        태극권 수련자세 따른 운동강도와 운동량의 비교

        TAI CHI is one of the most popularized public sport in China. Although its popularity, few literature were found in the research of identifying exercise intensity and energy consumption between TAI CHI Higher (HP) and Lower positions (LP). In this research, we further discussed exercise intensity and energy expenditure in two kinds of positions by measuring VO₂, HR, %VO2max, %HRmax and energy expenditure of TAI CHI HP and LP. In our study, we used K4b2 gas analyzer and selected 10 male healthy adults. We measured their exercise intensity and energy expenditure during practicing different positions of the simplified 24 style TAI CHI. Results revealed that the exercise intensity of LP were significantly higher and closer to the anaerobic threshold than HP. Also, the energy consumption of LP is also found to be significantly higher than HP. Therefore, we reached the conclusion that the exercise intensity of one full set of HP in the simplified 24 Style TAI CHI is equivalent to medium intensity exercise; while for the LP, it is equivalent to low intensity exercise. It further indicates that one should also consider the difference of exercise intensity and energy consumption between HP and LP. That is, for the old, children, or beginners, it is recommended to practice TAI CHI with LP; for those have stronger exercise capacity, HP would be more suitable. Moreover, since TAICHI Lower position yields higher exercise intensity and energy consumption, it appears to be more effective in weight control, as well as in improving one’s cardiorespiratory fitness.

        Mechanism of nitrogen-fluoride co-doped TiO₂/bentonite composites removing tetracycline: A study in the co-doping ratio

        N-doped and N-F co-doped TiO₂/bentonite composites were synthesized via the gel-sol method. The morphology, structure and surface charge of the composite before and after adsorption were used to determine the effect N/F doping ratio on TC removal. The results showed that, compared with undoped samples, the TC adsorption on N doped composites was reduced by 24.44% on average. N-F co-doping significantly increased the TC adsorption when the Ti-N-F molar ratio was 1:1: 0.01, reaching a maximum TC adsorption of 64.00 mmol·kg<SUP>-1</SUP>. The coverage of the N doped TiO₂ increases as the N doping ratio increases; the specific surface area increased by 2.03 % on average, but the number of surface negative charges decreased by 36.24 % on average. FT-IR results confirmed that N doping reduced the number of -OH groups on the N-doped composites. Additionally, fluorination of N-F co-doped TiO₂ and bentonite surfaces inhibits hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions between the TC and the composites. As the N doping ratio increased, the coverage of N-F co-doped TiO₂ on the composite surface increased, resulting in the TC adsorption decrease with the increases N doping ratio.

        Sparsity maximization nonlinear blind deconvolution and its application in identification of satellite microvibration sources

        In this study, sparsity maximization nonlinear blind deconvolution (NBD) is proposed to identify the vibration sources of satellite systems from mixed vibration signals. The proposed algorithm decomposes NBD into two independent stages, namely, nonlinear compensation and blind deconvolution. Since nonlinear distortion weakens the sparsity of the observed signals, sparsity maximization is introduced to the nonlinear compensation stage. In the blind deconvolution stage, the blind deconvolution algorithm with reference is used to separate the source signals. The proposed algorithm can improve the accuracy of source signal extraction from nonlinear mixed signals of complex mechanical systems. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulations. An experimental system of aluminum cabin structure is built based on the satellite’s cabin structure. Results show that the proposed algorithm can successfully realize the identification of source signals.

        Inhomogeneous bonding state modeling for vibration analysis of explosive clad pipe

        Early detection of damage bonding state such as insufficient bonding strength and interface partial contact defect for the explosive clad pipe is crucial in order to avoid sudden failure and even catastrophic accidents. A generalized and efficient model of the explosive clad pipe can reveal the relationship between bonding state and vibration characteristics, and provide foundations and priory knowledge for bonding state detection by signal processing technique. In this paper, the slender explosive clad pipe is regarded as two parallel elastic beams continuously joined by an elastic layer, and the elastic layer is capable to describe the non-uniform bonding state. By taking the characteristic beam modal functions as the admissible functions, the Rayleigh-Ritz method is employed to derive the dynamic model which enables one to consider inhomogeneous system and any boundary conditions. Then, the proposed model is validated by both numerical results and experiment. Parametric studies are carried out to investigate the effects of bonding strength and the length of partial contact defect on the natural frequency and forced response of the explosive clad pipe. A potential method for identifying the bonding quality of the explosive clad pipe is also discussed in this paper.

        Analysis of nifH Gene Diversity in Red Soil Amended with Manure in Jiangxi, South China

        In order to understand the community structure of diazotrophs in red soil and effects of organic manure application on the structure, four nifH gene libraries were constructed: the control (CK), low manure (LM), high manure (HM), and high manure adding lime (ML). Totally 150 nifH gene clones were screened and grouped into 21 clusters by RFLP analysis. Existence of dominant patterns was observed in all libraries, which counted for over 96% of clones in library HM and about 56~72% in other three libraries. The nifH sequences of the dominant patterns in all libraries were most similar to sequences of the cyanobacteria. nifH genes showed high diversity in red soil, dispersing throughout the nifH clades (alpha-, beta-, and gamma- Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, cyanobacteria, Verrucomicrobia, and posited group). Bradyrhizobium and Burkholderia were also important diazotrophs in low fertility soil samples. Low manure treatment increased the diversity of nifH genes compared with CK and high manure treatments. Manure and lime treatment led to obvious community succession. Total N to available P ratio, total carbon, and K concentrations were the main factors affecting the diversity of diazotrophs in red soil.

        장애우 요트 선수들의 요트 수련이 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

        한국에서 장애인 요트 선수들의 사회적 심리적 측면의 효과를 검증하고자 장애우 들의 요트 수련을 기준으로 하여 장애우 선수들의 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향들을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 국내의 실정에 맞는 객관적이고 공신력 있는 장애우 요트교육·평가 자료를 개발하는데 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 장애우의 요트수련 정도에 따른 신체적 자기개념분석 1) 장애우의 요트수련기간에 따른 신체적 자기개념 분석은 신체활동과 자기존중에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 장애우의 요트수련 빈도에 따른 신체적 자기개념 분석은 외모 및 신체전반과 체지방에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 장애우의 요트수련 시간에 따른 신체적 자기개념 분석은 스포츠 유능감, 건강, 신체활동, 자기존중에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 장애우의 배경변인에 따른 신체적 자기개념분석 1) 장애우의 연령에 따른 신체적 자기개념분석은 스포츠 유능감과 신체활동에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 장애우의 직업유무에 따른 신체적 자기개념분석은 모든 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The study aims to prove social and psychological effects of the disabled yachtsmen in Korea by looking into how yachts training of the disabled yachtsmen would affect the physical self-concept of the disabled yachtsmen. Add to this, the study also established a second goal that the results of the study should be used as basic data to develop the disabled yachtsmen’s training·evaluation data that would be considered both objective and publicly-confident at the same time. The results of the study are presented as follows. 1. Analysis on the disabled’s physical self-concept depending on the level of yacht training 1) The analysis on the disabled’s physical self-concept by the yacht training period was found to have significant differences with the physical activities and self-respect. 2) The analysis on the disabled’s physical self-concept by the yacht training frequency was observed to have signifiant differences with the appearance, whole body image and body fat. 3) The analysis on the disabled’s physical self-concept by the yacht training hour was understood to have statically significant differences with sports competentness, health, physical activities and self-respect. 2. Analysis on the disabled’s physical self-concept depending on the background variables 1) The analysis on the disabled’s physical self-concept by age was found to have significant differences with the sports competentness and physical activities. 2) The analysis on the disabled’s physical self-concept by occupational status was understood to have no statically significant differences with any of the factors.

        Damage and stiffness research on steel shape steel fiber reinforced concrete composite beams

        In this work, an experimental research has been performed on Steel Fiber-Steel Reinforced Concrete (SFSRC)specimens subjected to four-point bending tests to evaluate the feasibility of mutual replacement of steel fibers and conventional reinforcement through studying failure modes, load-deflection curves, stiffness of characteristic points, stiffness degradation curves and damage analysis. The variables considered in this experiment included steel fiber volume percentage with and without conventional reinforcements (stirrups or steel fibers) with shear span depth ratios of S/D=2.5 and 3.5. Experimental results revealed that increasing the volume percentage of steel fiber decreased the creation and propagation of shear and bond cracks, just like shortening the stirrups spacing. Higher crack resistance and suturing ability of steel fiber can improve the stability of its bearing capacity. Both steel fibers and stirrups improved the stiffness and damage resistance of specimens where stirrups played an essential role and therefore, the influence of steel fibers was greatly weakened. Increasing S/D ratio also weakened the effect of steel fibers. An equation was derived to calculate the bending stiffness of SFSRC specimens, which was used to determine mid span deflection; the accuracy of the proposed equation was proved by comparing predicted and experimental results.
