상악골의 수술적 상방이동에 대한 연조직의 장기적 변화에 관한 연구

하안면의 장경이 길고 웃을 때 치은이 과다 노출되거나 전치부 개방교합을 나타내는 상악골의 수직적 과성장 환자의 치료법으로 상악골의 수술적 상방이동이 고려되어질 수 있다. 이 방법에 의하여 기능적으로 만족스러운 결과를 가져오더라도 심미적 개선이 중요한 부분인 만큼 장기간에 걸친 연조직 변화를 관찰하여 임상적으로 중요하다고 생각되어지는 상악골 상방이동에 대한 상, 하순의 수직적 변화 특히 안정위시의 상악전치와 상순간의 관계의 변화와 상하순간의 이개 거리의 장기간에 걸친 변화를 관찰하는 것이 수술계획 시 치료결과에 대한 심미적 만족도를 높여 줄 수 있다. 따라서 이번 연구를 통하여 상악골의 수직적 상방이동 후의 장기간에 걸친 연조직 변화를 관찰하여 상악골의 수술적 상방이동에 의한 치료계획시 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위해 술 후 최소한 5년이 경과되고 2mm 이상의 수술적 상방이동이 이루어진 49명의 환자의 술 전, 술 후 1년, 술 후 5년의 측모 두부방사선 규격사진을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 코와 하부와 상순의 연조직 계측점의 술 전과 술 후 5년의 비교시 superior labial sulcus의 상방이동과 pronasale의 전방이동만이 유의성 있는 변화를 보였다. 2) 술 후 1년까지 하순의 전상방으로의 이동이 그 후 후하방으로 변화되는 경향을 보였으나 술 전과 술 후 5년의 비교시 전상방으로의 전위가 유지되었고 이부성형술을 한 군에서 변화가 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 3) 상순의 길이와 홍순(upper vermilion)의 수직적 변화는 술 후 1년까지 감소되었다가 그 후 증가되어 술 전과 비교시 유 의성 있는 변화가 없었으나 하순의 길이의 증가와 홍순(lower vermilion)의 수직적 감소는 술 후 1년과 5년에서 계속 지속되었다. 4) 안저위시 상악전치의 노출이 지속적으로 유의성 있는 감소를 나타냈고, 상하순간의 거리도 지속적 감소를 보였는데 이는 수술에 의한 상악골 상방 이동양보다 큰 감소였다. 5) 술 후 1년 이후에 나타나는 연조직의 하방 이동이 악골의 하방 이동 보다 크게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. Soft tissue changes that occurred between presurgery to 5-years post-surgery in 49 orthognathic surgery patients whose maxillae were moved upward by Le Fort I osteotomy were examined by lateral cephalometric film. The objective of this paper was to document soft tissue changes at long-term follow-up after superior repositioning of the maxilla and to relate soft tissue and hard changes in this group. The results were as follows. 1. On average, soft tissue landmarks in the nose and the upper lip were not changed statistically significantly except superior movement of superior labial sulcus and forward movement of pronasale between presurgery and 5 years postsurgery. 2. Upward and forward movement of the lower lip were found at 5 years postsurgery in comparison with presurgery and genioplasty added this effects. 3. Upper lip length and vertical dimension of upper vermilion didn't show any significant changes, but increase of lower lip length and decrease of vertical dimension of lower vermilion were statistically significant between presurgery and 5 years post-surgery. 4. The decreases of upper incisor exposure and interlabial distance from presurgery to 1 year were continued from 1 year to 5 years and the amount of the decrease was more than that of vertical movement of the maxilla by surgery. 5. Long term changes in soft tissue landmarks from 1 to 5 years postsurgery exceeded hard tissue changes, meaning soft tissue moved down more than skeletal changes.

발자크 문학의 이념적 성격

Le Medecin de Campagne est une oeuvre ou Balzac expose au public une vue d'ensemble de ses idees politiques, sociales, morales et religieuses. La profession de foi de Balzac, exprimee par la voix de Benassis, heros du roman, en revele le caractere extremement conservateur. Balzac critique severement le principe du suffrage universel et du parlementarisme. Selon ses idees, le droit d'election doit etre limite aux elites restreintes, puisque l'egalite entre les citoyens n'est qu'un mythe, et le pouvoir politique doit etre mis entre les mains d'un chef puissant, puisque le pouvoir a besoin d'unite et de force. Le seul contrepoids efficace a ce systeme sera la religion qui enseigne aux pauvres la resignation, et aux riches la charite. Balzac s'affirme dans cette oeuvre comme un ecrivain qui declare ecrire a la lumiere de deux verites eternelles, la religion et la monarchie. Malgre le conservatisme eclatant de Balzac, les balzaciens, surtout les balzaciens a la tendance marxiste essaient de justifier la position ideologique de Balzac, et de verifier dans ses oeuvres la fameuse these d'Engels, <le plus grand triomphe du realisme>. La raison en est sans doute dans la peinture cynique et impitoyable que La Comedie humaine a faite de l'aristocratie et de la monarchie restauree. Pourtant, au moins dans le cadre du Medecin de Campagne, il n'y a pas de donnees qui pourraient epargner Balzac conservateur reactionnaire. Le Medecin de Campagne reste une sorte du breviaire du conservatisme dont la propre justification ne porte pas sur le contexte de l'oeuvre, et se revele un roman dont la qualite litteraire est plutet douteuse.

플라즈마를 이용한 고온 선삭 가공에서 공작물의 온도 특성

Temperature plays a important role in the analysis of the metal cutting process. The goal of this study is to determine the surface temperature during plasma hot machining. A regression model is developed to obtain the surface temperature of the workpiece. This model will then be used to investigate how different heating and machining parameters affect the temperature. Also, the sensitivity analysis of temperature was performed for different machining parameters.

정신병환자 가족의 걱정에 관한 조사

Opinions about the family burden of psychotic in-patient were collected from 207 caretakers of psychotic in-patient admitted to the Seoul National Mental Hospital from December 1989 to February 1990 through individual informal interview. Each respondent was asked to varbalize initially all the worries concerning the patients. and their care and then to choose two serious worries among them. Form these opinions, the authors tried to identify the family burden of psychotic in-patient and the relevance between family burden and demographic variables. and to discuss the issues arising from this investigation. The results were as follows : 1) The caretaker's worries could be classified into six areas. “The future and outcome” of the patient was the most frequent worrying area. being 64.3%. The worry about “Family was 45.4% ; Care and support”.42.5% : “Mental health support”. 14.5% ; “Shame and stigma”. 12.6% ; “Neighborhood”. 4.8%. 2) The parents worried much more about “The future and outcome” of the patient whereas the spouse and the siblings worried more about “Family” and the offsprings worried about “Neighborhood”. especially. The caretakers who inhabit in the metropolis worried more about “Care and support” and worried especially about “care and responsibility” among the “Care and supports” area while the caretakers in the other areas worried more about “Neighborhood ” and worried especially about “financial burden” among the“Care and support” area. The caretakers of the famale patient worried more about “everyday life of patients” among “The future and outcome area”. The higher the education level of the caretakers. the more they worried about “future of patient” among “The future and outcome” area and “influence on offspring” among the “Family” area. Male caretakers worried more about “drug” while female caretakers worried more about “policy and institution” among the “Mental health supports area”. There were three problems regarding family's burden of psychotic in-patient : Caretaker's loading in all areas : Caretaker's devastated emotion by the long-standing burden ; A lack of helpers.

유한요소법을 이용한 Sputtering Coating 장치용 진공용기의 응력해석

In this study, stress analysis of the vacuum chamber of sputtering coating equipment was performed and its safely was confirmed. In order to enhance the self-analysis ability of the manufacturer, computer program was developed using finite element technique. Since door and chamber flanges are known to be the weakest parts of the vacuum chamber, the flanges were meshed as bilinear rectangle elements and analyzed. The results are confirmed by commercial software, NASTRAN. The calculated stresses are low enough to modify the chamber structure. This study is expected to be the motivation and the foundations of computer analysis and design technique of the manufacturer.

Objectives : In this study we investigated characteristics of asymmetry pattern of EEG in patients with major depressive disor-der according to the severity of depression and anxiety symptoms, employing A1, A2, and Percent (PCT) asymmetry indices. Methods : Subjects involved in this study were 11 healthy controls and 11 patients with major depressive disorder who have taken no medicines for four weeks just before the study. These subjects were selected so that the two groups can have no difference in gender and age. Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS), Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) were used to evaluate depression and anxiety symptoms, respectively. Resting EEG was recorded &om F3, F4, C3, C4, T7, T8, 01 and 02 electrode sites. Results : The temporal region showed a difference in A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices between the depression group and the control group. Frontal (F3, F4) and temporal (T7, T8) regions showed correlation between STAI-T score and A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices. Conclusion : The results of this study showed that EEG A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices can be used as useful indices for depression. Also, it was found that trait anxiety had influence on A1, A2, and PCT asymmetry indices.
