        This paper presents the photovoltaic(PV) water pumping system with a maximum power point tracking(MPPT). The water pumping system uses a variable speed single phase induction motor(SPIM) driven a centrifugal pump by field oriented control(FOC) inverter. The MPPT using a DC-DC converter controlled the duty cycle to track maximum power from PV under different insolation conditions. The duty cycle directly relate with a flux producing current control(i<SUB>ds</SUB>). The FOC inverter uses a current control voltage source inverter(CC-VSI). The simulation results are shown that the characteristics and performance of drive system, which varies as each conditions of light by expresses in voltage(V<SUB>dq</SUB>), current(I<SUB>dq</SUB>), speed of motor and torque.

        Multi-mode Kernel Weight-based Object Tracking

        최근, 감시시스템, 게임, 영화 등 다양한 분야에서 영상을 이용한 실시간 객체 추적의 필요성이 높아짐에 따라, 커널기반 mean-shift 추적 기법에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 커널 기반 mean-shift 객체 추적에 있어서 주요한 몇 가지 문제점들 중, 첫 번째로 추적 목표 객체에 대한 부분 가림 혹은 전체 가림 상황에서의 객체 추적의 문제를 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모드 지역적 커널 가중치를 적용함으로써 부분 가림 상황에서도 안정적으로 객체를 추적할 수 있는 실시간 mean-shift 추적 기법을 제안한다. 제안기법에서는 단일 커널을 사용하는 대신 여러 개의 서브 커널들로 구성된 커널을 사용하고, 각 서브 커널의 위치에 따른 지역적 커널 가중치를 적용한다. 기존의 멀티모드 커널 기반의 방법과 비교한 실험을 통하여 본 제안 방법이 보다 안정적으로 객체를 추적할 수 있음을 보였다. As the needs of real-time visual object tracking are increasing in various kinds of application fields such as surveillance, entertainment, etc., kernel-based mean-shift tracking has received more interests. One of major issues in kernel-based mean-shift tracking is to be robust under partial or full occlusion status. This paper presents a real-time mean-shift tracking which is robust in partial occlusion by applying multi-mode local kernel weight. In the proposed method, a kernel is divided into multiple sub-kernels and each sub-kernel has a kernel weight to be determined according to the location of the sub-kernel. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more stable than the previous methods with multi-mode kernels in partial occlusion circumstance.

        Clinical Manifestations and Treatment Outcomes of Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis in Children

        Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the clinical features and outcome of eosinophilic gastro-enteritis (EGE) in children.Methods: Our study enrolled 24 children who were diagnosed with EGE from 1993 to 2014 at the Department of Pediatrics, Seoul National University Children’s Hospital. The patients’ clinical manifestations, treatments, and out-comes were reviewed from the medical records.Results: The mean age at diagnosis was 5.3 years. Most patients had gastrointestinal symptoms including diarrhea (54.2%) and abdominal pain (45.8%). Peripheral eosinophilia was present in 91.7% of the patients. Thirteen patients (54.2%) showed anemia, and 15 patients (62.5%) had hypoalbuminemia. EGE was classified as mucosal, sub-serosal, or muscular in 75.0%, 20.8%, and 4.2% of cases, respectively. Three patients showed gastroduodenal ulcers upon endoscopic analysis. A history of allergy was reported in 13 patients, including atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, and asthma. Five patients (20.8%) improved with food restrictions. Among the 19 patients treated with steroids, 11 (57.9%) discontinued steroid treatment without subsequent relapse, 4 (21.1%) relapsed after ceasing steroid treat-ment, and 4 (21.1%) showed no response to steroids. Two patients who were resistant to steroids underwent ther-apeutic surgery. The presence of gastroduodenal ulcers was significantly associated with relapse and steroid resistance.Conclusion: A high suspicion of EGE is warranted when children have nonspecific gastrointestinal symptoms and peripheral eosinophilia. Most patients improved with food restrictions or steroid treatment, although one-third of pa-tients showed a relapse or steroid resistance.

        The toxicity test of ammonium persulfate was conducted to ensure of its potential toxic effects according to the single-dose acute oral toxicity study (OECD Guideline 423) and 90-day repeated dose sub-chronic oral toxicity study guideline (OECD Guideline 408) for establishing national chemical management system, and matching in the Globally Harmonized Classification System (GHS) category. In acute oral toxicity study, pasty stool, perineal contamination and temporary body weight decrease were observed after dosing 1st and 2nd challenge (300 mg/kg body weight). All test animals were dead within 6 hours after dosing at 3rd challenge (2000 mg/kg body weight). Therefore, the GHS class of test substance is considered class 4. In sub-chronic toxicity study, body weight changes, food consumptions, hematological, biochemical and pathological examination did not show any noticeable and significant differences between the administered (5, 20, 80 mg/kg body weight) and control (vehicle only) group animals. Based on these results, the no observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) is considered above 80 mg/kg body weight.

        This paper is proposed the vector control of 3-phase induction motor drive system by photovoltaic generation. For performance of vector control using a current control voltage source inverter(CC-VSI). CC-VSI is controlled by torque and flux producing component of motor current, relating with current and and voltage value of photovoltaic arrays at maximum power point that varies follow different level of insolation. The MPPT using a DC-DC converter controlled the duty cycle to track maximum power from PV under different insolation conditions. The simulation results are shown that the characteristics and performance of drive system, which varies as each conditions of light by expresses in voltage(V<SUB>dq</SUB>), current(I<SUB>dq</SUB>), speed of motor and torque.

        우슈도장 수련생의 서비스공정성 지각이 고객참여행동과 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of service fairness on customer participation behaviors and customer citizenship behaviors in Wu-shu participants. Toward this end, a total of 270 wu-shu participants in Gyeonggi-do area was selected using a convenient sampling method. 250 usable questionnaires were returned to the researchers. Data analyses were conducted for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analyses with PASW 18.0. The results of this study indicated that (1) distributive and procedural fairness dimensions had significant effects on customer participant behaviors, (2) all the three sub-dimensions(distributive, procedural, and interactional) of service fairness had a significant impact on customer citizenship behavior, and (3) both communication and sympathy dimensions of customer citizenship behavior positively affected customer citizenship behavior. Additional implications and directions for future research were discussed.

        Inkjet‐Printable Nanoporous Ag Disk Arrays Enabling Coffee‐Ring Effect‐Driven Analyte Enrichment Towards Practical SERS Applications

        To make surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensors more practical, we propose nanoporous Ag disks as SERSactive plasmonic structures that can be readily inkjet-printed just before use to avoid degradation of SERS enhancement. Together with the aid of the enhanced plasmonic fi elds from the nanoporous Ag (confirmed by electromagnetic simulation), we utilize a coffee-ring effect to concentrate target analytes, which is demonstrated by confocal Raman measurements. By using the proposed SERS sensor, Raman signals of TiO 2 nanoparticles with a concentration of ppm to sub-ppb have been successfully measured. TiO 2 in commercial consumables has been also detected by distinguishing its crystalline phase.

        도시재생사업에서 유휴 국 · 공유지 활용의 ‘현장적 한계’ 연구 -충주시 도시재생사업(일반사업)을 중심으로-

        균형발전의 국책사업인 도시재생 뉴딜사업의 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 2014년 도시재생 선도사업과 2016년 일반사업 현장에서 발생한 문제와 원인들을 통해 대안을 찾을 필요가 있다. 정책으로 권장되는 유휴 국 · 공유지 매입 진행사업에도 많은 어려움이 나타난다. 특히 ‘현장 · 실무단계’에서 이해관계 기관들의 요구와 입장 차이로 백지화 또는 지연되어 활성화계획이 수정 · 변경되는 경우가 빈번히 일어난다. 연쇄적으로 지가 상승과 주민조직들 이해관계 충돌이 발생하여 타-사업에도 영향을 준다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 도시재생사업에서 유휴 국 · 공유지를 활용할 경우 발생하는 ‘현장 · 실무단계’의 한계를 도출하고 대안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 2장에서 도시재생사업에서 부지확보 중요성을 드러내고, 3장에서 유휴 국 · 공유지 활용사업 이점을 ‘합의의 중립성’, ‘재원의 경제성’, ‘위치적 중심성’으로 증명한다. 마지막으로 4장에서 활성화계획 수립 및 실행단계에서 일반적으로 드러나는 국 · 공유지 활용사업 이해관계와 문제를 분석한 후 제언을 한다. 단, 본 연구는 이해관계기관 담당자들 보안요구에 의해 인터뷰 내용 중 직접 참여한 충주시 도시재생사업 사례와 공유되는 부분을 정리하였다. To achieve the purpose of balanced development over the country" of the Urban Regeneration (New Deal) Project, it is necessary to find alternatives through the source of trouble in previous Urban Regeneration Projects. In particular, there are many difficulties, including the process of purchasing public land recommended by the related policies so that the activation plan is frequently revised or changed. There are definite gaps between the situation and institutional guidance at the "field and practical stage", which triggers land price hikes and conflicts between the residents" organizations, and eventually affects the implementation of other sub-projects. Therefore, this study derived the limitations and suggestions at the "field and operation level that occur when under-used public land is used in Urban Regeneration Projects. Chapter 2 reveals the importance of securing land in Urban Regeneration Projects. Chapter 3 reports the advantages of under-used public-owned land based on the "neutrality for agreement", "economic resources", and "locational centrality". Finally, Chapter 4 analyzes the critical issues of public-owned land utilization projects generally revealed during the implementation of the Activation Plan and provides bottom-up suggestions.

        Systems of domestic law relating [0 the matrimonial property regime differ gready. The differences in the systems of private international law are no less considerable. The increasingly frequent movement of persons and families from one Statc to anomer, and the opportunity for a larget segment of the population to acquire property, pa.rticularly immovable properry, have augmented the number of cases in which matrimonial properry regimes pose problems at the international level. The unsatisfactory character of many systems of private international law In this matter, and the differences between them, led the Hague Conference on Private International Law to seek to unify the subjeCt-matter. The Thirteenth Session of the Conference in 1976 adopted the Draft convention on the Law Applicable co Matrimonial Property Rcgimes, which came into force in 1992 among three States(France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands}, The major advantage of the Convention consists in the principle of equaliry between the husband and wife, from which two sub-principles come ; the choice of the applicable law by spouses and the common objective connecting factOrs. Nonetheless, the decisive weakness in the Convention comes from the compromises becween che principle of nationality and domicile(habicual residence), between the principle of permanence and mmability of the connecting factor, and between the principle of the unicy and scission of rhe matrimonial property regime. As a tesult, the Convention is tOO complicared, and so its application will have many problems. Therefore, it would be berter to improve che internal conflict rules racher than [0 adhere to the Convention.
