요추 극상돌기와 추간판 수술야와의 상관관계 규명을 위한 방사선학적 계측

The mean values of the height, depth and lateral shifting of the spinous processes and the height of the intervertebral disc spaces of 100 patients ware measured in the lumbar region. The application of microsurgical techniques in the operation for lumbar disc hemiation clearly reduced the overall surgical trauma suffered by patient, but the spinous process might disturb the insertional course and multidirectional activities of the pituitary forceps due to a very small skin incision. The purpose of this study was to prove the relationships between intervertebral disc space and spinous process in the lumbar region. The results were as follows : 1) The height of the intervertebral disc space from L3-4 to L5-SI intervertebral disc space was 12.63㎜, 12.57㎜ and 11.71㎜ respectively. 2) The depth of the spinous process from L3 to L5 was 28.87㎜, 27.87㎜ and 23.97㎜ respectively. 3) The lateral shifting of the spinous process from midline to the right side was 4.39㎜, 4.35㎜ and 4.01㎜ at L3, L4 and L5 spinous process respectively and to the left side was 3.61㎜, 3.70㎜ and 3.69㎜ at L3, L4 and L5 spinous process respectively. Conclusively, the lower part of the spinous process was overlapped above the intervertebral disc space at L3-4, L4-5 and L5-S1 intervertebral disc space. About 4mm of the lateral shifting of the spinous process was protruded to both right and left side in the insertional course (about 2-3cm) of the pituitary forceps. The spinous process might disturb the multidirectional activities and perpendicular insertion of the pituitary forceps. So, the removal of the spinous process to the midline was recommended to perform the complete removal of disc materials in microlumbar discectomy.

The purpose of this study is to recognize the necessity of leadership program and build the theoretical model to intensify leadership program in educational curriculum. Under the shift from the industrial society of knowledge-based society, the most important resource is knowledge. Knowledge is embedded to individual, therefor how we can exploit, shard and utilize individual knowledge is main issue in the new society. University has a role to educate the creative and challengeable man who is leading a new society. In Korea, many university attempt to restructure the curriculum to cultivate 'knowledge people'. Expecially, this paper concentrates on leader ship program of Kyongju University, in Korea. Kyongju University restructured the educational curriculum, named KBC(Kyongju Boot Camp) in 1999. Leadership program is one of the key content to practice the new curriculum, KBC. We can't evaluate the performance of leadership program at present stage because it's only starting point. But from the last year's experience and the questionary research, we can require the positive evaluation and recognize the necessity of leadership program. Of course, it's very important to introduce adaptable model and method to intensify the program. The model's key point is interrelationship of student, faculty and educational environment. And, it's effective to utilize the discussion and dialog method in small group.

The development of industry in our society has had baleful effects on our environments. Human beings deprived nature of its essential value and destroyed their natural environments. The global environmental crises were mainly caused by inordinate desire and the excessive pursuit of materialism by human beings. To efficiently develop out society, we have to change our way of thinking. Importantly, we should utilize our nature within its receptive capacity and share in the benefits of nature. In this paper, to recover the essence of natural environment and enhance the quality of human life, I will investigate the environmental crises in our society in terms of a new recognition of nature and life. Also, I will explore a new environmental ethics which is in harmony with the rapidly changing social circumstances. According to my research the desirable environmental ethics are as follows: First, we should abstain from inordinate desire and follow the law of the nature. Second, we should achieve the justice of environments with the reverence for all lives in natural environments. Third, overcoming the overspread customs of excessive materialism, we should cultivate the respect for the nature. Fourth, we should develop techniques and methods compatible with natural environments and systematically preserve the nature. Fifth, we should practice appropriate environmental policy and education and internalize how to product the nature for both the present and the future.

Der Gegenstand dieses Beitrags ist das Widerrufsrecht in Verbraucherverträge bei den Haustürgeschäfte und Abzahlungsgeschäfte sowie den elektronischen Handelsgeschäfte. Seit Anfang 90er gewähren der gesetzlichen Regelungen zum Abzahlungs- und Haustürgeschäft den Verbrauchern bzw. den Einkäufern ein Widerrufsrecht in Korea. Anschließend wurden ein Widerrufsrecht beim Verbraucherschutzgesetz zum elektronischen Handelsgeschäfte im Jahre 2002 verankert. Dennoch sind die Regelungen zum Widerrufsrecht sehr lückenhaft, weil sie unterschiedlichen Vorrausetzungen und Beschränkungen zur Geltendmachung des Widerrufsrechts geführt haben. Dazu sind die Voraussetzungen und Beschänkungen zum Widerrufsrecht problemhaft, wonach viele Einkaufssachen zum Privat, z. B. Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Auto usw., vom Gegenstand des Widerrufs ausgenommen sind. Daher wuden m. E. das Widerrufsrecht zum Verbrauchervertrag nicht so große Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Verbrauchern gefunden. Folglih befaßt sich dieser Beitrag mit einige Konsequenzen zur Änderung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften, um das Wirderrufsrecht in Verbrauchervertraege einheitlich zu regeln.
