미국과 한국의 민간 교정복지서비스 비교 연구 -비영리 신앙기반 교정복지프로그램을 중심으로-

이 논문은 미국과 한국의 비영리 신앙기반 교정복지프로그램을 비교·분석한 연구이다. 한국 최초의 민영교도소 프로그램인 CCR(Christian Correction for Reconciliation)은 미국의 신앙기반 교정프로그램인 IFI(InnerChange Freedom Initiative)를 모델로 한 것이다. 양 프로그램은 시설 내에서 재소자들에게 기독교 원리를 바탕으로 한 독특한 재활 프로그램들을 제공하면서 동시에 출소 후에도 지속적인 케어(care)를 통해 그들의 재 사회화에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 연구는 이러한 프로그램의 특징에 주목하면서 양 프로그램의 형성과정을 설명하고 프로그램 내용의 차이점에 대해서도 함께 살펴보고 있다. 아울러 한국의 비영리 신앙기반 교정프로그램이 직면한 과제는 무엇인지를 보고 이에 대한 제언을 통해 프로그램의 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 이러한 분석과정을 통해 재소자의 재활 과정에서 재범률을 낮출 수 있는 요소는 무엇인지에 대한 질문에 답하고자 한다. This paper is a comparative study analyzing nonprofit faith-based correctional human service programs in the U.S. and South Korea. CCR(Christian Correction for Reconciliation), the first Korean private prison rehabilitation program, is modeled after the LFI(InnerChange Freedom Initiative) in the Unite States. Both provide unique rehabilitation programs based on Christian principles and focus on the re-socialization of inmates through post-re-lease mentoring services. This paper examines the historical background of the programs in both countries and compares their differences. In addition, the paper addresses some of the challenges faced by Korea`s CCR program and present recommendations on the future direction of the program. Through such analysis, this article seeks to shed light on the key factors of the rehabilitation process of inmates that most effectively reduces recidivism.

The paradigm of the interior space of the car is changing as it expands beyond simple seating to relaxation and entertainment. In response to this, we have developed a new concept of relaxation comfort seat that enables simultaneous performing reclining and cushion tilt as a study of zero gravity fatigue reduction posture, and it was the first in the world to apply Grandeur passenger seat. Since this technique requires the lower thigh angle to be raised by at least 28°, it cannot be implemented with the existing tilt mechanism, and a structure that lowers the H-Pt while maximizing the tilt amount has been added. This was also applied to the 2nd row seat, but it could not be applied to seats with the Fold&Dive function applied to increase the luggage capacity of the SUV because the cushion part moved downward in conjunction with the back. To solve this, the idea was devised to move the tilt mechanism together with the cushion part in the same direction, and a new concept mechanism was developed using TRIZ to separate the hockey bar into two in order to further lower the H-Pt position. Since this technology can be implemented only by changing some parts in the existing frame, it can be applied immediately. In addition, in the era of autonomous driving, it is expected that it will make a great contribution with technology that can increase customer satisfaction.
