        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

      • 경피적 자궁동맥 색전술로 치료한 산후 출혈 1례

        Postpartum hemorrhage remains one of the leading causes of maternal deaths. The major causes of postpartum hemorrhage include uterine atony, retained placental fragment, placenta accreta, and lower genital tract lacerations. Conservative treatment is based on administration of uterotonic drugs, vaginal packing, and surgical repair of genital tract lacerations. When bleeding fails to respond to conservative treatment, surgical ligation of uterine vessels or hemostatic hysterectomy is performed. We present a case of postpartum bleeding treated by selective uterine arterial embolization with a brief review of previous literatures of postpartum hemorrhage & uterine arterial embolization.

      • 수입각증후군에 의한 급성 복증 1례

        Afferent loop syndrome is an uncommon complication of a gastrectomy and Billroth Ⅱ reconstruction. It may cause symtoms at any time from the first postoperative day to many years after the gastrectomy. Afferent loop syndrome is characterized by abdominal pain, vomiting and elevation of serum amylase. Thus, it is difficult to differentiate afferent loop syndrome from other cause of acute pancreatitis. However, the history of gastrectomy can be an important clue for diagnosing afferent loop syndrome. We experienced one case of chronic afferent loop syndrome with acute pancreatitis. After appropriate management, the abdominal pain disappeared and serum amylase level decreased. We report this case with a review of relevant literatures.

      • 附子理中湯의 效能에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        In order to investigate the effect of Bujaleejungtang, by means of oral medication to rats and mice, to isolated intestine and stomach, and the effect to pyloric ulcer, indomethacin-induced ulcer, secretion of gastric juice, and to transport ability of intestine content were studied as the action to G-1 tract. The effect to normal rats and resperpine-treated rats were studied as the action to thermo-regulation. The results were as follows; 1. Bujaleejungtang showed the inhibitory effect on the smooth muscle contraction induced by acethylcholine chloride and barium chloride in the isolated mice ileum. 2. Bujaleejungtang showed inhibitory effect on the contraction induced by acetylcholine chloride and barium chloride in the rat fundus-strip. 3. Inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on pyloric ulcer, indomethacin-induced gastric ulcer in rats was statistical recognized(p<0.05). 4. No inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on gastric juice secretion in Shay rats was recognized. 5. Inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on gastric free acidity and total acidity in Shay rats was recognized only when Bujaleejungtang was medicated in high thickness(2000㎎/㎏)(p<0.001) 6. Inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on pepsin output in Shay rats was recognized only when Bujaleejungtang was medicated in high thickness(2000㎎/㎏)(p<0.001) 7. Inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on barium surface transport in the small intestine of mice was recognized only when Bujaleejungtang was medicated in high thickness(2000㎎/㎏)(p<0.05). 8. Inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on barium surface transport in the large intestine of mice was recognized(p<0.05). 9. Inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on on rectal temperature in normal rats was recognized. 10. Inhibitory effect of Bujaleejungtang on on rectal temperature in reserpine-treated rats was recognized only when Bujaleejungtang was medicated in high thickness(2000㎎/㎏)(p<0.05)

        The development of residing life zone has the basic unit of residing life zone which combines the central cities in rural area including small and middle cities and up-level towns with the areas at the back of them as one life zone. Therefore, it employs the development method on the premise of a new outlook on the region and also means the conversion into the synthetism method of central-back areas from the separatism of urban-rural areas. This study analyzes the real settlement system with the case of Yongam-gun. To establish Yongam-gun into a purposeful settlement zone, the function of central city should be strengthened, the ubran infrastructures should be expanded and the region of county(Gun) should be divided into several sub-zones of settlement for the functional connection between central cities and surrounding areas at the back of them. In addition, the purposefulness of county settlement zone and settlement sub-zones is developed hierarchically, but the settlement sub-zones must consider the purposefulness of all functions required for daily life, it should be divided within 20 min distance for access and it is analyzed that the demand of basic daily goods and services can be met at settlement sub-zones.

        맥문동 물 추출물의 식이가 Streptozotocin으로 유도한 당뇨 흰쥐의 혈당과 혈청 콜레스테롤 함량에 미치는 영향

        The dietary effect of water extracts of Liriopis tuber(WELT) in the diabetic SD-rats on the level of blood sugar and serum cholesterol was investigated. The experimental plots divided into normal group(N), diabetic control(DC), 5% WELT-group(WELT-Ⅰ) and 10% WELT-group (WELT-Ⅱ). Each group was fed for 6 weeks, then continuously fed for 1 more week after streptozotocin injection. The loss of the body weight fed for one week after induction of the diabetes was 2.2~6.3% in the WELT-Ⅰ and -Ⅱ groups, but it was 18.6% in the DC-group. There was no significant difference in the feed intakes after diabetes induction between N-group and WELT-group, while it was significantly increased in DC-group. The feed efficiency ratios before diabetes induction were 1.70 in WELT-Ⅰgroup, 1.53~1.59 in the N, DC and WELT-Ⅱ group, while the ratios after diabetes induction were 0.92 in DC-group, 1.51~1.83 in the N, WELT-Ⅰ and -Ⅱ group. While the amounts of water intakes for one week after diabetes induction was 625.4 mL in the DC-group, and it were 364.3~371.1 mL in the WELT-groups showing no significant difference with N-group. The excretion amounts of urine were 431.96 mL in DC-group for one week after diabetes induction, and it was 182~192.84 mL in WELT-groups. The ratios of liver weight against body weight were 2.74% in N-group, 2.93~2.96% in WELT-groups, but it was 4.01% in DC-group. The level of blood glucose in WELT-groups fed for one week after diabetes induction were 136.8~138.6 ㎎/dL showing no significant difference with N-group, but it was 357.8 ㎎/dL in DC-group. The level of serum triacylglycerol and serum total cholesterol were 93.8 and 68.7 ㎎/dL in N-group, 120.1 and 101.6 ㎎/dL in DC-group, 97.4~100.6 and 60.8~67.7 ㎎/dL in WELT-groups, respectively, showing no significant difference between N-group and WELT-groups. HDL-cholesterolltotal cholesterol ratio were 0.63 in N-group, 0.57~0.67 in WELT-groups, which was significantly higher than that of DC-group(p<0.05). Atherogenic index were 0.58 in N-group, 0.49~0.74 in WELT-groups, but it was 1.32 in DC-group. The above results suggest that the WELT diets may have both preventive and curing effects against the diabetes.

      • 전기발광소자에서 프탈로시안 카퍼의 역할

        Interfacial properties of electrode and organic thin layer is one of the most important factor in performing a light emitting diodes(LED). Phthalocyanine copper was used as a buffer layer to improve interface characteristic, so that device efficiency was improved. In this study, LEDs were fabricated as like structures of ITO / N,N' - diphenyl - N,N' - di(m-tolyl) - benzidine(TPD) / 8-Hydroxyquinoline aluminum(Alq) / Al and ITO / N,N'- diphenyl - N,N' - di(m-tolyl) - benzidine(TPD) / 2- (4-biphenylyl) - 5(4-tert-butyl-phenyl) -1,3,4 -oxadiazole(PBD) / Al. In these devices, CuPC was layered at electrode/organic layer interface. As position is changing and thickness is changing, devices showed different phenomena respectively. We showed in this study that luminescence efficiency was improved with CuPC layer in LEDs. Characteristic of CuPC will be discussed with I-V curve, EL.

      • HAI 제어기에 의한 IPMSM 드라이브의 최대토크 제어

        Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) has become a popular choice in electric vehicle applications, due to their excellent power to weight ratio. The paper proposed maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using hybrid artificial intelligent(HAI) controller. The control method is applicable over the entire speed range and considered the limits of the inverter's current and voltage rated value. Also, this paper proposed speed control of IPMSM using adaptive learning mechanism fuzzy neural network(ALM_FNN) and estimation of speed using artificial neural network(ANN) controller. The proposed control algorithm is applied to IPMSM dreve system controlled ALM-FNN and ANN controller, the operating characteristics controlled by maximum torque control are examined in detail. Also, this paper proposed the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the ALM-FNN and ANN controller.

      • 광섬유 Fabry-Perot 간섭형 전류 및 전압센서 시스템의 제작

        Although the conventional current transformers(CTs) and the potential transformers(PTs) have been used in the power system, new method is demanded which can measure with safty, EMI(electro-magnetic interference)-free. Over the last few years, variours kinds of optical measurement systems have been studied. The optical CTs and PTs systems, however, are very complicated and large, and hence the systems have a difficulty to maintain and repair. A new type fiber optic voltage and current transducers were fabricated by using fiber optic Fabry-Perot interferometer and PZT. A simple optical signal processing circuits and its PC interface circuits were also designed.
