      • 五令散의 作用機轉에 대한 考察

        Oryoungsan which first recorded in Sanghanron, the clinical medical book consists of treating acute febrile disease according to its change, is one of the frequently used oriental medicines. these days, it has been prescribed in symptoms accompanied by edema mostly. therefore it is easy to consider it as a type of diuretics. In Sanghanron it was originally used in the symptoms of perspiration, decreased urine volume, thirsty, flatulence, these symptoms indicate loss of body fluid and the prescription which orders "taking warm water sufficiently" supports this. On this background, it is supposed that Oryoungsan treats dehydration after providing water and electrolytes. To consider that herbal medicines consisted of Oryoungsan make electrolytes go out of the body, The healing mechanism of dehydration doesn't meet this. Because Oryoungsan was used in condition of fever or in similar condition, it is more resonable to understand that restoration of increasing blood flow to the subcutaneous venous plexus regulating body temperature in febrile condition into body circulation, resulting into maintaining main blood volume and into treating decreased urine volume and thirsty is Oryoungsan's function in the dehydration or febrile condition. That is, symptoms are decreased or disappeared through restoring unbalance of internal body fluid. The other target is pain controls, especially chronic headache, facial pain and trigeminal neuralgia, it is suggested that the funciton of pain control of Oryoungsan is related to 5-HT(5-hydroxytrypamine), nerve transmitter in the endogenous analgesic system. Moreover it is also suggested that Oryoungsan is relate to 5-HT, considering the fact that gastroparesis, a symptom of cyclic vomiting syndrome treated with 5-HTID receptor agonist is similar to the 'bi(??)', symptoms appeared in the Oryoungsan-related disease.

        치과기공사들의 호흡기 자각증상 및 관련요인

        본 연구는 치과기공사들의 호흡기 및 근골격계 자각증상에 관한 호소율과 관련요인을 조사 분석하여 직업성 질병을 예방하고 효율적인 건강관리와 작업 환경 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상을 전국의 치과기공소(실)에 근무하고있는 치과기공사를 무작위로 추출하여 우편 설문조사에 응답한 265명 이었으며 조사기간은 2000년 12월부터 2001년 3월 까지였다. 수집된 자료는 Spss 8.0프로그램을 사용하여 X2-test와 로지스틱 회기분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 조사대상자의 성별에 따른 일반적 특성을 분석한 결과 연령, 결혼상태, 흡연여부, 음주여부와 유의성이 있었고 직무특성 분포에서는 치과기공경력, 담당업무, 직위에 따라 유의성이 있었다. 호흡기 장애 호소율을 분석한 결과 평소시침 호소율(55.5%)이 가장 높게 나타났고 다음은 담.가래(52.5%), 숨참.숨헐떡임(42.6%), 콧물.코감기(39.2%), 숨쉴 때 소리(23.4%)순이었다. 로지스틱 회귀분석에서 평소기침 호소율에 유의한 영향을 준 요인으로는 직위였고, 담.가래는 직장소재지였으며, 콧물.코감기는 성별, 연령, 결혼상태, 직위였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 치과기공사들의 신체 자각증상 호소율은 비교적 ?? 나타났으며 효율적인 건강 관리와 작업환경 개선을 위해 치과기공과 재학생들에게도 치과기공 재료들의 유해성에 대한 보건관리 교육 실시 및 재료등의 유해성 방지를 위한 전문 연국기관이 요구되며 치과기공사들의 적극적 자기관리와 치과기공소 운영자의 정기적인 작업환경 측정으로 쾌적한 환경유지가 필요하다. 또한 치과기공사들의 직업적 특성을 고려한 건강관리 교육 및 전용의료기관을 지정하고, 정기 건강검진을 실시하여 질병 예방의 제도적 장치가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for the protection of dental technicians from occupational diseases, more successful health care for them, and the betterment of working environment, by examining their complaints about respiratory subjective symptom and the relevant factors. The study subjects were 265 dental technicians who were randomly selected from dental technology shops nationwide and respondent to a mail survey. The survey was conducted from December 2000 to March 2001. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 8.0 program, and X^2-test and logistic regression analysis procedures were utilized. Dental technicians suffered coughing in ordinary time(55.5%), phlegm and sputum(52.5%%), shortness of breath(42.6%), nasal discomfort(39.2%). Major predictors to suffer coughing in ordinary time on multiple logistic regression analysis were position in the office, phlegm and sputum were location of work area and nasal discomfort were sex, age, marital status and position in the office. The above-mentioned findings showed that the dental technicians suffered highly from physical subjective symptoms of respiratory system. S0 there are some suggestions about mere efficient health care and better working environment: dental technology students should receive healthcare education to leam the harmfulness of dental technology materials, and a specialized research institution is needed to make a deep study of addressing the harmfulness of the materials. Dental technicians have to pay more attention to their own health care, and dental technology manager should check out working environment on a regular basis to maintain a comfortable environment. In addition, healthcare education should be provided to dental technicians in consideration of their vocational characteristics, and specific medical institutions for dental technicians should be designated. And a regular health examination should be conducted to prevent any possible occupational diseaede.

      • 수술후 경막외강에 주입한 ketamine의 진통효과에 관한 연구

        Author divided 60 patients who got lower abdomen or lower extremity surgical operation into three groups. Each group consisted of 20 patients. We injected ketamine 10㎎, 20㎎, and 30㎎ respectively into the epidural space when the patient complained of pain postoperatively and observed the postoperative analgesic effect of ketamine. Finally, we concluded the following : 1) The onset time of analgesic effect. : The analgesic effect appeared within 10 minutes in 3 groups and the significant difference among them was not seen. 2) The duration of analgesic effect : The duration of analgesia was relatively short with less than 1 hour on an average in all 3 groups and was not constant. 3) Cardiopulmonary system. : The significant change of blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate was not seen in all three groups and and the difference among them also was not seen. 4) Side effects. : Sedative action(16%), nausea(10%), dizziness(5%), headache(3.3%) From above results, the epidural administration of ketamine is not suitable for postoperative pain management because of a lot of side effects as well as short and inconstant duration of analgesic effeet.

        The puropse of this study was to analyze the success rate of landing in Horizentar Bar. The subjects were 24 gymnasts who were participated in the 24th world championships, the 25th Olympic game in Seoul and the 25th world-championships especrally who made a good record at fesults were as follows. 1. Landing success rate as the games. The success rate was 77.5% in Olympic and in 25th world championships was 70% and in the 24the world champions was 80% whick was the highest rate. 2. Landing success rate as performances. The skill of Double salto backward stretched art was 9 times, and its rate was 88.8% through the 3 Games. The skill of Double salto backward stretched 1/1 turn to dismount Art was used 7 times, its success rate was 82.2%. 3. Landing success rate as art form. Tucked form was used 7 times and its rate was 57%, stretched form was used 16 times and was 85% (which was performed rather than Tucked formed and picked form).

        We have measured the energy gap in ZnSe as a function of temperature by Laser-Generaeted Photocharge Voltage Spectroscopy(PVS). Trap levels were calculated quasi equibrium, peak shape, initial rise methods. And We have measured the Photocharge Voltage as a function of temperature with varing heating rate. The trapping cross-section of ZnSe was calculated by the methods of Grossweiner.

      • 남자 조마 경기의 기술 빈도에 관한 연구 : '95년 세계 선수권대회와 '97년 세계 선수권대회를 중심으로

        This paper had the following conclusions through comparing and analysing, by groups, the frequence of jumping techniques of athletes advanced to the finals(the 3rd match) in the 95 world Championships and the 97 world Championships. 1. The Vault Group Ⅱ had a increasing tendency in 1997 comparing with in1995, and the techniques of Hdspr. Fwd. and dbl. Salto fwd. t. was remarkably increased. 2. The Vault Group Ⅲ in both Championships showed about 30% of practice frequence. 3. The Vault Group Ⅴ had high frequence of practice frequence untill 1995, while in 1997, had decreasing tendency. It is expected that to make Korean status as a leading country in Vault much higher thing to do is to learn perfectly the technique of group Ⅱ, and that the 2nd and the 3rd Yoe technique has to be developed as further studies.

      • 體操競技의 基礎 트레이닝에 關한 理論的 考察

        This study aimed to make an inquiry into the problem of basic skills in techniques in the gymnastic game and into the means for the training of basic skills. It become apparent that the training means must be performed to fit into the structure of the fargetrd technique. But the training means for some technique can be used in the training of the technique only through the setting of the more elaborate objectives and tasksand the training task will have to be determined based on an inquiry into structure of exercise as to how exercise should be performed as the means for training of basic skills on its spot is being performed based on the means for training of basic skills on its spot is being performed based on the director's experiences and there are few theoretical studies on this area. Only when both theoretical inquiry and reflection are simultaneously made of the content taken for granted on the spot for the purpose of developing the methodology of training. The vehicle for training will proceed to be rationalized in the future.

      • 非晶質 Silicon 薄膜의 製作 및 그 Doping 效果

        SiH_4 기체에 PH_3 및 B_2H_6 기체를 0.7% 체적비로 혼합하여 rf glow 방전법으로 n형 및 p형 a-Si:H 박막을 기판온도 120℃에서 제작하여, 광투과도 측정, 열처리에 따른 전기 전도도의 변화 등을 조사하여 이들의 doping 효과를 연구하였다. n형, p형 및 undoped a-Si:H 박막의 optical gap은 각각 1.73eV, 1.86eV 및 1.86eV로 doping이 많이 이루어질수록 줄어 들었다. 250℃에서 열처리한 시료들의 상온에서의 전도도는 각각 2×10^-2Ω^-1㎝^-1, 5×10^-8Ω^-1㎝^-1, 5×10^-7Ω^-1㎝^-1이었고, 활성화 에너지 ??E는 각각 0.16eV, 0.49eV 및 0.48eV이었다. 300℃에서 열처리한 결과, ??E는 줄어 들고 전도도는 증가하였다. 350℃ 및 450℃에서 열처리한 결과 dehydrogenation 효과로 인하여 n형과 p형은 서로 상반되는 결과를 보였다. 즉, n형 시료의 전도도는 감소하고 ??E는 증가하였지만, P형 시료의 전도도는 증가하고 ??E는 감소하였다. 저온 영역에서 구한 n형 시료의 전도도로부터 hopping 활성화 에너지를 구한 결과 0.085eV이었다. Thin n-type and p-type a-Si:H films were prepared by rf glow discharge decomposition of silane mixed with 7×10^-3 parts per volume of phospine or diborane. All specimens were deposited on glass substrates held at 120℃. In order to determine the doping effects the opital absorption and dc conductivity of these specimens were measured after annealing at various temperatures. The optical gap was 1.73eV in the case of the n-type specimens, 1.80eV for the p-type, and 1.86eV undoped. This showed that the gap width decreased as the doping increased. The room temperatuer conductivities of these specimens annealed at 250℃ were 2×10^-2Ω^-1㎝^-1, 5×10^-8Ω^-1㎝^-1, and 5×10^-7Ω^-1㎝^-1, respectively, and the activation energies, ??E, of these specimens were 0.16eV, 0.49eV, and 0.48eV, respectively. For specimens annealed at 300℃, ??E decreased and the conductivity increased. When these specimens were annealed at 350℃ and 450℃, dehydrogenation caused opposite effects on the n-type and p-type specimens; the conductivities of n-type specimens decreased and ??E increased, but the conductivities of p-type specimens increased and ??E decreased.From an investigation of the temperature dependence of the conductivity of the n-type specimen in the low temperature region, we determined that the hopping activation energy was 0.085eV.
