This study examines the performance of CBS-Dust for the utilization of cement bricks as alkali stimulants for furnace slag replacement binders. It converts the CBS-Dust substitution rate and the excess slag substitution rate. According to the analysis, when replacing CBS-Dust with 65~70 % of BS substitution rate and 7.5~10 % of CBS-Dust, it shows excellent performance as an alkali stimulant of BS' potential hydrophobic reaction, and it is expected to be effective for secondary products of BS replaced in large quantities.

본 연구에서는 CGS를 잔골재로 치환하여 프리믹스 시멘트 종류 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 물리적인 특성을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과 CGS를 치환함에 따라 고성능 감수제 사용량이 감소하고 AE제 사용량은 증가하였다. CGS는 압축강도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, Coal gasification slag(CGS) was replaced with fine aggregate to verify the physical properties of the concrete according to the change in cement type. As a result of the study, the use of CGS resulted in a decrease of superplasticizer and an decrease of AE agent. CGS did npt affect the compressive strength remarkably.

In this study, compressive strength and setting time properties of concrete depending on the presence or absence of premix cement and CGS were analyzed as part of a study on the development of hydration heat reduction method through upper and lower mixing of mass concrete. As a result, the upper mix is the best in the two levels of premix-type cement ESC and SESC, and the lower mix is considered the most effective to apply TBC and CGS replacement concrete.

응결시간차를 활용한 매스콘크리트 수화열 조정공법의 현장적용

This paper presents field application test results of mass concrete using super retarding agent. The field test was carried out at mat foundation (thickness lm) of newly constructed information center of Chongju university and apartment house constructed with Daewon corporation. Difference of setting time of concrete between with super retarding agent and without super retarding agent is considered. Concrete without super retarding agent is placed at upper layer and with super retarding agent at lower layer. According to test results, the reducing method of hydration heat considering difference of setting time with super retarding agent can reduce the highest temperature about 3~4℃, and delay the peak time about 3~4days. Compressive strength using super retarding agent is somewhat higher than that of normal concrete. Accordingly, super retarding agent does not affect the strength development.

본 연구에서는 흡수율 차이 원리를 이용하여, 육안으로 판정가능한 수중침지 후 건조법을 열중량분석(TGA) 방법과 비교하여 화재 피해 깊이를 분석하였다. 수중침지 후 건조법은 열중량분석(TGA) 방법과 동일한 수준의 화해피해 깊이평가가 가능하였다.

In this study, adiabatic temperature rise of concrete depending on binder compositions and CGS contents is studied to provide informations for CGS low-heating aggregate and mixture designs for upper and lower placement lifts. Test nresults indicate that it is desirable to apply the combination of binders between top and bottom lift. For top lift, SESC or ESC is recommended, and for bottom lift, FAC+CGS 50 % is good for material composition.
