        도시농업 활성화를 위한 토양조건별 초본식물의 생육특성

        This study is carried out to find the most optimal soil- plant combination in the urban agriculture by analyzing the association of soil base material which is being used in the urban agriculture with the growth of plants. 4 types of easily purchased soil (bed soil(A), animal vermicast soil(B), earth worm soil(C) and matured compost(D)) verified in aspects of effect and safety of soil in terms of growth of crop is selected as experimental soil and B, C, D type soils are mixed with granite soil at the ratio of 7:3. And granite soil (E) is set as a controlled soil and is compared to verify the effect of the experimental mixed soil. Herbaceous plants are classified into the fruit vegetables (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, and Capsicum annuum L.), leafy vegetables (Brassica campestris L, ssp, Pekinensis and Lactuca sativa L.), medicinal vegetables (Chrysanthemum zawadskii var, latilobum and Liriope platyphylla F, T, Wang & T, Tang), The results of comparison of growth of herbaceous plants in different soil types showed that fruit vegetables and leafy vegetables in general had excellent growth in D type soil mixture and Atypesoil in general and had the poorest growth in E type (controlled) soil. ``Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum`` had the excellent growth in D type, B type, C type mixed soil and A type soil and E type (controlled) soil are followed in order. In the case of ``Liriope platyphylla F. T. Wang & T. Tang``, the difference in growth by each soil was shown to be insignificant. Therefore, the soil applied in the urban agriculture varies depending on each species of herbaceous plants, but it is considered effective to cultivate herbaceous plant which is economical and productive by using D type mixed soil which can be recycled and inexpensive compared with other experimental soils in the urban agriculture.

        In order to secure environment of indoor quality, we need inflow of the fresh air from outside, and also there will be the loss of energy. Recently, it is issuing to adjust of ventilation equipment for reducing these losses of energy. It is effective way that heat recovery ventilator is not only to reduce pollution level of indoor but also to save energy. However, the operation and design was inconsiderately performed because of lack of understanding of these systems, so it occurs these problems not doing its natural purpose which saves energy. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, it is important to study heat recovery ventilator system before using them. In this study, we make an experiment on efficiency of sensible heat and latent heat of element cores as a result of changing temperature and humidity of outdoor with using artificial climate lab, so it will be used basic materials for plans of saving energy of the building.

        Recently, the regulations about install standard of ventilation equipment has been newly established to secure Indoor Air Quality environment. And the application of heat recovery ventilation system has been increased during apartment houses. Therefore, there are a lot of ongoing studies about reducing height of ventilation unit to install in the limited duct space. A diamond shaped element core has advantages such as increasing heat exchange efficiency and easy installation of fan. In this study, we will review heat exchange efficiency variation due to shape design of element core to build database of heat exchange efficiency and to seek the best suitable shape design of element core for heat exchange. The result of this study was as follows ; (1) For temperature, humidity and enthalpy exchange efficiency, as the airflow increases in all cores, the overall heat exchange efficiency was contrary reduced. (2) As the angle was reduced to 75 and 60, the contact length was increased and therefore the heat exchange time was increased. (3) Thus, in shape design of element core, the increase of contact time and reducing airflow confirmed to be very effective factor for increase efficient.

        GGEx18의 ethyl acetate 분획물에 의한 고지방식이 비만 마우스의 식이효율과 혈중 leptin 농도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : This study was designed to determine the effects of the GGEx18 ethyl acetate fraction(EF) on body weight gain, feeding efficiency ratio, and obesity-related factors in plasma as well as histology of liver and adipose tissues using high fat diet-fed male C57BL/6N obese mice. Methods : 8 weeks old, high fat diet-fed obese male mice were divided into 5 groups: C57BL/6N normal, control, EF(1), EF(2) and EF(3). After mice were treated with EF for 9 weeks, we measured body weight gain, food intake, feeding efficiency ratio, fat weight, plasma leptin and lipid levels. We also analysed histology of liver and adipose tissues on high fat diet-fed male C57BL/6N obese mice. Results : Compared with control, EF-treated mice had significantly lower body weight gain and feeding efficiency ratio. Consistent with the effects on body weight gain, EF significantly decreased the adipose tissue weight compared with control. Consistent with the effects on feeding efficiency ratio, EF significantly decreased plasma leptin concentrations compared with control. EF reduced the size of adipocytes as well as hepatic lipid accumulation compared with control. EF seems to be safe since not only the plasma levels of ALT and AST are within the normal range, but also EF did not show any toxic effects on organs. EF(3) was most effective among EF(1), EF(2), and EF(3) at doses of 25, 50, and 100 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusions : These results demonstrate that EF effectively reduces body weight gain, feeding efficiency ratio in high fat diet-fed obese mice, leading to the modulation of obesity. In addition, EF decreases the size of adipocytes and improves plasma lipids and controls hepatic lipid accumulation, suggesting that EF may act as a therapeutic agent for obesity.

        피부미용 및 성형에서의 침구법 연구 -오행침법시스템 중 수침시스템의 임상적용과 효과

        This report is to introduce a specific acupuncture methods as a cosmetic treatment. I applied wu-xing(五行) acupuncture technique to 11 patients for smooth out skin wrinkles. There were visual improvement of patients` facial skin. This methods cuts SMAS, stimulates dermis, and helps to recover skin volume and generate new dermal tissue by wound-healing mechanism.

        「부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률」상 외부강의등

        2018. 1. 17. 청탁금지법 시행령의 개정으로 외부강의등 직급별 상한액 구분이 폐지되고 신고해야 할 내용이 간소해졌으며 보완 신고 기간이 확대되었다. 이로 인해 학문 및 연구 활동을 본업으로 하는 민간 영역의 특성을 고려한 법 운영이 가능하게 되었으며, 국공립학교 교수나 사립학교 교수는 동일한 상한액 적용을 받으며 최대 상한액 규율도 받지 아니하는 등 소속 기관에 따른 형평성 위반 문제는 해소되었고, 소속기관장에 대한 신고 의무 이행도 간이하게 개선되었으며, 보완신고 기간의 기산점 및 그 기한이 연장되었다. 고위공무원이 강의라는 명목 하에 외부기관으로부터 고액의 사례금을 받으면서 형성되거나 견고해진 이해관계에 의하여 공정성이 훼손되지 아니하고 본업과 부업이 전도되지 않도록, 공적 업무 수행 과정에서 공무원의 외부활동에 대한 최소한의 규율은 필요하다. 따라서 공무원의 외부강의를 소속 기관에서 관리하고 외부활동에 따른 대가는 합리적인 범위로 제한되어야 한다. 그러나 이러한 규율 내용을 민간 영역에까지 확대 적용하는 것은 학문의 자유, 평등권의 제한을 가져 올 수 있고 사전 신고 대상으로서 명확하여야 한다는 점에서 청탁금지법상 제10조의 외부강의등은 ‘회의에서 다수인을 대상으로 의견·지식을 전달하는 형태’로 그 적용 대상이 한정되어야 한다. By revising the Presidential Decree of Improper Solicitation and Anti Graft Act, 17 January 2018, the upper limit classification for each position of outside lectures, was abolished, the report was simplified, and the duration of the supplementary report was extended. As a result, it became possible to operate the law considering the characteristics of the private sector with a focus on academic and research activities. Other equity violations have been resolved by national and private school professors, including those subject to the same limits on the amount of honoraria and not subject to the maximum regulation. The mandatory performance of the report to the head of the concerned agency was improved, and the origin of the report period and its duration were also extended. Minimum rules for the external activities of government employees are needed in the course of performing public duties, to ensure that a senior civil servant cannot receive bribes in the name of an external honorarium, so that public fairness is not compromised, and to ensure that excessive external lecture performance does not interfere with public service. Therefore, government employees’ outside lectures should be managed by their organizations, and the costs for external activities should not exceed reasonable limits. However, the extension of these regulations to the private sector would result in the restriction of academic freedom and equal rights. It must be clear as a pre-reporter, that the application should be limited in the form that “a lecture, presentation, or contribution related to public officials’ duties or requested based on de facto influence arising from his/her position or responsibilities at a training course, promotional event, forum, seminar, public hearing, or any other meeting” as The Improper Solicitation and Graft Act Articles 11, Clause 1 describes.

        나이에 따라 시각이 균형에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This study is designed to evaluate the effect of ageing on postural sway and limb load asymmetry(LLA) according to visual interception in normal adult. Method: One hundred and seventy three healthy subjects(78 males and 100 females whose age was 50.2 ± 13.8 years-old) volunteered. Subjects was divided into 2 age group whose gender ratio showed relatively even distribution. Old age group include the people whose age is above 60 years. Young age group include the people whose age is below 60 years. Postural sway and body weight distribution were recorded while the subject was standing on two adjacent force platforms(Mediance?; Human-Tech Inc. Korea) during 90s trial. All subjects chose a comfortable stance with feet apart, slightly turned out. and asked to look straight ahead at a fixed point in a quiet room. Results: The result indicate that postural sway and LLA were significantly associated with ageing. In young age group, there is no significant change in postural sway and LLA according to visual interception. In old age group, postural sway is increased significantly during visual interception. Conclusion: Posturl sway and LLA were related with the ageing process. Especially visual ability is important to old people in balance control. And the evaluation of postural sway and LLA will be necessary in old age group for the prevention of fall.
