Diesel engines emit PM and NOx during combustion. This is the main culprit of fine dust, which seriously affects the atmospheric environment. In particular, large-sized diesel vehicles over 3.5 tons emit a greater amount of pollutants because of their large displacement. The occurrence of vehicle abnormalities in this large-scale diesel vehicle causes even greater problems in the atmospheric environment. It was confirmed that there were many problems caused by natural regeneration DPF among large-sized diesel vehicles. Therefore, the most effective maintenance plan is suggested.

Crash analysis using computer simulation is the significantly economic method to save time and money as compared with sled test. But this analysis is able to make an interpretative problem different from reality by a few of unconsidered factors. So this study is to be able to analyze a more accurate car crash applying to air flow movement that had not been considered before. It is assumed that is different characteristics on condition and It is designed a system of impact experiment of car seat foam considering air flow movement within the foam and pre-strain. This system enables control of pre-strain using electro-magnetic impactor, determination of air flow movement within the foam using punching plate and flow control sensor. It is differ on condition of maximum impact load on the foam, a kind of cover of foam, quantity of pre-strain so as to figure out air flow movement by seat foam used back and cushion by vehicle type. As result, it is observed that maximum load by voltage of electro-magnetic impactor seems repetitiveness of replays on the experiment and that air flow movement from seat foam is belched symmetrically by holes’ position of punching plate. If it is verified additional study on characteristics of seat foam varied by different air flow movement from seat foam, it is able to analyze of car crash using computer simulation more like a reality.

This paper reports a “2D” cell experiment platform which can independently control the dosage of two different drugs simultaneously in a discrete manner. While the typical microfluidic devices could control the concentration of only one chemical, lacking a multi-dimensional experiment ability, our device can control two different concentrations of chemicals with independent micro dispenser modules. The dispenser is based on the surface tension effect and the vent channel design. The feasibility is tested with EGFP-expressed E.coli and two different antibiotics. The result is well agreed with accepted observations; More E.coli is killed at higher doses of antibiotic. This platform will find its application in cocktail drug developing and stem cell differentiation experiment.
