서의 압축효율 개선

With the increasing use of multimedia technologies, image compression requires higher performance as well as new functionality. Specially, in the specific area of still image encoding, a new standard, JPEG2000 was developed. This paper proposed SPHIT Algorithm that uses a method to optimized selection of threshold from feature of wavelet transform coefficients and to removes sign bit in LL area on JPEG2000. Experimental results show the proposed algorithm achieves more improved bit rate.

Metal (loid)s such as environmental contaminants affect food safety. Metal (loid)s exist trace extremely in agriculture products. Therefore it is important to analyze accurately about trace these metals. High resolution techniques and quality controls are needed to analyze these materials. In order to achieve quality results, standardized methods and techniques are required. So ISO(International Organization for Standardization) of laboratory proficiency testing is determination of laboratory testing performance by means of inter-laboratory comparison. The values have been derived as a consensus of a number of laboratories using a variety of methods. Proficiency tests were applied to analyze the metal(loid)s [inorganic arsenic (As), total As and cadmium (Cd)] in powdered rice FAPAS 07187 (Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme; February-April 2013). The rice powder sample was extracted with 1% HNO3 for inorganic As for microwave-assisted extraction using water at 95℃ for 90 min and their analysis by HPLC/ICPMS. Also, HNO3 for total As and Cd using microwave-assisted extraction using at 200℃ for 50 mins and analysis by ICP/MS. Validation check was performed for accuracy using CRM (NMIJ CRM 7503-a) for inorganic As, and CRM (IRMM-Rice CRM) for total arsenic and cadmium. The result were satisfactory. FAPAS 07187 the z-scores of inorganic As, total As and Cd in powdered rice were-1.8,-0.9 and 0.2(lzl<2, respectively).

드라이 용제(dry solvent)를 취급하는 근로자들의 자각증상

드라이 용제를 취급하는 근로자들의 건강장애를 알아보기 위하여 드라이 용제 폭로 근로자 51명과 동일 사업장의 사무직 근로자 97명을 대상으로 자각증상 호소율을 조사하고, 건강진단을 통해 간기능검사(혈청 GOT, 혈청 GPT)와 혈액검사(혈색소량, 혈구용적치, 백혈구수)를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 중추신경계 관련증상과 일부 자극증상이 폭로군에서 비교군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 최근 1주일간 작업 중에는 '머리가 무겁게 느껴진다', '눈이 침침하다', '두통이 있다', '어지럽다' 순이었고, 지난 6개월 동안에 경험한 증상은 '몸이 나른하다', '눈이 쉽게 피로해진다', '머리가 무겁게 느껴진다', '현기증이 난 적이 있다(어지럽다)', '눈이 침침하다', '머리가 띵하다' 순이었다. 2. 혈액검사 결과는 1명의 철결핍성 빈혈 외에는 모두 정상이었다. 간기능 검사상 이상소견율은 폭로군에서 높앗으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 연령, 근속기간, 비만도, 흡연 유무, 음주습관 등을 고려한 로지스틱회귀분석에서도 폭로군의 교차비(odds ratio)가 유의하게 높지 않았다. 이상의 결과에서 드라이 용제에 폭로된 근로자들에서 만성 중추신경계장애로서 기질적 정서증후군에 해당하는 자가증상의 호소율은 증가하나, 혈액학적 소견의 변화와 간기능장애는 관찰되지 않았다. 앞으로 드라이용제에 폭로되는 근로자들의 건강장애를 파악하기 위해서는 자각증상의 조사가 중요하며, 개인별 폭로량을 계량화하여 건강장애를 심층분석하는 것이 필요하다. This study have following results by means of complaint rate of subjective symptoms, liver function test(SGOT, SGPT) and hematological test(Hb, Hct, WBC) in order to investigate the impact of exposure to dry solvent on the health, the subject of study is 51 dry solvent exposed worker and 97 office worker in the same plant. 1. In the complaint rate of subjective symptom, exposed workers are higherthan office workers on the CNS depression and irritation. During working time, they had following symtom in order ① heavy feeling in the head ② dimmed vision ③ headache ④ dizziness. During ordinary time, they had following symtom in order ① general weakness ② strained eye ③ heavy feeling in the head ④ dizziness ⑤ dimmed vision ⑥ light headedness 2. In hematological findings, they had almost within normal limit except one case of iron deficiency anemia. In abnormal rate of liver dysfunction, exposed workers are higher than office workers. But it is'nt significant staistically. Also, in logistic regression analysis which is controlled about age, working career, BMI, smoking habit and weekly alcohol intake, odds ratio of exposed workers aren't higher significant staistically than office workers. As these result, it is recognized that organic affective sydrome in solvent induced-CNS disorders result in when workers exposed dry solvent. But there is no evidence of abnormal hematologic findings and liver dysfunction due to dry solvent exposure. Therefore, the survey onsubjective symptom questionnaire is necessary to recognize health impact of dry solvent, and it is necessary to investigate on health impact according to exposure level of dry solvent.

This paper is to study on the problem and the development plan of security industries in South Korea. At first, this paper is to investigate the present condition and the problem of security industries such as security guarding, specially detailed policemen, call centers, correctional institutions and industrial security guarding. And also, this paper is to examine the development plan in the security guarding, specially detailed policemen, private military corporations, the qualified private investigator system, civil prison running, and industrial security guarding. Finally, this paper is to suggest a political consideration for the specialization of the guard, the improvement of the mechanical security system, advanced countermeasures against the industrial spy or hacker, destitute private security contractors and a devise to guarantee minimum wages of the security guard.

시방 정보 작성과 검색 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Drawings and construction specifications are important documents for project contracts and engineering. However, these documents are not utilized to a full extent because they are not integrated for cross reference. An integrated model was developed for this purpose, and a construction specification management system based on this model was implemented using database and internet technologies. Outcomes of this study is as follows; the system 1) helps diminish conflicts between documents, 2) improves precision of specification information, thus increases productivity in the industry, and 3) provides a powerful tool that can create and manage specification information.

북한의 생물무기 테러위협에 대한 경호경비 대책

I study on the security measures against of bioterrorism in North Korea. Biological Weapons have recently attracted the attention and the resoures of the nation. The paper, purporting to concider security counterplans, comprise six chapters. Chapter Ⅰ which sets out purpose, scope and method is followed by chapter Ⅱ, dealing with the concept of the biological weapons. Chapter Ⅲ concerns the productive capacity and provision against of bioterrorism in the main nations. Chapter Ⅳ consider the productive capacity and threat for South Korea. Chapter Ⅴ adopt to a proper measures against terrorism of biological weapons in North Korea. It is followd by concluding observation made in Chapter Ⅵ. I suggested to The Presidential Security Service in South Korea must prepare detection equipment, inoculate presidential guards with protective inoculation, constitute a data-bases of materials for terror and study against biological weapons, the others.

시간영역에서의 유한차분법을 이용한 접합형 서큘레이터 해석

A junction circulator consists of three transmission lines. connected through suitable matching networks to a magnetized ferrite resonator having three-fold symmetry. In this paper. a finite difference time domain(FDTD) method is applied to the electromagnetic wave analysis of circulator operating at 880㎒. This method is shown to be an efficient method for modeling complicated junction circulator components. The electromagnetic field components are calculated and discussed. We simulate the electric field distribution in inner circulator. The results of the FDTD method is compared with those of mode matching method and shown to be in good agreement.
