In this study, we try to establish the rapid and specific detection system for Salmonella species. The PhoE gene of Salmonella species was amplified with two specific primers, ST5 and ST8c, using PCR. The probe prepared from the amplified PhoE gene was sequenced and applied for Southern blot analysis. After PCR with ST5 and ST8c primers for PhoE gene, DNA bands of expected size(365bp) from 7 different Salmonella species were detected, but not from 12 enterobacteriaceae and 3 gram positive bacteria. PCR was highly sensitive to detect up to 10fg of purified DNA template and to identify Salmonella species with only 320 heat-lysed bacterial cells. The inhibition of PCR amplification from stool specimen was occurred with 50-fold dilution but disappeared over 100 fold dilution of samples. It was confirmed that the PhoE genes were amplified and cloned with over 97% nacleotide sequence homology of PCR products compared with that of S. typhfmurium LT2. The DNA probe derived from S. typhimurium TA 3,000 showed highly specific and sensitive reaction with PCR products of all tested Salmonella species. These results indicate that PCR was rapid and sensitive detection method for Salmonella species and DNA probe prepared from S. typhimurium TA 3,000 was specific to identify PCR products of different Salmonella species.

인터넷의 발달로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용이 일상화됨에 따라 개인정보의 침해가 급속도로 확대 되고 있다. 의료분야에 대한 개인정보보호에 대해서는 '정보통신망이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률'등에 체계적으로 규정되어 있으나, 법적용 대상이 정보통신 서비스 제공자 위주로 규정되어 의료분야에 적용하는 데 한계가 있다. 때문에 본 논문에서는 국내 의료기관이 전자의무기록 시스템에 보안을 적용하기 위해 우선적으로 선행되어야 할 개인의료정보 보호방안에 대해 정의하고, 적용근거를 위한 법 제도의 검토사항을 제시하였다. 또한, 전자의무기록에 대한 전자서명의 구체적인 적용방안을 예시하여 의료분야에 있어서 보안적용을 위한 기준을 제시하였다. Due to the development of Internet and the collection and usage of the individual information, the infringements of the personal data have been increased rapidly. Regarding the personal data protection in the medical industry, it is clearly described in 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc.'. the law is ratified on the basis of the service provider, therefore, it has its own limitation to be applied to medical industry. Therefore, this paper is to set the security standard and to discuss the range of legal application and considerations on its basis for the domestic medical institution at the electronic medical record system. We exemplify specific applicable content of the electronic signature in the electronic medical record also, present a security assessment item in electronic medical system and set the criteria for the security standard in the medical industry.

we observed 283 cases of pediatric patients who complain of upper gastrointestinal symptoms for average more than a month by gastrofiberscopes in internal medicine and pediatric department of Kangnam Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym College, from January 1981 to December l985 and following results were obtained. 1) The male to female retio was about 1.2:1. The frequency of age distribution inorder is 67.5% in puberty, 27.2% in late childhood, and 5.3% in early childhood. 2) There was no relationship between upper gastrointestinal symptoms and each age groups. 3) The diseas classification in order of frequency were gastroenteritis (51.6%), functional gastrointestinal disturbance(23.0%), peptic ulcer(12.7%), and hepatitis(3.2%). 4) The endoscopic abnormalities were noted 80.%, in early childhood, 68.8%.: in late childhood, and 76.4% in puberty. 5) Gastrofiberscopy in considered to be simple, safe and highly valuable tool making diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal disease.
소형 FWD와 반복평판재하시험에서의 변형계수(Ev2)와의 상관관계 평가

본 논문에서는 국내 건설현장 29개 지점에서 국내 철도노반 다짐품질관리 방법인 반복평판재하시험과 LFWD(Light Falling Weight Deflection)에서 구한 변형률계수(Ev2)와 변형계수(ELFWD)에 대하여 응력보정을 통해 자갈재료와 사질토에 대하여 상관성을 비교하였다. 실험결과 대부분 다짐품질관리 기준을 만족하고 있으며, 입상재료의 경우 관리기준치에 약 3배이상 값을 나타내었다. 두 시험방법에 따른 상관성은 토사의 경우에는 서로 상관성이 높은 것으로 나타났지만, 강성이 상대적으로 큰 입상재료의 경우 두 시험간의 상관성이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시험방법 별로 탄성계수를 구하여 응력상태를 보정한 후 회귀 분석한 결과 응력 보정하지 않는 조건보다 상관성이 더 높게 나타났다. In this study, it conducted a compaction quality control test in 29 domestic construction sites and investigated the relationship between classical method (Cyclic Plate bearing test) and LFWD test with subgrade materials which consist in sandy soil and gravelly soil. According to the test results, the most of soil types were mostly satisfied with specification criterion and gravelly soils were easily satisfied with values over 3 times greater than specification criterion. In term of the correlation relation of soil modulus with the two compaction quality control test methods, it is shown that the sandy soil types were a good correlation, while gravelly soil types with a high stiffness materials were indicated less correlation. After the compensation for stress condition, a linear regression for elastic modulus were higher correlation.
