        데이터 마이닝을 활용한 한국 프로야구 구단의 승패예측과 승률 향상을 위한 전략 도출 연구

        본 연구에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 한국 프로야구의 승패예측모형을 구축하는 실험을 진행하였다. 이를 위해, 2017년에 실시된 한국 프로야구 10개 구단의 전체 경기 중 무승부 경기를 제외한 1,418경기에 대한 자료를 사용하였다. 승패예측모형에는 의사결정나무, 베이즈넷, 인공신경망 알고리즘과 앙상블 기법인 배깅과 부스팅이 사용되었으며, 그 결과 배깅 기법에 인공신경망을 적용한 예측모형에서 가장 높은 예측률인 85.18%를 기록하였다. 다음으로 의사결정나무 기반 예측모형을 활용하여 한국 프로야구 전체 구단에 관한 8개의 승패규칙을 도출하였다. 여기에서 승패규칙은 승패예측에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들인 팀출루율, 팀타율, 피안타, 안타, 타석, 타수로 표현되며, 도출된 규칙을 바탕으로 구단의 승률 향상에 도움을 주는 전략을 제안하였다. 또한 플레이오프 진출 구단과 미진출 구단에 관한 승리규칙을 각각 4개씩 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 두 집단에 맞춤화된 승률 향상 전략을 제시하였으며, 실제 구단에서 선수를 영입한 방향과의 비교를 통해 제시된 전략의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. This study conducted an experiment to develop win-loss prediction models for the Korean professional baseball league using data mining techniques. To this end, we used data on 1,418 games from all games played by the ten Korean professional baseball teams in 2017, except draw games. We developed win-loss prediction models using not only a decision tree, Bayse net, and artificial neural network algorithms, but also ensemble methods, such as bagging and boosting. As a result, first, we found that the artificial neural network-based prediction model using the bagging method reported the best accuracy (85.18%). Second, we derived eight win-loss rules for entire teams from the decision tree-based prediction model. These rules consist of six influential factors: team on base average, team batting average, hit by opponent, hit, plate appearances, and at bat. Using the derived rules, we proposed helpful strategies for improving the winning rate. Third, we derived four winning rules for both playoff teams and non-playoff teams; using the rules we proposed customized strategies for improving the winning rate of the two different groups. Finally, we confirmed the feasibility of the proposed strategies by comparing non-playoff teams’ actual player recruitment strategies.

        6MV 전자 선형 가속기 광자선의 전자오염

        부산의대 부속병원의 전자선형가속기 (Mevatron 67) 장치를 이용하여 표면선량의 원인이 되는 광자선의 전자오염에 대한 연구를 하였다. 표면선량은 조사야의 크기에 따라 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 빔내에 트레이를 설치했을 때와 트레이를 제거했을 때 표면선량의 변화와 전자오염정도을 관찰하였다. 전자오염을 감소시키기 위해서 구리 필터를 트레이 밑에 부착하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 아울러 거리를 변화시켜가며 선량의 변화를 관찰하여 최대의 피부보호효과를 유지할 수 있는 최적의 SSD와 TSD를 구하였다. 이런 모든 결과들은 방사선 치료환자의 피부보호에 이용될 것이다. The 6 MV photon beam of a linear accelerator (Mevatron 67) was studied for electron contamination. The surface dose, attributable almost entirely to contamination electrons, has a linear dependence on field width for square fields and an inverse square dependence on distance from the bottom of the fixed head assembly. Build-up and surface dose measurements were taken with and without an acrylic blocking tray in place. Further measurements were made with a copper filter designed to reduce secondary electrons emitted by photon interactions with the acrylic tray. The results are discussed in relation to skin sparing effect for radiation therapy patients. To achieve the maximum skin sparing effect, the selection of the optimum SSD and TSD is needed.

      • Glow放電法에 의한 α-Si蒸着裝置의 製作과 그 試料의 特性

        Glow방전법에 의해서 SiH_4를 분해하여 α-Si 박막을 얻을수 있는 장치를 제작하였다. 이 SiH_4기체는 수소기체속에서 10%로 희석되였으며, 진공방전함속에서 rf 전압에 의하여 분해된 Si는 유리기판위에 증착된다. α-Si박막은 1~1.6 A˚/sec의 증착율로 약 7000 A˚의 두께까지 증착되였다. α-Si 박막의 흡수계수는, 2.3 eV의 photon energy 영역에서 약 10^4 cm^-1이고, 그 optical gap은 약 2.1 eV였다. 이 박막의 증착율은 전극간격에 따라 변하고 있으나, 최적전극간격과 기체유입량은 각각 2.6cm와 1~2cc/min였다. Apparatus capable of producing α-Si film by the glow discharge method was designed and constructed in this study. The monosilane gas which is diluted in H_2 gas to 10% is decomposed in the reaction chamber by rf oscillation. The apparatus is composed of a reaction chamber, a rf generator, a cooling system, etc. The α-Si thin film is produced at a deposition rate of 1~1.6 A˚/sec to a thickness of about 7000 A˚. Its absorption coefficient is about 10^4 cm^-1 in the photon energy region of ~2.3 eV, and its optical gap is about 2.1 eV. The deposition rate for the film is controlled by varying the distance between electrode and substrate. The optimum distance and gas flow is about 2.6 cm and 1~2 cc/min, respectively.

      • SPTE 및 GC-MS를 이용한 한국산 및 중국산 생강의 향미 특성 분석

        Volatile flavor components of the Korean and the Chinese ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) have been studied in this paper. The accurate characterization of the flavors from the ginger rhizomes was carried out by head space solid phase trapping-solvent extraction (SPTE) and gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry. Predominant compounds of the Korean ginger flavors are zingiberene, β-phellandrene, camphene, β-sequiphellandrene and α-farnesene, whereas those of the Chinese ginger flavors are β-phellandrene, camphene, zingiberene and α-farnesene. In addition, α-pinene, α-curcumene, β-pinene and β-bisabolene are also found as minor compounds of ginger flavors. A new finding in this work is that limonene, β-sesquiphellandrene, germacrene D, and zingiberene are critical index to distinguish the origin between the Korean ginger and the Chinese ginger.

      • Soft Switching 방식을 이용한 Active Clamp Mode Forward Converter 설계

        In recent years, a trend of DC-DC converter is studied mainly quasi resonant converter and multi resonant converter such as resonant type. But by using zero voltage and zero current method, these converter have voltage and current stress in the circuits. So the purpose of this paper is to reduce voltage and current stress, and to increase efficiency (about 5∼10%) rather than above converters. Experimental results show that active clamp mode PWM switching forward converter has minimum switching loss and conducting loss. The test results verify the simulation performance.

      • 멀티미디어 스트림 처리를 위한 효율적인 프록시 캐슁 기법

        The growth of the internet in the past few years has led to network congestion and server overloading. Use of proxy cache solve this problem. Despite success of proxy cache in the internet, proxy cache is not efficient for multimedia stream such as video and audio. In this paper, we propose a new proxy cache policy and a efficient cache replacement algorithm for multimedia stream. We expect that a new proxy cache policy is efficient for multimedia stream.

      • Characterization of a Constitutive β-Lactamase from a Pseudomonas aeruginosa

        Objective : We analyzed some physicochermical chracteristics of a constitutive β-lactamase from a clinical isolate of a Pseudomonas aeruginosa which resistant to various β-lactams except imipenem and susceptible to aminoglycosides the proportion of its contribution to such resistance profile. Method : 1. Antimicrobial susceptibility test was done by the broth dilution method. 2. In hibition profile was done using EDTA, HgCl₂ and p-chloromercuribenzoate (pCMB). We also measured 50% inhibitory concentration(IC??) using β-lactamase inhibitors, such as clavulanic acid, sulbactam. 3. Kinetics study for substrate profile was performed by spectrophotometric assay using crude extracts and various antimicrobial agents. Relative hydropysis rates were determined. 4. The isoelectric point(pI) was determined by isoelectric focusing. The molecular weight was estimated by SDS-polycrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results : 1. The strain was resistant to ceftriaxone, sulperazon, piperacillin, ceftazidime, and aztreonam, while it was susceptible to gontamicin, tobramycin, amikacin and imipenem. 2. The β-lactamase was not inhibited by EDTA, and pCMB, whereas it was inhibited by HgCI₂. The IC?? of clavulanic acid was over 100μM and that of sulbactam was 22μM. 3. The relative maximal hydrolysis rate was calculated by setting V_(max) for cephaloridine at 100. The enzyme hydrolyzed cephalosporins more rapidly than penicillins. 4. The pI was 9.3 by isoelectric focusing. The molecular weight was estimated to be 40kDa. Conclusion : According to its substrate profile, pI and molecular weight, the β-lactamase from a clinical isolate of P. aeruginosa was a cephalosporinase belonging to group 1 in the Bush-Jacoby-Medeiros classification scheme.

      • 한글 처리를 위한 유닉스 인터페이스 설계

        At the beginning, the best advantages of UNIX which adopts opened structure are the portability and compatability among several different machines. The UNIX is gradually developed while it is ported on different kinds of machines and caused the problem of compatability among machines as a result. The POSIX(Portable Operating System Interface) and X/Open which are the organizations of UNIX standardization suggest "Portability Guide" and are in the situation which the UNIX standardization. Thix thesis deals with Hangul interface design in UNIX environment and suggest the frame to standardize the Hangul UNIX. It is designed based on international standardizations, and consists of design of Hangul I/O module and construct of user's environment. In design of Hangul I/O module, Hangul module and algorithm of hangul terminal driver are suggested using the design method of STREAMS subsystem which provides the flexibility. User's environment is divided into the message, locale and Hangul I/O and provides the each design method and function.

      • AHP와 QFD를 이용한 계층별 성과평가의 측정지표 개발과 이익효과에 관한 연구

        Today, companies try to adopt new management technologies to survive in changing business environment. But it results in a few successful cases. The reason for it is that they do not realize the exact problems of the company and they apply just the techniques without proper modification, and also they just analyze only financial factor for performance evaluation of their corporate by use of only the consequence indexes but the process measurement indexes. This paper analyzes these problem and proposes the method of improvement. That is, this paper proposes new efficient methodology and model which can evaluate not only the factor of management but also the process of the management. A company organization can be divided for evaluation index into three, those are, organization level, process level, and team/individual level. AHP and QFD methods are applied to find the critical performance measurement indexes which meet the basic selecting conditions. The critical measurement indexes would work as essential factors of evaluation system in the priority order chosen by the goal of a company. This paper proposes 5 phases of new evaluation system model. And the process of team evaluation indexes are developed and case studies are represented based on the above method. When the evauation indexes are selected, corporate organization can be divided into three levels: 1) organization level 2) process level 3) team/personal level. The index type is composed with three categories: 1) cost 2) quality 3) time. It must satisfy the customer, employee and quality systems requirement. In conclusion, the five phases for the new evaluation system are proposed in this study and also the processes to develop the system evaluating model especially for the team level and sample case studies are represented.
