일본동양의학회지에 수록된 ‘부작용’에 관한 논문 분석 : 한약 단독 투여시의 부작용

Objective : This study reviews the articles about ‘Side effect’ published in the Japanese Journal of Oriental Medicine to better understand about side effects of herbal medication and to encourage clinicians, the authorities and the public to establish side effects reporting system. Method : We searched articles published in the Japanese Journal of Oriental Medicine by using keyword ‘副作用(Side effect)’ in the CiNii. Results : Among the 118 articles collected, 14 are clinical articles about side effect of prescriptions, 13 are reports about side effect of prescriptions presented from Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 36 are clinical articles about relief of side effects derived from taking western medicine by taking a herbal prescription, 8 are studies about the effect of a herbal prescription combined with western medicine or comparative studies between a herbal prescription and western medicine, and so on. Conclusions : Lots of articles deal with side effects of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, Bupleuri Radix and so on. When side effects occurred, removing a certain herbal drug or quitting a herbal prescription is helpful to relieve or disappear the side effects. And Side effects reporting system should be established to guide safe medication use and treatment for patients. In order to establish side effects reporting system, the standardization of herbal drugs is needed.

Recently, the bcl-2 and p53 protein have been recognized as important factors that is contributed to programmed cell death. The objective of this study was to evaluate the prognostic significance of bcl-2 and p53 protein expression in uterine cervical carcinoma. The expression of bcl-2 and p53 in 59 cases of uterine cervical carcinoma (stage IB to IIB) were surgically treated from January 1993 to June 1994. The expression of bcl-2 and p53 was examined by immunohistochemical method using formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue specimens. The 48 cases were squamous cell carcinoma and 11 cases were adenocarcinoma. The results were as follows: 1. The expression rate of bcl-2 protein was 28.8%(17/59) and there was no significant correlation between the expression of bcl-2 protein and the clinicopathologic parameters (histologic type, grade, FIGO stage, cervical invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, parametrial invasion, tumor size, neoadjuvant chemotherapy response, recurrence, survival). 2. The expression rate of p53 protein was 32.2%(19/59) and there was no significant correlation between expression of p53 protein and the clinicopathologic parameters. 3. There was significant correlation between and expression of bcl-2 and p53 protein (P 0.05). In conclusion, bcl-2 and p53 protein are thought to be possible factors in the carcinogenesis of uterine cervical carcinoma and correlate with progression of it. But further study will be required to clarify the role of bcl-2 and p53 in carcinogenesis of the uterine cervix.

복잡한 공전주기 변화를 보이면서 극심시각 관측 역사가 40년 이상 되는 38개 식쌍성의 공전주기를 연구하였다. 그 별들의 (O-C) 도를 영년주기 감소(또는 증가)와 광시간 효과를 가정하여 분석한 결과, 잘 정의된 영년 변화와 최소 두 개 이상의 광시간 효과가 겹쳐 있음을 발견하였다. 영년주기 감소율은 $-2.0{\times}10^{-12}d/P$에서 $-9.0{\times}10^{-10}d/P$ 사이에 있고, 증가율은 $6.6{\times}10^{-13}d/P$에서 $1.3{\times}10^{-8}d/P$ 사이에 있다. 광시간 궤도 주기는 약 6년에서 150년 사이에 있다. 두 개의 광시간 궤도의 평균 운동 사이에는 모두 commensurability가 모두 존재한다. 이 결과를 쌍성의 진화 및 궤도공명이란 관점에서 논의한다.
자극감응성 유도용질로서 정삼투막에 부착된 온도감응성 고분자

물을 정수하기 위해서는 그에 상응하는 막대한 양의 에너지가 소모되고, 이 때 소모되는 에너지는 환경오염을 야기할 수 있다. 이러한 문제 때문에 정수 공정 중에 상대적으로 낮은 에너지를 요구하는 정삼투 방법이 많은 관심을 받아왔다. 그러나 정삼투 방법은 오염수로부터 물을 끌어오기 위해서 높은 삼투압을 발생시킬 수 있는 유도용질이 필요하다는 점 때문에 어려움이 있었고 본 연구에서는 poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)이라는 온도 감응성고분자 하이드로젤을 기본으로 하는 양쪽성 이온 물질과의 공중합체와 interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) 구조를 가지는 하이드로젤을 제작하고 이를 정삼투막에 부착시켜 성공적으로 유도용질 역할을 수행함을 확인하였다. 공중합체의 경우 팽윤비가 급격히 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었으나, 그 만큼의 온도감응성이 떨어지는 모습을 보였고IPN 구조의 경우는 온도감응성과 팽윤비 값이 PNIPAM 젤에 약간 못 미쳤다. 여기에 팽윤비 값과 삼투압의 관계를 확인하였다. Water purification requires a large amount of energy that can cause pollution problems. For this reason, forward osmosis (FO) has attracted intense interest that required a relatively low amount of energy for water purification. The forward osmosis has a serious problem that it needs drawing agents creating osmotic pressure to extract water from contaminated water. In this study, a copolymer of zwitterionic moiety and an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN)hydrogel based on thermo-responsive polymer hydrogel, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) were prepared and attached on FO membranes, which successfully played the role of drawing agents. In the copolymer hydrogel, its swelling ratio was improved, but thermo-sensitivity was decreased. The swelling ratio and thermo-sensitivity of IPN hydrogel was lowered. We could confirm that swelling ratio is related to osmotic pressure.
