강원도에서 생포한 쥐에서의 Salmonella 보균상태에 대한 세균학적 조사보고

During the period from April 2, 1969 to May 28, 1969, bacteriological and serological studies were done for 118 rodents caught at three rural areas in Kang Won province. The rodents were 77 Ratus norvegicus, 37 Ratus ratus rufescens and 4 Microtus fortis pelliceus. Out of these specimens, two strains of salmonella B group, three strains of salmonella D group and five strains of serologically undetermined salmonellas were isolated. Ninety eight serum specimens were drawn from those rodents, and serum agglutination tests were performed. The serum agglutinin titer was considered as positive with higher agglutination than 1 : 20 serum dilution. Out of 98 rodents serum the positive results were 19(19.4%) of S. typhi, 7(7.1%) of S. paratyphi A, 3(3.1%) of S. paratyphi B and 3(3.1%) of OX-19.

이리듐(Ⅰ)-아크릴로니트릴 착물 Ir(Cl$O_4$)(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2$(AN = C$H_2$=CHCN, $Ph_3$P = $(C_6H_5)_3$P)와 [Ir(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2]ClO_4$는 각각 $Cl^-$과 반응하여 IrCl(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2$를 생성하며 [Ir(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2]ClO_4$는 AN이 과량으로 존재하지 않는 용액에서 AN을 해리시키고 Ir(Cl$O_4)(CO)(Ph_3P)_2$가 된다. 한편 Ir(Cl$O_4)(CO)(Ph_3P)_2$는 $Cl^-$과 반응하여 IrCl(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2$를 생성한다. Ir$(ClO_4)(AN)(CO)(Ph_3P)_2$에 의한 AN 중합반응은 아래와 같이 진행되는 것으로 제시되었다. 즉 이리듐(알켄일)(수소)형 착물, [(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2$Ir(-CH=CHCN)(H)$(CH_2=CHCN)]ClO_4$을 거쳐 이리듐(알킬)(알켄일)형 착물이 형성된 다음 이리듐과 탄소 결합 사이에 AN이 계속적으로 삽입된 다음 환원성제거반응에 의해서 AN의 중합체가 생성된다. It has been found that both of the iridium (Ⅰ) complexes, Ir$(ClO_4$)(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2$(AN = $CH_2$CHCN, $Ph_3P = (C_6H_5)_3$P) and [Ir(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2]ClO_4$, react with $Cl^-$ to give IrCl(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2$, and [Ir(AN)(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2]ClO_4$ dissociates AN to yield Ir$(ClO_4)(CO)(Ph_3P)_2$ in the absence of excess AN added, and Ir$(ClO_4)(CO)(Ph_3P)_2$ reacts with $Cl^-$ to produce IrCl(CO)$(Ph_3P)_2$. It is suggested that the catalytic polymerization of AN with Ir$(ClO_4)(AN)(CO)(Ph_3P)_2$ proceeds through the formation of [(CO)(Ph_3P)_2$Ir(-CH=CHCN)(H)($CH_2$=CHCN)]Cl$O_4$ followed by the formation of iridium(alkyl)(alkenyl) type complex which undergoes a reductive elimination to produce the polymer of acrylonitrile.

Gastric cancer is a kind of cancer that is difficult to detect at an early stage because it has almost no symptoms at the beginning. In this study, we propose a Computer-aided Diagnosis(CADx) system that detects gastric cancer from the endoscopy. The data set we used consist of 93 normal images and 93 gastric images. We extracted 6 features in 449 dimensions from the gastric endoscopy images and reduced them to 10 dimensions through feature selection algorithms. Algorithms that we use to dimension reduction are Pearson Correlation, Chi-Squared Test, Recursive Feature Elimination, and Model-based Feature Selection, which are provided by the Sci-kit Learn library. A method was also used to select the top 10 features with a higher number of times selected by these four algorithms. Normal images and gastric cancer images were classified using support vector machine(SVM). Recursive feature elimination algorithm has the highest performance among the five feature selection algorithms, with an accuracy of 0.92.

Fluconazole의 진균 감염증 예방 효과와 안전성에 관하여 3개 대학병원에서 관해유도화학요법을 받는 급성 백혈병환자를 대상으로 무작위 배정법과 너도나도 누가림법에 의하여 연구하였다. 모두 62명의 환자에게 fluconazole(100㎎ bid) 또는 nystatin(1,000,000IU/day)을 무작위로 투여하였다. 투약은 관해유도화학요법과 같은 날짜에 시작하여 호중구수가 1,000㎣이상으로 회복되거나 진균 감염증이 확인되거나 의심되어 Amphotericin-B를 시작하거나, 약과 관련된 부작용이 나타날 때까지 계속하였다. 진균 colonization은 fluconazole군에서 감소하였으나 nystqatin군에서는 증가하였다, 표재성 진균감염증으로 nystatin군에서 C. albicans 진균혈증 1례와 C.parasilosis 진균혈중 1례가 발생하였다. 경험적 항진균요법으로 Amphotericin-B를 투여한 경우는 fluconazolerns 34명중 7례(21%), nystatinrns 28명중 10례(36%)였다(p<0.05). Fluconazole군과 nystatin군 사이에 부작용이나 사망률에 차이는 없었다. 결론적으로, fluconazole은 관해유도화학요법을 받는 급성 백혈병환자에서 진균의 colonization을 줄이는데 효과적이고 안전한 항진균제이다. We made a randomized, double-blind, multicenter trial to compare the efficacy and safety of fluconazole with nystatin for prevention of fungal infections in patients with acute leukemia. Sixty-two adult undergoing remission induction chemotherapy for cute leukemia were enrolled. Patients were randomly assigned to receive either fluconazole (100㎎ bid) or nystatin(1,000,000IU×6/day) with corresponding placebo. The study drug was started in initiation of chemotherapy and continued until recovery of neutrophil counts(>1,000/㎣), development of proven or suspected invasive fungal infection, or the occurrence of drug-related toxicity. Fungal colonization decreased in fluconazole(F) group, however increased in nystain(n) group. Superficial fungal infection occurred in 1 of 34 F group, whereas invasive fungal infection developed in 3 of 28 N group. Empirical amphotericin-B therapy was given in 7 of 34(21%) F group and 10 of 28(36%) N group(p>0.05). The incidence of drug-related side effects and overall moratlity were similar in both study groups.
