        가토의 두개골 골결손부에 탈단백 우골 이식시 혈소판 농축 혈장과 피브린 실란트의 효과

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to evaluation of effect on bone formation of PRP and fibrin sealant with deproteinized bovine bone(Bio-Oss) grafts on rabbit cranial defect. Material and Methods Twelve rabbits were used as experimental animal Two equal 9mm diameter cranial bone defects were created in each rabbit and immediately grafted with Bio-Oss only, Bio-Oss and PRP, and Bio-Oss and Fibrin sealant. Rabbits were sacrificed at 4 and 8 week. The defects were evaluated by histomorphometric analysis. Results Kruskal-Wallis tests were performed comparing new bone formation via histomorphometric analysis. No statistically significant difference of new bone formation was found between Bio-Oss only, Bio-Oss and PRP, and Bio-Oss and fibrin sealant at 4 and 8 weeks (P>0.05). Conclusion This study fails to find a stimulatory effect of PRP and Fibrin sealant on New bone formation of Bio-Oss grafts by histomorphometric analyses.

        파노라마 방사선사진상의 위험 징후와 하악 제3 대구치 발치 후 하치조신경 손상

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the incidence of panoramic radiological risk signs related with mandibular third molar extraction, and the relationship between these risk signs and inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) injury after tooth extraction. Cases were defined as 1000 mandibular third molars extracted by surgical approach at Samsung Medical Center during the period from March 2001 to December 2006. Seven radiological risk signs were assessed on the panoramic radiogram by three expert oral surgeons. Clinical demographic data and severity of IAN injury were examined on medical records. Bivariate analyses were completed to assess the relationship between radiological risk signs and IAN injury. The radiological risk signs showed in 381 cases(38.1%). The incidence of each radiological risk signs were; interruption of IAN white line, 152 cases(15.2%); deflected roots, 141 cases(14.1%); darkening root, 119 cases(11.9%); diversion of IAN, 57 cases(5.7%) ; IAN narrowing, 37 cases(3.7%); root narrowing, 17 cases(1.7%); dark and bifid apex, 10 cases(1.0%). The incidence of IAN injury in cases with risk signs were: in the case of any sign, 3.6%; interruption of IAN white line, 2.6%; deflected roots 5.7%; darkening root. 3.4%; diversion of IAN, 5.7%; IAN narrowing, 3.7%; root narrowing, 5.9%; dark and bifid apex, 0%. No IAN injury was showed in 619 cases without risk sign (p<0.05). In conclusion, the presence of panoramic risk signs was associated with an increased risk for IAN injury during mandibular third molar extraction, whereas the absence of risk signs was associated with a minimal risk of nerve injury.

        KHz 반복률에서의 Ti:sapphire 이득 스위칭 레이저 발진과 펨토초 처프펄스 재생 증폭

        1kHz 반복률의 펨토초 펄스를 방출하는 안정된 Ti:sapphire 처프펄스 재생 증폭 시스템의 자체제작 및 최적화를 위해 시스템을 구성하는 각 요소들의 특성을 세부적으로 분석하였다. 사용된 증폭 공진기를 kHz 영역에서 반복률 변환 가능한 이득스위칭 레이저 구조로 변환하여 펄스 생성시간, 펌프출력에 따른 방출출력 특성 및 파괴여부, 펄스의 길이 및 파장가변 영역 등의 다양한 발진특성을 측정 분석하고, 이 결과를 기반으로 증폭 공진기를 설계하였으며, 내부에 설치된 포켈셀의 작동시간, 증폭 시 펄스의 공진횟수 등을 고려하여 증폭단을 최적화하였다. 증폭기의 종자펄스로는 자체제작된 커 렌즈 모드잠금 Ti:sapphire 레이저로부터 방출되는 50fs 펄스가 사용되었다. 종자펄스는 3개의 거울로 구성된 재생 증폭공진기에 입사되기 전에 펄스늘림기를 통해 120ps로 확대되었으며, 증폭 후 펄스길이의 재압축을 통해 815nm 영역에서 85fs, $320{\mu}J$의 극초단 펄스를 방출하는 1kHz 처프펄스 재생 증폭기를 제작하였다. We present a comprehensive study of a chirped pulse Ti:sapphire regenerative amplifier system operating at 1 kHz. Main constituents of the system are described in detail. The amplifier stage was first converted to a repetition rate-tunable kHz gain-switched nanosecond Ti:sapphire laser. Operation characteristics at different repetition rates such as build-up times of laser pulses, pump power-dependent output powers and pulse durations, damage thresholds, and tunability ranges were studied. Based on the results achieved, the switching time of the Pocket's cell used and the round trip numbers in the regenerative amplifier were optimized at 1 kHz. The output pulses with a pulse width of 50fs from a home-made Ken lens mode-locked Ti:sapphire oscillator were used as seed pulses. The pulses were expanded to 120ps in a grating stretcher prior to coupling into the 3-mirror amplifier cavity. After amplification and recompression, a stable 1kHz Ti:sapphire regenerative amplifier system, which delivers 85-fs, $320-{\mu}J$ pulses, was fully constructed.

        추력벡터제어 비행체의 일관된 탄도 성형을 위한 피치각명령 산출 방법

        In this paper, we propose a method of generating pitch commands for consistent initial trajectories irrelevant to flight conditions in the initial boosting phase of a thrust-vector-controlled vehicle. After shape assumption of the pitch command profile, parameters of the profile are determined in real time in order for the summit height of the trajectory to be a desired value by deriving the summit height considering thrust performance, gravity, and other flight conditions. Computer simulation results demonstrate good performance of the proposed method.

        비행제어를 위한 비행 중 고체로켓 추력 예측 방법

        In this paper, an in-flight prediction method of thrust profiles for solid rocket motors is proposed. Actually, it is very difficult to have detailed information about the performance of the rocket motors beforehand because it is quite sensitive to combustion environments. To overcome this problem, we have developed an algorithm for generating in-flight prediction of rocket motor performance in realistic environments via a reference burnback profile and accelerations measured at a short time-interval just after launch. The performance is evaluated through a lot of flight test results.

        역최적 문제를 통한 충돌각 제어 최적유도법칙의 개루프 비행궤적 특성 및 Time-to-go 예측

        This paper presents the features of an impact angle constrained open-loop optimal trajectory which is given by a function of initial conditions and optimal guidance gains. Using missile motion described by linearized kinematic equations and a proper form of performance index, an inverse optimal problem is suggested to investigate the gains related to the performance index. The flight trajectory and time-to-go can be shaped in terms of the optimal guidance gains. The results are evaluated by 3-DOF simulation.

        국민체조와 새 천년 건강체조의 운동강도에 대한 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was identify the effect of the New Millennium Calisthenics on cardiovascular function that is change in the heart rate during exercise in youth. The participants of this study were classified into two groups; the National Calisthenic group(n=10) and the New Millennium Calisthenic group(n=10). The following conclusions were made for exploration in this study: 1. Statistical analysis of the data showed that significant difference was found in the changed heart rate from three minutes to five minutes between gender who participated in the New Millennium Calisthenics. 2. The average heart rate that participated in the New Millennium Calisthenics was assessed 140 beats per minute, which mean to reach at the level of intensity greater than 50% VO₂ max. The intensity of National Calisthenics was calculated 30%-40% VO₂ max. This result indicated that the National Calisthenics was not appropriate means of improving cardiovascular function for youth. In conclusion, the New Millennium Calisthenics can be an aerobic fitness for youth if it is conducted repeatedly. The intensity of the New Millennium Calisthenics has increased gradually and was not recovered completely after workout. This finding revealed that the New Millennium Calisthenics can be a means of improving cardiovascular function for youth.

      • 지식의 구조화를 통해 교수-학습 방법 개선을 위한 체조 교육과정 모형 개발 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop gymnastics curriculum based on a knowledge structure model so that P.E. teachers could prepare more effective and consistent teaching materials for the mat and Crow-bar excercise classes in boys` middle schools. The methodology of this study is based on the Vickers knowledge structure model. Through the literature-survey, we could make conclusions such as following (1) The education curriculum for the mat and horizontal-bar could be suggested by analysis of a technical classification. In order to organize the structure of psychomotor domain and mat-centered gymnastics curriculum the researcher classified the gymnastics skills, which could be taught in schools. (2) For the structure of cognitive domain, the researcher systematized necessary knowledge the learners can effectively perform the gymnastic activities on the basis of motor learning. teaching method, biomechanics, exercise psychology, P.E. philosophy, and P.E. history. (3) By way of structuring affective domain, the researcher selected and organized the contents related to the gymnastics on the basis of sociopsychological background knowledge. The structuring of the affective domain was suggested on the basis of the psychomotor domain which related to a sociology and psychology. (4) For easy understanding the gymnastics, the technique was classified. The classifications are as follows : 1.000 for the mat and 2.000 for the horizontal-bar 0.000 for psychomotor domain. 0.001 for cognitive domain, and 0.002 for affective domain. In conclusion, it is believed that this developed curriculum could be helpful to understand what the learners should know and what they should perform when they are in gymanastics classes: that it could suggest the methods of teaching the integrated form of skills, knowledge, and attitudes : and that it could be a turning point in physical education by clearing the disparity between theory and practical skill.

        민법 제393조와 불법행위법에서의 예견가능성

          Article 393 of the Korean Civil Code specifies general damage and foreseeable special damage as the remoteness of damages and applies it to the tort law in accordance to Article 763. Dominantly, Article 393 of the Civil Code is regarded as a specification of adequate causation. This is called adequacy theory. Adequacy theory understands causal relation of the existence of liability and the extent of liability as adequate causation. According to adequacy theory, the existence of liability and the extent of liability have no distinction between them.<BR>  General damage and special damage cannot be distinguished by ordinary circumstances or extraordinary circumstances. Ordinary circumstances refer to the cause of damage, or the internal condition of conduct, and have no substantial meaning. In most cases, ordinary circumstances and extraordinary circumstances in causal relation conditionally combine to cause damages. Thus, it is difficult to distinguish general and special damages, and it might even cause unreasonable results.<BR>  General damage is recognized by average citizen or common sense and special damage asks the violator whether damage was foreseeable to decide whether it should be included in the extent of liability. However, special damage is very rarely compensated for and is mostly excluded from the extent of liability as it is generally not foreseeable for violators.<BR>  The foreseeability of general damage is vaguely expressed as average citizen or common sense, but the extent of liability can be changed with regards to its standards. Such standards vary in great depth and are post-evaluated from the perspective of average citizen. When common sense is understood as the official hypothesis, the range of causal relation becomes the extent of general liability. To limit the extent of liability, therefore, the foreseeability of general damage shall be evaluated by a reasonable person’s objective standard which was required of violators at the time of liability.

        BTT 유도탄의 하중계수 분배논리 연구

        본 논문은 느리거나 정지된 표적을 요격할 수 있는 Bank-to-turn(BTT) 유도탄의 하중계수 분배논리(PCL)에 대해 기술하였다. BTT 제어를 위해서는 직각 좌표계에서 표현된 유도명령을 극좌표 형태로 변환시켜야만 한다. 이러한 극좌표 변환은 비선형성이 심하고 불연속적인 함수를 포함하고 있어 피치 가속도명령이 0인 경우 가제어성을 상실하는 문제점도 발생한다. 또한 2축 탐색기를 포함하는 BTT 유도탄의 호밍 유도시 롤 상관에 의해 불안정성이 나타나는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 중기유도 단계에서 그러한 가제어성 상실을 완화시키고 유도명령 추종성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 linear homotopy 관계식을 도입하였다. 또한, 호밍유도루프의 안정성을 향상시키기 위하여 피치 가속도명령에 대한 민감도를 감소시킬 수 있는 PCL을 구성하였다. 제안한 논리의 타당성은 전산모의시험을 통해 검증하였다. This paper presents polar converting logic(PCL) of BTT missiles against slowly moving or stationary targets. A guidance commands expressed in rectangular coordinates must be converted in the form of polar coordinates for BTT control. Since conventional PCL has nonlinear and discontinuous function, the missiles may lose controllability when pitch acceleration command equals to zero. Further, roll coupling may have a serious unstabilizing influence on homing guidance with two gimbals seeker. In this paper, a linear homotopy equation is introduced to improve the controllability and a command following performance at midcourse phase. We also design a PCL which is less sensitive to pitch acceleration command so that it may improve the stability of the homing loop. To substantiate our conclusion, results of the computer simulation have been illustrated.
