        Ki-1 임파종 1 예

        A 60-year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining of fever with chillness and anarexia for 12 weeks. Physical examination revealed supraclavicular lymphadenopathy and left inguinal lymphadenopathy. Abdominal CT scan showed the evidence of maked lymphadenopathy on retraperitoneal, external iliac, obturator, left inguinal, and celiac lymph nodes. A pathologic diagnosis of Ki-1(+) lymphoma was made by the biopsed supraclavicular lymph node because the node consisted of large cells with pleomorphic nuclei, scanty cytoplasm, large basophilic nucleoli, atypical vacuoli and large cells were positive for leukocyte common antigen, Ber-H2, marker, and B-cell marker.

      • 韓國弓道選手들의 體格 및 體力에 關한 硏究 : 國家代表 및 體育大 選手들을 中心으로

        The autors have an observation study on physical characteristic and fitness were determined in forty-two competitors of archery(31 of male and 11 of female), who are Korean national archer's and archer's of Korean National College of Physical Education. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Male and female competitors of archery of physique stage were as obesity in regard to standard body composition of the other athletes. (2) Mascular strength of competitors of archery was when compared those of data were excellent than those of Korean youth. And there was statistically significant difference of lifting power between archer's and shooter's, when compared those of data of archer's was excellent than those of shooter's. (3) Comparison of agility, flexibility and power(motor function) score were not differences between competitors of Korean national archery and college archer's, when compared those of data was good than those of other athletes.

      • MgO-Cr₂O₃캐스타블의 화학적 손상에 관한 연구

        마그-크롬질 캐스타블에 대한 내알칼리성 증진에 의한 수명 향상의 가능성을 검토하였다. 골재로서 전융 알루미나, 크롬질, 소결 스피넬, 마그-크롬질, 마그네시아질 순으로 알칼리 침식에 대한 저항성이 우수하였다. 마그-크롬질은 다른 골재에 비하여 알칼리에 대한 침식저항성 뿐만 아니라 열충격에 대한 저항성이 양호하였다. 장시간 적용 시험시 β-2CaO · SiO2.3CaO · SiO2 및 K2SO4가 존재하였고 조직 취화를 초래하여 가동면에서 손상을 가속하였다. 전융 마그네시아를 사용한 경우 소결 마그네시아질에 비하여 재질 변경 및 조직 치밀화로 인하여 알칼리에 대한 침식 억제 효과가 있었다. For long life of applications in MgO-Cr2O3 castables, the improvement of chemical resistance against alkali salts were investigated. Chemical resistance against alkali salts was excellent in order, i.e fused alumina, chrom ore, sinterded spinel, Magnesia-chrome, magnesia based castables. magnesia-chrome based tastable was comparatively good in the chemical attacks and the thermal resisatnce. As working for long time, β-2CaO · SiO2, 3CaO · SiO2 and K2SO4 were existed, and they accelerated chemical wear in the working area of magnesia-chrome castables caused the degreaded microstructure. The chemical resistance of fused magnesia in MgO-Cr2O3 castables showed the more excellent than that of the sintered magnesia due to the densification of mircrostructure and the change of materials

      • 과실 비파괴 검사용 초음파 트랜스듀서 개발

        In this study, the ultrasonic transducers for contact measurement of whole fruits were developed. The design parameters for ultrasonic transducer such as acoustical impedance of fruits, kinds of piezoelectric materials, ultrasonic wave frequency, and transducer diameter were investigated. In order to match the impedance between piezoelectric material and fruit, various wear plates were fabricated and evaluated. And to control the bandwidth of ultrasonic wave of the transducer, various backing materials were fabricated and evaluated. The wear plate of the transducer was specially designed and fabricated considering the curvature of fruit. Two kinds of transducers such as 100 kHz of central frequency with 40 mm of transducer diameter and 200 kHz of central frequency with 20 mm diameter were developed. Nondestructive evaluation of the fruit will be possible with the developed ultrasonic transducers.

      • Al_2O_3를 첨가한 LaFeO_3 박막의 암모니아 가스감지 특성

        LaFeO_3 thin films with 2%, 5% and 10% A1_2O_3 additives were fabricated by r.f. magnetron sputtering method on Al_2O_3 substrates. Structural, electrical and ammonia gas sensing characteristics of the thin films with different heat treatments were examined. From the XRD results, the compound of LaFeO_3 and Al_2O_3 was not found. Thin film with 5% Al_2O_3 additives, heat-treated at 800℃, showed the sensitivities of about 85% for 100ppm ammonia gas at the working temperature of 300℃. The response time to the ammonia gas was several seconds and the thin film showed good selectivity to NH_3 gas.

      • 잡음환경에서 구름 볼 베이링의 결함검출을 위한 ALE의 적용

        It is very important to detect the bearing defects in rotating machinery since the critical failure of bearing cause a machinery shutdown. However it is difficult to detect the vibration signal resulting from the initial defects of bearing because of the high level of broadband noise. A signal processing technique, called the adaptive line enhancer(ALE) as one of adaptive filter, is studied in this work. This technique is to eliminate broadband noise without a prior knowledge of the noise and signal characteristics. Also we propose the optimal methods for selecting the three main ALE parameters such as correlation length, filter order and adaptation constant used in the adaptative process. Vibration signals for three abnormal bearings, including inner and outer raceways and ball defects, were acquired from Anderon(angular derivative of radius on)meter. The experimental results showed that the proposed technique can reliably detect the bearing defective signals masked by broadband noise.

      • 건설현장 근로자들의 안저예방실태와 사고예방과의 개선요인 조사연구

        This study was conducted to examine aspects of health and safety education and demand level of safety education in construction job sites in order to provide direction of safety education development. The subjects of this study were 566 workers who were working in construction job sites located in Daegu City and Kyungbuk Province. Data were collected from June 1, 2002 to August 30, 2002. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. According to safety education by experience methods, the proportion of education by lecture was highest (90.6%). The proportion of education by field practice was 13.1%. 2. Among the education methods which they thought as the most desirable method, the proportion of audio-visual education was 39.4% and the proportion of education by experience was 37.5%. Those who had more monthly income and higher education level preferred audio-visual education, while those who were younger and less educated preferred education by experience. 3. In the case of the contents of the safety education which they thought as the most important one, the proportion of enhancement of safety awareness and education of risk factors was highest (24.7%). The groups of older workers, having longer working period, and belonging to higher education level preferred these contents. 4. According to the factors which were most important to increase effectiveness of the safety education were workers' voluntary participation (27.7%), 40 to 49 years old (27.7%), and monthly income of one million, five hundred thousand won to one million, nine hundred ninety thousand won (32.0%). The proportions of lower educated workers and working as daily workers were also high. 5. The variable which most influenced the safety education was age. The safety awareness of construction job sites was the second highest influential variable. From above results, it is clear that the workers' participation in the safety education was low since most of the safety educations were formal education by lecture. Although they participated in the education, the education was also not effective because they compulsorily participated in it. Therefore, it can be concluded that effective alternative policies must be formulated.
