빤짜다샤앙가요가(Pancadasangayoga) 의 체험적 실재와 그 너머

압뺘딕시따(Appayyadiksita)의 “빤짜다샤앙가요가(Pancadasangayoga 이하 PAY)”는 우빠니샤드적 지혜의 요가적 활용으로 그 기능이 알려져 있다. PAY는 기존에 알려진 떼조빈두우빠니샤드(Tejo-Bindu-upanisad)의 열다섯 가지 기본 구조를 활용하면서도 그 형이상학적 기술방식이나 의도는 요가적인 합리성을 드러내기 위하여 방법론적으로 재조정된다. 본고는 그러한 압뺘딕시따의 의도가 요가의 궁극적 실재를 실천적으로 드러내기 위한 합리적인 시도로 적절한 것임을 논하는 것이 목적이다. 궁극적 실재에 대해 신비주의적으로 이해하려는 시도는, 요가가 실천철학임을 전제로 한다면, 그 수련의 방법론으로 적절하지 못하며 나아가 수련자의 나태한 태도라고 할 수 있다. 그 기원에서부터 요가의 지침서들은 궁극적 실재를 향한 개별적 체험의 학습절차가 학습자간에 공유되는 시스템을 담지하고 있다는 점에서 신비주의적이지 않으며, 합리적이다. 이에, 자칫 신비주의적으로 오도되기 쉬운 요가에 대한 일반인들의 이해를 교정하고, 요가의 본유적 합리성을 PAY를 통하여 드러내고자 하는 것이 본고의 의도이다. This paper is mainly focused on showing the methodological efficiency of Pancadasangayoga with its scientific and critical analysis. The Pancadasangayoga (Hereinafter “PAY”) which written in Sanskrit by a yogic sage Apyayadiksita , has fifteen angas system as we can see through its title. The structure of PAY has the uniqueness, which is different from that of the typical yogic text and the reflection of the demand of the common practitioners. The rationality of Yogic system could be represented not by the vague understanding or ignorance(avidya) based on mysticism but by the specific realization(vivekakhyati) for Yoga. Likewise, we need to understand the appropriateness of PAY through the scientific criteria which has been focused as modern philosophical methodology to represent the uniqness of human consciousness, not just through the indistinctness of classical way.

취약계층 아동 대상 식생활 교육의 효과성 평가

The purpose of this study was to develop a dietary education program, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the education program for children from low-income families. A total of 242 children (122 education groups and 120 control groups) were run six times a dietary education program from April to December 2018, and a questionnaire was administered before and after the education to evaluate effectiveness. Elementary school students were the most prevalent in the education and the control group. In the education group, the body height and weigh were 137.27 cm and 33.69 kg, respectively, and in the control group the body height and weight were 143.48 cm and 40.64 kg, respectively. The education group showed positive change in dietary self-efficacy and dietary knowledge compared to the control group. In particular, 'I can have meals regularly' (Education Group: 4.00 points from 3.71 points) and 'I can choose fruits instead of cookies candies as snacks (Education Group: 4.01 points from 3.70 points) The score increased after participation in the program. In the change of nutritional and hygiene knowledge of children, the education group scored 3.63 of 10 points before education, but the score significantly increased to 5.70 points after education(p<0.001).

서울소재 특1급 호텔조리사의 진성리더십이 상사부하 교환관계 (LMX) 및 과업성과에 미치는 영향관계 연구

본 연구는 서울소재 특1급 호텔조리사를 대상으로 상사부하 교환관계의 선행요인과 결과 요인의 관계를 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 상사부하교환관계의 선행요인은 진성리더십으로 설정하였고, 결과요인은 과업성과로 설정하여 연구를 실행하였다. 설문에 대한 표본은 본 연구를 위해 서울 지역에 위치한 특급 호텔 7곳을 선정하였으며, 호텔 조리부서에 2년 이상 근무한 조리사들을 대상으로 총 301부의 설문지를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 요인분석 결과 진성리더십은의 하부요인으로는 자아인식, 내면화된 도덕성, 관계 투명성, 숙달된 업무처리로 분류하였으며, 상사부하교환관계 및 과업성과는 단일차원으로 구분되었다. 가설검증 결과 첫째, 진성리더십의 네 가지 차원인 자아인식, 내면화된 도덕성, 관계 투명성, 숙달된 업무처리 요인은 상사부하의 교환관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상사부하의 교환관계는 과업성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상사의 진성리더십이 과업성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 한계점은 서울시내 특급 호텔 조리부에 종사하는 조리사들을 대상으로 한 제한된 연구이므로 국내 모든 호텔조리 사들에게 적용하기에는 다소 미흡할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the precedent factor and the outcome factor of the supervisor load exchange relationship for the first class hotel cook in Seoul. The leading factor in the relationship of supervisor load exchange was set as genuine leadership, and the result factor was set as task performance. A sample of the questionnaires were selected from 7 high quality hotels located in Seoul area for this study. A total of 301 questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis of the cooks who worked in the hotel cooking department for more than 2 years. As a result of the factor analysis, it was classified as self-awareness, internalized moral perspective, relationship transparency, and expertise. First, self-awareness, internalized moral perspective, relationship transparency, and expertise factors positively affect the exchange relationship of supervisor load. Second, the exchange relation of supervisor s load has a significant positive effect on the performance of the task. Third, it was shown that genuine leadership of supervisor has a significant positive influence on performance of work. The limitation of this study is that it is not representative enough to be applied to the cooks of the hotel companies in Korea because it is a limited study of the staff of the cooks working in the hotel restaurant in Seoul.

The Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) is a watershed management system that involves the establishment of the target water quality, the calculation of permission loading (allocation loading), and the control of total pollutants for each unit watershed. Allocation loading is assessed through the comprehensive implementation assessment of the previous year`s plan. Assessment results are used for follow-up management measures such as the limit of development and updating of TMDL Management Implementation Plans for the next planning period. Although detailed assessment criteria are important, they are not currently available. Therefore, we suggested assessment criteria by comparing two methods(‘integration method` and ‘separation method`) using combination point and non-point discharge loading. We also examined the penalty criteria considering controllable load local government and updating methods of the TMDL Management Implementation Plan for the next planning period.

팬데믹과 사회현실의 생태 인식 -아동문학을 중심으로-

인간들이 전염병으로 고통 받는 재앙 국면에서 아동문학에 나타난 전염병을 살펴보았다. 코로나19가 활성화되는 시점에서 보니 서양에서는 흑사병이 발병해 엄청난 재앙이 있었고, 우리나라 조선 시대에도 범유행병까지는 아니어도 역병이 발병해 재앙사회였던 적이 있다. 이러한 재앙 국면은 소설이나 동화로도 형상화되었다. 전염병은 반복적으로 발생하여 인간들의 삶에 악영향을 미쳤고 특히 아동들에게 많은 문제가 제기되고 있어, 전염병 사회현실을 이해해보고 또 코로나19 상황에서 아동 문제의 대안을 찾아본다. 서양 동화에는 중세 유럽의 흑사병으로 인간들의 고통과 참상이 드러나 있다. 흑사병 발생은 인류 역사에서 최악이었고 이때 유럽 인구의 절반 이상이 죽었다. 조선 시대에도 역병이 발병해 인간도 동물도 병을 이기지 못해 12만 명 이상이 희생당했다. 전염병의 참상이 그대로 동화에 담겨있어 당시 사회를 이해할 수 있다. 전염병이 발생해 사회의 혼란과 공포로 몰아갈 때 정약용은 뚜렷한 치료방법이 없는 심각한 상황을 고려해 역병을 다스리는 책 _마과회통(麻科會通)_을 집대성했고, 영국의 제너는 백신을 만들어내 전염병 일부가 사라졌다. 코로나19 팬데믹으로 많은 문제가 제기되었다. 이 글은 잇따른 여러 문제에서 아동들의 문제를 풀기 위해 숙고를 거듭해 합리적 방법을 찾았으며 팬데믹을 인정하고 대응해 나아갈 방향성을 찾는다. 특히 학교에 가지 못하는 아동들을 위한 대안으로 아동문학 읽기를 제안한다. 책 읽기를 하면 지식과 정보를 쌓는 것은 물론 아동의 정서에도 도움이 될 것이며, 인간으로의 품격을 갖추는 지침도 될 수 있다고 보았다. We looked at the infectious diseases in children’s literature in the face of human suffering from infectious diseases. At the time of the activation of Covid-19, there was a huge disaster in the West due to the outbreak of Hooksaeng, and even during the Joseon Dynasty, the plague, if not a pandemic, was a disaster society. this catastrophic phase has also been shaped into novels and fairy tales. The epidemic has repeatedly affected human lives, especially children, so we understand the social reality of the epidemic and look foralternatives to children’s problems in the korona19 situation. Western fairy taies reveal the suffering and misery of human beings due to the Black Death in Europo During the Middle Ages. The Black Death was the worst in human history, and more than half of Europe’s population died During the Joseon Dynasty, more than 120,000 people were killed because neither humans nor animals could overcome the disease. When an epidemic broke out and drove to chaos and fear in society, Jeong yak-yong organized a “wax chain” to control the plague in consideration of serious situations where there was no clear cure, and Jenner of the U.K. created a vaccine and some of the infectious diseases disappeared. Corona19 Pandemic has raised many problems, and has repeatedly pondered to solve children’s problems in a series of problems, and finds a way to acknowledge and respond to the Pandemic. in particular, we propose reading children’s literature as an alternative for children’s emotions as well as accumulate knowledge and information, and it could be a guide to human dignity.
