In this study, compressive strength and setting time properties of concrete depending on the presence or absence of premix cement and CGS were analyzed as part of a study on the development of hydration heat reduction method through upper and lower mixing of mass concrete. As a result, the upper mix is the best in the two levels of premix-type cement ESC and SESC, and the lower mix is considered the most effective to apply TBC and CGS replacement concrete.

본 연구에서는 CGS를 잔골재로 치환하여 프리믹스 시멘트 종류 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 물리적인 특성을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과 CGS를 치환함에 따라 고성능 감수제 사용량이 감소하고 AE제 사용량은 증가하였다. CGS는 압축강도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, Coal gasification slag(CGS) was replaced with fine aggregate to verify the physical properties of the concrete according to the change in cement type. As a result of the study, the use of CGS resulted in a decrease of superplasticizer and an decrease of AE agent. CGS did npt affect the compressive strength remarkably.

This study analyzed the temperature stress through mixtures mass concrete hydration heat analysis according to the replacement rates of FAC and CGS. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the effect of reducing hydration heat when CGS is substituted for the low heat mixture of mass concrete. However, the stress of the FAC+CGS combination exceeded the tensile stress. It is believed that it is necessary to apply the insulating sheet of the surface part and reduce the unit weight of cement.

In this study, Coal gasification slag(CGS) was replaced with fine aggregate to verify the physical properties of the concrete according to the change in cement types. As a result of the study, the use of CGS resulted in a decrease of superplasticizer and an decrease of AE agent. In addition, when 50% of mixed cement and CGS were replaced, the initial strength expression was delayed, and the strength enhancing effect was judged to be weak.

This study is to investigate the temperature history over time of the cement mortar to confirm the bubble sheet insulation effect using the heat generat sheet. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the heating effect was 6℃ higher on average than other types of sheets when the heating sheet is attached on the bottom of the double layered bubble sheet. For future research, it is planned to verify the heating performance by using the heating sheet under the same environmental conditions as the heating performance will be verified.

This study analyzed the basic characteristics of mortar using CGS modified by pretreatment. As a result of the analysis, it was found that CGS after reforming can be partially replaced with fine aggregates to solve the existing air volume reduction problem when used, and can contribute positively in terms of securing fluidity and improving strength. Therefore, it is considered necessary to verify as a functional material of CGS through concrete durability experiments as a future task.

본 연구는 한중 조건에서 발열시트를 활용한 단열보온양생공법의 단열 효과를 확인하고자 열원의 종류변화에 따른 온도이력을 분석하였다. 실험결과 발열시트를 하부, 2중버블시트를 상부에 겹쳐 사용한 경우가 다른 종류의 시트들 보다 5~6 ℃ 높은 발열효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 추후 연구로는 현장과 동일한 환경조건에서 발열시트를 활용하여 발열성능을 검증할 계획이다.

In this study, the setting time and the compressive strength of the cement paste according to sugar type were studied as part of the study to develop the integration method of concrete joint by applying super retarding agent to joint. Test results indicated that the setting time retarding performance was effective in order of stevia, sugar powder, and white sugar. Meanwhile, Saccharin and Aspartame accelerates the setting time.
