Component-based software reuse has been generally regarded as a promising approach to improving software productivity and quality within software development. However, progress in component-based software reuse has been slower than expected. Much of the software reuse literature points to the lack of software components that can maximize users’ benefits as the most important source of the slow progress. Considering that the underlying processes behind component-based software reuse are strikingly similar to commercial software marketing, this paper attempts to identify the aspects of software components that consumers value and to establish relationships between the identified aspects and consumer behavior in the software component market. More specifically, this paper focuses on the perceived subjective features of software components. This study was conducted in a web-based artificial market environment called “SofTrade.”
벽체로서의 흙건축 구성재에 대한 시각 이미지 평가와 분석

As concerns on traditional materials as a solution of environmental problems have been enhanced, earth building made of pro-environment materials has received attention as a typical pro-environment building that environment and life can coexist with harmony. But, existing earth buildings have emphasized efficiency and functions extremely and practical researches from the side of their designs are poor. Therefore, this study examines Visual image evaluation structures of earth building components which are applied to actual earth building site and aims to provide basic materials available in future earth building design. This study uses digital photo data of 7 earth building components photographed at actual earth building sites as experimental stimulation, conducts experiment for SD evaluation through questionnaire and statistical analysis. Results of this study can be summarized as follows.Visual Image evaluation of the whole earth building components by subjects was very affirmative, but it is found that there is a unique image evaluation structure depending on individual building methods. Difference in groups by attributes of subjects was significant and those in building practice showed the most affirmative evaluation, followed by architectural students and general public and those who have experience in earth building have more affirmative evaluation than those who have no experience of earth building. Image evaluation factors of earth building components are three including aesthetics, variety and traditionality. But, since this study has limitations in that it is confined to research on image trend and evaluation factors of earth building components not to present building plan and design alternatives which can activate earth building components in modern building, it is considered that further researches related to these should be conducted.
Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus가 생산하는 Bacteriocin의 특성

Antagonism assay를 하여 원유에서 억제환의 크기가 가장 크며 단백질 가수분해 효소에 의해 항균 능력이 상실되는 균을 분리하여 Streptococcus salivarius subsp.thermophilus로 동정하였다. 이 균주는 45℃에서 specific growth rate가 가장 높은 반면 bacteriocin을 생산하지 않았다. 이 bacteriocin은 고온에서도 상당한 열안정성을 보였으며 단백질 가수분해 효소에 의해 활성이 상실되었으나 α-amylase, DNaseI, RNase는 bacteriocin활성에 영향을 주지 못하였다. One bacterial strain, that had made the largest inhibition zone at the antagonism assay and also that lost the inhibition activity by the protease treatment, was isolated from raw milk. That strain was identified as Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus. The specific growth rate of this strain was maximum at 45℃. However, at this temperature the strain produced no bacteriocin. The bacteriocin activity was quite stable even at high temperature. Moreover, the activity of the bacteriocin was sensitive to proteases, but not to α-amylase, DNase I, or RNase.
