      • 성인 지역사회 폐렴의 원인 미생물에 대한 전향적 다기관 연구 : Legionella, Leptospira, Hantaan virus and Orientia tsutsugamushi

        Background : Despite rigorous investigations, the etiology of community-acquired pneumonia remains unknown in about 50% of hospitalized patients. The diagnosis of the etiological agent is becoming more challenging and more critical as number of newer pathogens have been recognized in recent years. In the 3-year period prospective study we investigated adult patients with community-acquired pneumonia for Legionella, Leptospira, Hantaan virus and Orientia tsutsugamushi as potential etiologic agents. Methods : A prospective multicenter study was performed from May 1997 to April 2000. A total of 431 patients with community-acquired pneumonia under the inclusion criteria were examined for specific microbial diagnosis; sputum culture and PCR, and serologic teats including indirect immunofluorescence antibody (IFA) test for Legionella, and hemagglutination tests for Leptosoira, Hantaan virus and O. tsutsugamushi. Etiologic diagnosis was determined on the basis of the review of case record forms and specific laboratory diagnostic criteria. Results : During the study period a total of 385 sputum and 283 serum samples were examined. Legionella pneumonia was diagnosed in 2.3% (10/431) of the cases examined : 1.4% cases with PCR-positive (5/367) and 2.1% with positive IFA test (6/283). Leptospirosis and scrub typhus were diagnosed in 0.4% (1/252) and 2.0% (5/252), respectively. All 5 cases with scrub typhus occurred in late fall, and rash or eschar was not found. None of cases was Hantaan virus infection. Conclusion : The results suggest that Legionella, Leptospira, and O. tsutsugamushi should be considered in the etiologic diagnosis and empirical antibiotic therapy of community-acquired pneumonia.       • 대상청구권에 대한 입법론적 고찰

        When an obligation become insolvent after the fact, the Korean civil law provide that if it is caused by obligor's responsibility, he should take the burden of the debt, but he can be released from the debt if the default is not his own responsibility. In the latter case, meanwhile, it become an issue whether a consideration duty exists or not if the obligation is based on a bilateral contract. Accordingly, it has been settled by the provision of the risk bearing. The claim rights of vicarious compensation mean the creditors' right of recourse on the profit against the obligators when debtors make profits on vicarious compensation of the object to be fulfilled by the same causes which raised the insolvency. The Korean civil law has no provisionn on the claim rights of vicarious compensation, but the rights are expressly provided in substantive enactment of Germany and France. The rights are acknowledges, but the application scopes are different by each country in various cases like above, and the requisites and the effectiveness are as well. Moreover, the meaning of the claim rights of vicarious compensation in legal schemes and the harmonizations of the laws with other civil law systems are different due to the differences in the ways of the transfer of a real right and the principles of risk bearing etc. of the countries. In conclusion, due to the problems in itself as well as possible conflict with existing system and fairness breaking result of the acknowledging the claim right of vicarious compensation, it is reasonable that the Korean civil law should not acknowledge the claim rights of vicarious compensation.

      • 스포츠 외상에 의한 척추·척수손상 분석

        I have researched 46 examples, 43 are spinal column and cord injury and 3 are thoracic vertebrae and cord injury, of J hospital S health caring center. 46 patients were cured by this J hospital medical staffs, and their external injury were caused by sports accidents. I have acquired next four meaningful conclusions. First, the external injury caused by golf sports are 24 cases, and this is the primary cause of injury. Second, high-rank bonn fracture are 78.8 percent in C4, C5, C6 situation. And the bone-fracture, tear-drop fracture, figure in the activity of gold is 45.8 percent, and fracture dislocation is 63.2 percent in other sports activities. Third, there are twenty six cases of paralysis that links frankel C. Four, the sports injuries such as bone fracture are able to prevent by education and effective learning programs.

      • [논문]스트렷-타이 모델에 의한 사각형 단면 코벨의 설계 기법

        콘크리트 코벨은 D-영역을 갖는 대표적인 구조물로서 복잡하고 다양한 형상의 파괴메커니즘을 보인다. 이는 응력집중과 기하학적인 불연속으로 일반적인 보 이론의 적용이 불가능하여 해석 및 설계에 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 지압파괴,압축파괴 및 전단파괴를 유발하는 복잡한 파괴메커니즘을 형성하고 있는 사각형 단면 코벨의 거동 및 파괴형상을 예측하고 스트릿-타이 모텔을 적용하여 해석 및 설계를 하였다. 또한 현행의 설계방법과의 비교를 통하여 스트렷-타이 모델이 보다 합리적이고 경제적인 설계방법임을 보였다.

        For manufacturing the small-type incinerator with collecting performance of high efficiency, the experimental study was carried out with considering cyclone characteristics, tangential velocity, radial velocity and pressure of the internal cyclone. The model cyclone consisted of slick acryl was made for similarity and data of tangential inflow velocity were acquired by using a vinyl particle as a working fluid. The results obtained from the experimentation are summarized as follows : 1. Tangential velocity of internal cyclone increases as the size of particle become bigger 2. Pressure is maximum value at the wall of cyclone and decreases toward the center of cyclone. 3. The difference of pressure between maximum and minimum value is increased as the size of particle become bigger.

        선택분쇄 및 공기분급에 의한 일라이트의 정제기술 연구

        선택분쇄 및 분급 기술에 의한 영동지역에 산출하는 일라이트에 대한 정제연구를 수행하였다. 원광의 주 구성광물은 석영과 일라이트이며, 황철석과 섬아연석, 황동석 등과 같은 황화광물들 이 소량 수반된다. 습식 해쇄 후 체가름 결과, 미립자로 갈수록 Al₂O₃, K₂O 함량 및 강열감량은 높아지며, SiO₂함량은 낮아졌으며, Fe₂O₃의 함량은 굵은 입자가 다소 낮았으나 입도에 관계없이 비교적 균일하게 나타났다. 단체분리를 위한 충격식 분쇄기의 분쇄매체의 선속도가 증가함에 따라 미립자 생성율은 증가되었으며, 분급과정에서의 미립자 회수율 역시 증가되었다. 분쇄매체의 선속도를 57.6 m/sec로 조절하여 선택분쇄 후 최적의 조건으로 분급하면 정제산물을 76.16 wt% 정도 생산할 수 있었다. 정제산물의 화학조성은 SiO₂70.13%, Al₂O₃19.40%, Fe₂O₃ 1.62%, K₂O 5.20%, 1g.loss 2.77%이었다. 본 연구에서 사용한 정제공정은 비금속 광물의 정제와 입도조절 공정을 동시에 행할 수 있는 유용한 기술임을 알 수 있었다. A study on the beneficiation of illite occurring in Youngdong province is performed with applying selective grinding and air classification techniques. Quartz and illite are occurred as major components, and sulfide minerals such as pyrite, chalcopyrite are associated as minor components. The result of sieving test shows that contents of Al₂O₃, K₂O and ignition loss are increased, whereas SiO₂is decreased with particle size decrease. Fe₂O₃content is almost same in all the particle size range but slightly lower at coarse particles. The yield of fine particles is increased with increasing rotor speed in both grinding stage and air classification stage. When the selective grinding and air classification are carried out at optimal condition, yield of the concentrate is 76.16 wt.%. The chemical compositions of the concentrate are SiO₂70.13%, Al₂O₃19.40%, Fe₂O₃ 1.62%, K₂O 5.20% and ignition loss 2.77%. The beneficiation process developed in the current study is very effective method which purification and particle size control can be achieved simultaneously.
