In Korea, there is no clearly established technology for diagnosing and evaluating the damage depth of concrete structures created by fire. There have been cases of repairing, reinforcing, and demolishing degraded structures without diagnosing the damage depth. The commonly used phenolphthalein-based carbonate thickness measurement does not satisfy the complete disappearance condition of Ca(OH)<sub>2</sub> in the interval where the relatively stationary flow declines after exposure to high temperatures. Even a small amount of Portlandite[Ca(OH)<sub>2</sub>] reacts with a red color, and the damage depth is misjudged. It was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope that Ca(OH)<sub>2</sub> existed from 300℃ to 500℃ where the residual compressive strength decreased.

In this study, we develop the damage depth diagnostic technology of fire damage concrete and propose an method of impaired depth due to fire by drying impaired concrete after immersing. Test results indicated that when assesing impared depth due to fire with the dry method after water immersing, impaired depth was clearly found and furthermore, compared with that by Phenolphthalein method 15 mm of damage depth was additionally identified, which is imposible to asses when Phenolphthalein is applied.

This research is part of the research for unifying the mass concrete and utilizing the rate of super retarding agent. We analyzed the performance of super retarding agent 20℃ conditions. It was found that there was no deterioration in fluidity and air quality due to the change in the super retarding agent mixing rate. It was found that when super retarding agent was mixed up to 0.5 %, it was delayed for 22.3 hours at 20℃. Therefore in order to ensure the performance required at the site, the super retarding agent mixing rate must be determined by fully considering the situation at the site. In addition it will be analyzed that super retarding agent performance analysis at high temperature will be required in subsequent studies.

In this study, Coal gasification slag(CGS) was replaced with fine aggregate to verify the physical properties of the concrete according to the change in cement types. As a result of the study, the use of CGS resulted in a decrease of superplasticizer and an decrease of AE agent. In addition, when 50% of mixed cement and CGS were replaced, the initial strength expression was delayed, and the strength enhancing effect was judged to be weak.

본 연구는 AI 미장로봇의 미장 작업시기 판정방법을 제안하기 위한 일련의 연구로, 굵은골재의 존재가 응결추정기의 경도치에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자, 콘크리트 및 모르타르 조건에서의 측정치를 비교하고자 한다. 굵은골재에 따른 영향으로 동일강도 조건의 콘크리트와 모르타르 조건에서 경도치 차이는 초결이전에서 차이가 나타났으나, 종결 전후에서는 굵은골재 존재에 따른 경도치 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is attempted to propose an appropriate number of measurements by checking and statistically analyzing the change in hardness according to the number of measurements. As a result, there was no significant difference between the 20th and 30th data, and in the 10th case, the effect on errors occurring during measurement was found to be dominant. Therefore, as the number of measurements, proposing 20 times in consideration of the convenience of use. In addition, in order to minimize the effect on the measurement error, it is proposed to remeasure the surface mane of the measurement surface and the test value in which the error occurs on the average of the test values.

This study attempted to confirm the possibility of estimating condensation time and initial compressive strength with five types of estimation needles in the existing Durometer D type. In order to determine the surface finishing operation time and develop a method for estimating the initial age compression strength, an estimation needle capable of complexly measuring the estimation time and the initial age compression strength based on the Durometer D type was derived as 1.5, 2.0mm.
