이러닝 특성이 학습자의 학업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구의 주요 목적은 교육공학 관점과 정보기술 관점의 통합적 연구모형을 통해 이러닝 특성과 이러닝 학업성과 간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러닝 시스템 품질, 이러닝 콘텐츠 특성, 상호작용 등을 독립변수로, 이러닝 학업성과를 종속변수로, 학습동기를 매개변수로 설정, 이들 변수간의 관계를 검증해 보았다. 연구를 위해 212명의 사이버 대학 재학생들이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 이러닝 특성 중 기술적 품질 컨텐츠 품질 학사지원 등이 학업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 이러닝 특성과 학업성과간의 관계에 대한 학습동기의 매개효과 분석 결과, 학습 동기는 양자간의 관계에서 부분적인 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 근거 향후 이러닝 이용자들의 학업성과 향상을 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하면 이러닝 학습자들의 다양한 수준과 목적을 고려한 강좌 및 강의내용이 적절히 제공되고, 학습자와 이러닝 시스템 간 상호작용을 원활히 할 수 있는 기능이 적극 제공된다면 이러닝의 실질적 유효성을 훨씬 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 사려된다. RThe main object of this study is to stipulate the relation between e-learning characteristics and e-learner's scholastic performance through the integrated study model of perspective of educational technology and information technology. Using e-learning system quality, e-learning contents characteristics and interaction as independent variable, e-learner's scholastic performance as dependent variable and learning motivation as mediator, this study has examined the relationship among these variables. Two hundreds and twelve undergraduates in cyber university participated in the survey and filled out questionnaires related to this study. The main results are as followed. First, content's quality, technical quality and the support of school affairs have a significant effect on the e-learner's scholastic performance. Second, Learning motivation plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between e-learning characteristics and e-learner's scholastic performance. The meaningful implication of this study is that to improve e-learner's scholastic performance, we have to offer e-learners more customized various learning plans, learning contents and interaction between e-learners and e-learning systems.
A New Waxy Wheat Cultivar "Shinmichall" with Stress Tolerance

“Shinmichal1”, a waxy red winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar was developed by the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA. It was derived from the cross “Alchan”/“Chal2”during 1997. “Alchan” is a soft red winter wheat with high yield and good noodle quality. “Chal2” is a waxy wheat line crossed by “Kanto107” (Wx-A1b and Wx-B1b) and “BaiHuo” (Wx-D1b). “Shinmichal1” was evaluated as “Suwon306” in Advanced Yield Trial Test in 2002. It was tested in the regional yield trial test between 2003 and 2006. “Shinmichal1” is an awned, semi dwarf and soft red winter wheat, similar to “Uri” (check cultivar). The Heading and maturing date of “Shinmichal1” were similar to “Uri”. Culm and spike length of “Shinmichal1“ were 79 cm and 7.8 cm. “Shinmichal1“ had greater test weight (802 g) and lower 1,000-grain weight (31.8 g) than “Uri” (782 g and 35.2 g, respectively). It has resistance to winter hardiness, wet-soil tolerance, lodging tolerance and moderate post-harvest sprouting damage. “Shinmichal1” had higher flour yield (66.2%), ash (0.73%), protein (10.9%) and SDS sedimentation volume (40.7 ml) than “Uri” (64.7%, 0.53%, 9.3%, and 32.5 ml, respectively) and similar flour color to “Uri”. “Shinmichal1” had higher dough extensibility and lower dough strength than “Uri”. It is 5.2% of amylose content and had typical waxy starch pasting properties. Average yield of “Shnmichal1” in the regional adaptation yield trial was 5.24 MT ha-1 in upland and 5.58 MT ha-1 in paddy field, which was 3% and 8% lower than those of “Uri” (5.39 MT ha-1 and 6.09 MT ha-1, respectively). “Shinmichal1” would be suitable for the area above the daily minimum temperature of -10℃ in January in Korean peninsula.

The null hypothesis being tested by $the{\bar{X}}$ control chart is that the process is in control at a quality level ${\mu}o$. An ${\bar{X}}control$ chart is a tool for detecting process average changes due to assingnable causes. The major weakness of $the{\bar{X}}$ control chart is that it is relatively insensitive to small changes in the population mean. This paper presents one way to remedy this weakness is to allow each plotted value to depend not only on the most recent subgroup average but on some of the other subgroup averages as well. Two approaches for doing this are based on (1) moving averages and (2) exponentially weighted moving averages of forecasting method.

<P>Dogs (Canis familiaris) share many common genetic diseases with humans and development of disease models using a transgenic approach has long been awaited. However, due to the technical difficulty in obtaining fertilizable eggs and the unavailability of embryonic stem cells, no transgenic dog has been generated. Canine fetal fibroblasts were stably transfected with a red fluorescent protein (RFP) gene-expressing construct using retrovirus gene delivery method. Somatic cell nuclear transfer was then employed to replace the nucleus of an oocyte with the nucleus of the RFP-fibroblasts. Using this approach, we produced the first generation of transgenic dogs with four female and two male expressing RFP. genesis 47:314–322, 2009. © 2009 Wiley-Liss, Inc.</P>

스마트폰용 이미지 센서 검사는 지그에 이미지 센서를 장착 시킨후 전기적인 신호를 보내어 작동 유무와 저항, 전류 등을 평가하여 양품과 불량을 선별한다. 기존 검사 방법은 Pogo Pin으로 Pad 간격 0.25mm까지 가능하였다. 현재 Pad 간격 0.1mm까지 가능하도록 Wire Pin으로 검사를 할 수 있는 고해상도용 이미지 센서 기술을 개발 중이다. KS C 2603, KS B 5233, KS A IEC 62308, KS B 5542를 기반으로 스마트폰용 이미지 센서의 측정용 지그 신뢰성 확보를 위한 주요 시험평가 항목을 분석한다. Image sensors for smartphones send electrical signals by installing image sensors in test jig to evaluate whether or not it is operating, resistance, and current etc. Existing inspection method was possible up to 0.25mm pad spacing with pogo pin. Currently, we are developing high-resolution image sensor technology that can inspect with wire pins so that pad spacing is possible up to 0.1mm. Based on KS C 2603, KS B 5233, KS A IEC 62308, KS B 5542, main evaluating items are analyzed to secure the reliability of jig for the image sensor of smartphone.
