The goal of this study is to propose a plan for the Jang-Chung Dong Villa. This Villa is located on Jang-Chung Dong Jung-Gu, Seoul. And, this place is where high-class residential area. This Site area covers about 1925.6m². This base idea of this plan is to provide a community of dwelling houses with identity and amenity in outdoor spaces in order to create the high-class environment of outdoor spaces. Design principles are established as follow; to make spaces for flexibility in the garden related activities, to provide many chances to contact with nature, and to feel pride in the villa life.

To study the correlation between virulence and dye binding of Shigella, 4 invasive strains and 6 non-invasive mutants of S. flexneri to HeLa cell were subjected to investigate the binding ability to congo red, basic fuchsin, safranin and crystal violet in both agar plate and solution. All virulent strains were pigmented on the agar plate containing dyes and some of avirulent mutants also pigmented. Few strains of avirulent mutants showed different dye binding by the concentration of dyes. Dye binding in solution, virulent strains were more binding to the dye than avirulent mutants, but there was no significant statistical difference. Longer the incubation time, more take up the amounts of dyes. But, 1 hour incubated strains were less binding to the dye than 24 hour incubated strains in solution containing crystal violet. There were not always correlation between agar plate and solution in degree of dye binding. To study the correlation between virulence and plasmid carriage, electrophoresis of plasmid DNA was carried out. Four invasive strains of S. flexneri harbored 140 megadalton (Mdal) plasmids and all non-invasive mutants of S. flexneri harbored plasmids between 57 and 95 Mdal, instead of 140 Mdal.

To study the correlation between virulence and Congo red binding capacity of Shigella, 2 invasive strains of Shigella flexneri to HeLa cell were subjected to investigate the regulation of levels of membrane proteins mediated by Congo red. Two tested strains were pigmented on the agar plate containing Congo red. Virulent S. flexneri grown in the presence of Congo red at 37℃ showed increased levels of three proteins with molecular weight of 43,000, 58,000, 63,000 daltons in the sodium lauryl sarcosinate(SLS) soluble membrane fractions and those proteins were also found in the total membrane fractions. But those proteins were not found in the SLS insoluble fractions. At 32℃ or 42℃, the protein levels in the SLS soluble fractions or SLS insoluble fractions unaffected by the presence of Congo red. The expression of these proteins was dependent to the incubation temperature.

Haematological features pertaining to aerobic capability were compared between diploid and triploid specimens of the Far Eastern catfish, Silurus asotus. No significant differences between diploids and triploids were found for the haematocrit value, total haemoglobin, and mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration, while the mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular haemoglobin, and plasma glucose concentration were significantly higher in triploids than in diploids, and the number of red blood cells was significantly lower in triploids than in diploids. The oxygen consumption rate did not differ significantly between diploid and triploid fish ( P>0.05). Nevertheless, the respiratory frequency was higher in triploids than in diploids ( P< 0.05). Triploids were characterized by a lower concentration of circulating blood cells, and aquaculture practice should consider the need for a lower surface to volume ratio.

To overcome the risk of the ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) in patients have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and to prepare emergency fertility preservation in patients undergoing anticancer treatment, several researchers have reported IVM of oocytes retrieved from ovaries exposed by only hCG priming. However, the maturation rate and the developmental potential of embryos from IVM oocytes are significantly lower than those of oocytes matured in vivo. Here, we investigated the optimal time point for immature oocyte collection at post hCG only injection for in vitro maturation, in vitro fertilization and blastocyst formation. Immature GV oocytes were collected from 25 days old B6D2F1 female mouse at 12 hr, 14 hr, 16 hr or 24 hr post hCG injection. Oocytes were collected from antral or late secondary follicle by puncturing with 26 G needle. Collected oocytes were cultured in G2 medium with 10% FBS, FSH, estradiol, and hCG for 16 hr in vitro and subjected in vitro fertilization and further embryonic development. To examine follicular maturation, we estimated the numbers of primordial, primary, secondary follicle and antral follicle on ovaries of each time point post hCG. To confirm the optimal time point post hCG injection for collecting immature oocytes, we recovered the oocytes from each time point. There is no difference in the number of oocytes per mice. Oocytes collected at 14 hr post hCG injection were shown higher maturation rate to MII stage and blastocyst formation compare to other three groups (p<0.01). However, there is no difference in the maturation rate on the other three groups. Also, apoptotic signal with TUNEL assay or anti-PARP staining was not change in ovaries from all experimental groups. Granulosa cell proliferation test with anti Ki-67 or anti AMH was not show any difference. According to these results, there are no significant differences in four different time points at 12 hr, 14 hr, 16 hr or 24 hr of collection of immature oocytes in hCG primed mouse. However, oocytes from 14 hr post hCG injection showed higher percentages of maturation rate, in vitro fertilization rate, blastocyst formation.

This study investigates the effect of cooking, storage, and reheating conditions on the formation of cholesterol oxidation products (COPs) in pork loin. Samples of pork loin procured 24 h postmortem were initially processed and assessed for total fat and cholesterol content. The cooking methods evaluated were pan roasting, steaming, oven grilling, and microwaving. Cooked pork loin samples were stored at 4℃ and reheated after 3 and 6 d of storage using the original method of preparation or alternately, microwaving. Fat content increased significantly with cooking as a result of the loss in moisture but cholesterol content remained unchanged. Pan roasting and microwave cooking caused a significantly higher production of COPs, as with the process of reheating using microwave, pan roasting, and oven grilling methods. The major COPs found in pork loin were cholestanetriol, 20-hydroxycholesterol, and 25-hydroxycholesterol, whose concentrations varied according to the different cooking and reheating methods used. Moreover, the aerobic storage of cooked pork loin under a refrigerated condition also increased the formation of cholesterol oxides on reheating.
