      • Ti(CN)기 탄화물질 세라믹스의 기계적 특성과 절삭성능

        Fully dense THCN) based carbonitride ceramics were fabricated by pressureless sintering. During sintering, solid solutions were formed from the ceramic ingredients. The ceramics exhibited microvickers hardness of 1560-2050kgf/mm2, fracture toughness of 3.0-5.4 MPa $m^(1/2)$, and three point flexural strength of 645-1072 MPa. Some of the ceramics were shaped in a cutting tool, and the cutting performance was evaluated. In case of cutting SCM440 alloy steel, the ceramics showed better performance than the commercially available alumina-titanium carbide ceramic cutting tool. Considering the excellent productivity of pressureless sintering compared with other densification methods and their cutting performance, this new class of ceramics are very promising for wear resistant applications.

      • 군산 연안 해역에서의 부영양화 제어에 관한 연구

        Gunsan coastal area is one of region increasing pollution problems. To improve water quality, the reduction of these nutrients loads should be indispensible. In this study, the three-dimensional numerical hydrodynamic and ecosystem model were applied to analyze the processes affecting the eutrophication. In field survey. the average concentrations of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP) at surface waters were found to be 0.43mg/ℓ and 0.03mg/ℓ respectively. which were exceeding second grade of water quality criteria. In hydrodynamic modelling, the comparison between the simulated and observed tidal ellipses showed fairly good agreement. The ecosystem model was calibrated with the observed data in study area. The simulated results of DIN were fairly good coincided with the observed values within relative en-or of 32.39%, con-elation coefficient(r) of 0.99. In the case of DIP, the simulated results were fairly good coincided with the observed values within relative error of 24.6% con-elation coefficient(r) of 0.82. The simulations of DIN and DIP concentrations using ecosystem model were performed under the conditions of 2 0 - 80% reductions for pollutant loading. At simulation results, concentration of DIN and DIP were reduced to 20 - 80% and under 10% in case of the 80% reduction of polltuant loading, respectively.

        The paradigm of the interior space of the car is changing as it expands beyond simple seating to relaxation and entertainment. In response to this, we have developed a new concept of relaxation comfort seat that enables simultaneous performing reclining and cushion tilt as a study of zero gravity fatigue reduction posture, and it was the first in the world to apply Grandeur passenger seat. Since this technique requires the lower thigh angle to be raised by at least 28°, it cannot be implemented with the existing tilt mechanism, and a structure that lowers the H-Pt while maximizing the tilt amount has been added. This was also applied to the 2nd row seat, but it could not be applied to seats with the Fold&Dive function applied to increase the luggage capacity of the SUV because the cushion part moved downward in conjunction with the back. To solve this, the idea was devised to move the tilt mechanism together with the cushion part in the same direction, and a new concept mechanism was developed using TRIZ to separate the hockey bar into two in order to further lower the H-Pt position. Since this technology can be implemented only by changing some parts in the existing frame, it can be applied immediately. In addition, in the era of autonomous driving, it is expected that it will make a great contribution with technology that can increase customer satisfaction.

      • 노면조도와 차종을 고려한 강판형교의 동적증폭계수에 관한 연구

        This paper is presented to obtain the dynamic resposes of steel plate girder bridges using 3-D vehicle model in consideration of road surface roughness. The road surface roughness of the roadway and bridge decks are generated and two nonliner vehicle models with 7-D.O.F. for dump truck and 12-D.O.F. for tractor-trailer are considered. Bridge-vehicle interaction equations are derived and impact percentage of the responses for different parameters are presented. The simply supported steel plate girder bridges from "The Standard Design Examples of The Highway Bridges Superstructure" published by the Ministry of Construction in Korea are used. The spans of the bridges are 20.0m, 30.0m and 40.0m and their widths are 11.0m, respectively. The dynamic reponses of the bridges are calculated for 15t dump truck and 53T/C 40T/L tractor-trailer, with different speed and road surface roughness.
