      • 第11回 北京 아시아競技大會 體操競技 演技內容의 價値點과 完成度에 關한 硏究

        We get following conclusion by the work of study and review regarding「value points」and「degree of prefection」about the competition performed by outstanding gymnast(47 players) of each test part in the gymnastic competition at the 11th Asian Game(Final) held in Beijing in 1990. 1. Value Points of Performance The value points of each test part are as below: ㆍFloor exercise The highest is 20 points. The lowest is 20 points. ㆍPommel horse The highest is 25 points. The lowest is 13 points. ㆍRings The highest is 24 points. The lowest is 10 points. ㆍParallel bars The highest is 32 points. The lowest is 17 points. ㆍHorizontal bar The highest is 23 points. The lowest is 6 points. As for Vaulting, the plays who has performed technique having 2 adding factor got the highest points. Therefore, we understand that it is important to increase the number of technique having numerous adding factors in order to enhance the value points of plays. 2. Degree of Perfection The degree of perfection of each test are as below: ㆍFloor exercise The highest is 100%. The lowest is 86.3%. ㆍPommel horse The highest is 100%. The lowest is 97.7%. ㆍRings The highest is 100%. The lowest is 86.6%. ㆍVaulting The highest is 100%. The lowest is 95.4%. ㆍParallel bars The highest is 100%. The lowest is 93.1%. ㆍHorizontal bar The highest is 100%. The lowest is 0%. In order to increase the degree of perfection of performance, we believe, the enhancement of precision landing is important because the dwduction point of performance of each test part. As the result, exploitation of new technique with uniqueness and resoltion, and the practice of performance with accuracy should be highly appreciated through all part of gymnastic games.

      • 남ㆍ북한 체조선수들의 연기내용 및 가점에 대한 비교분석 : 평행봉, 철봉을 중심으로

        This study was to compare and analyze the bonus point of difficulty and connection skill of the various parallel bars and horizontal bar on north and south Korean gymnasts who participated the 2001 Peking Universiade gymnastic competitions(the 1st event: team competition). From those results, the following conclusions were drawn. 1.Parallel bars On the bonus point, north korean gymnasts showed 28 points, but south korean gymnasts showed 18 points. And on connection skill point, north korean showed 0,7 points but south korean gymnasts showed 0.6 points. Therefore gymnasts should develop and master the skill in motion on bar for obtaining the high bonus point. Especially it should be considered that the acquirement of Giant Swing should be improved the skill in connection to high difficulty. 2.Horizontal bar On the bonus point, north korean gymnasts showed 22 points, but south korean gymnasts showed 24 points. And on connection skill point, north korean showed 0,8 points but south korean gymnasts showed 0.3 points. Therefore gymnasts should develop and master El-grip skill by turn skill and improve the connection skill of various release portions.

      • 跳馬競技의 着地 成功率에 關한 硏究 : 女子選手를 中心으로 Centering on the Female

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the success rate of landing in vaulting performance(Approach, Take-off, Pre-flight, Horse contact, Post-flight, Landing). The subjects were 24 gymnasts who were participated in the 10th Asian Games in Seoul, the 24th World Championships in Rotterdam and the 24th Olympic Games in Seoul especially who were in Competition Ⅰ and Competition Ⅲ. The results were as follows. 1. Landing success rate as the games The success rate was 65% in Asian Games, was 81.3% in World Championships, and in Olympic was 83.8% which was the highest rate. 2. Landing success rate as performances The skill of Tsukahara with stretched 1/1 turn(360。)was used 5 times, its success rate was 83.3%. The skill of Round-off and Flic flac on 1/2 salto backward with stretched 1/1 turn(360。)was used 11 times, and its rate was 82% through the 3 Games. 3. Landing success rate as an attitudes Tucked style was used 13 times and its rates was 69.2%, Picked styled was used 3 times and was 80%, Stretched style was used 32 times and was 79.4%.

        Through measuring intensity of relative movement and change of blood in relation with strokes of pulse on male gymnast team, by grasping with quantitative and qualitative level of training/movement by types of gymnastics, this study is aimed to contributing to formulating the physiological operating programs for male gymnasts. For the study and survey, four gymnasts of Korean national representative team were picked up here. The result were summarized as follows: 1. Pulsation during stable status was 59.±6.68bpm in average showing a normal level. 13bpm in average showing a low level was caused by effect of sustained training coupled with gymnasts' career record. 2. Intensity of relative movement by pulsation. 1) Pulsation at the time of three minutes of movement/training mounted to a maximum of 110-130 strokes(36-51% Hrmax), and a minimum was 80-84 strokes (15-18% HRmax). Level of relative movement intensity indicated a maximum 51% HRmax and a minimum 15%HRmax. 2) In case of extending the movement/playing, pulsation mounted to a maximum 109-167 strokes(37-79% HRmax) against a minimum of 98-114strokes(29-40%HRmax). Level of relative movement intensity indicated a maximum of 78.40% HRmax and a minimum of 28% HRmax. 3) In case of intervals, pulsation mounted to a maximum 131-167 strokes (52-78% HRmax) against a minimum of 85-97 strokes (20-27% HRmax). Level of relative movement intensity marked a maximum of 27% HRmax and a minimum of 19% HRmax respectively. 3. As for blood chnage on male gymnast team after playing three (3) types of after completion of 6 types in comparison with stable time period, there appeared some advantageous composition of blood; R B C (p<0.05), W B C (p<0.01), Glucose (p<0.01), LA (p<0.05). On the other hand there was a far increased trend of Hct, Hb, Albumin Cholesterol and Na+. There was no beneficial and K+ tends to reduce. And yet there was no beneficial natures therein.

        The purpose of this study were to compare the kinematic variables of the skilled group with those of the less-skilled group in salto backward tucked vault landing. The subjects were selected 6 gymnasts from H university and were divided into two groups by skill level. The results were as follows, 1. There was no significant difference between two groups in the elapsed time for performing movement. 2. The skilled group showed higher score than the less-skilled in the height of C. G after jump. 3. There was no difference between two groups in the angle of flexion on the hip joint and the knee joint during the rotation phase. 4. The skilled group revealed higher score than less-skilled in the angle of the flexed hip joint and of vector C. G during the landing phase. 5. The angular velocity on the selected joint was not significantly different between two groups. However, the change pattern of the angular velocity in the total phase showed remarkable characteristics in the skilled group. 6. There was no difference between two groups in the changing velocity of C. G during the rotation and landing phase.

      • 남자 체조경기 실수유형에 관한 고찰

        The Chinese male gymnastic competition in 1997 at Ⅲ competition were analysed as pommel horse, rings, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. It divided into the type of error in mount, middle skills, and dismount. The following conclusions were drawn: 1. Pommel horse The types of errors in mount, It showed 3 errors in waist angle, 1 touch on pommel horse and 3errors in waist angle, 1 touch on pommel horse in middle skills, and 1 errors in waist angle, a lack of rhythm in dismount. 2. Rings The types of errors in rings, It showed 3 errors of waist angle in mount and 1 errors in stationary time, touch at ring string, shake of rings in middle skills, and 3 movement at landing, 1 errors in waist angle, and 1 error in spliting legs in dismount. 3. Parallel bars The types of errors in parallel bars, It showed 2 movement of hand, 1 error in waist angle in mount and 1 movement of hand, 1 error in waist angle, 2 errors in spliting legs middle skills and 3 movement at landing, 2 errors in spliting legs in dismount. 4. Horizontal bar The types of errors in horizontal bar, It showed 3 errors in shoulder angle, 2 movement at hand in mount and 2 errors in shoulder angle, 1 error in waist, banding elbow, spliting legs middle skills and 3 errors at landing movement, 2 errors in spliting legs in dismount.

      • 體操競技 男·女 種目別 着地 成功率에 關한 比較分析

        The 47 players(M : 23, F : 24) who participated the gymnastic games(The 3rd game : the finals in each events) of the 11th Bei-jing Asian games were made an object of this research. The success rate of landing performance substances of 3 events(M : vaulting horse, parallel bars, horizontal bar. F : vaulting horse, balance heam, uneven bars) wich are similar in performance substance and technical figures. As a result rate of researche and analysis, the conclusion is as follows. 1. The success rate of landing in performance substance. 1) Vaulting horse(M,F) Men : yurenchenko technic was practiced 7 times at the first time and second time and it was proved as the highest success rate. The highest was 100% and the lowest was 60%. Handspring technic was practiced 2 times(at the first time and the second time) and it was proved as the lowest success rate. The highest 40% and the lowest was 0%. Women : Tsukahara technic was paracticed 3 times at the first time and second time and it was proved as the highest success rate. The highest was 80% and the lowest was 60%. Handspring technic was practiced 6 times(at the first time and second time) and it was proved as the lowest success rate. The highest was 80% and the lowest was 0%. 2) Parallel bars(M), Balance beam Parallel bars(M) : Double salto bwd. tucked, Double salto bwd. piked technics were proved as the highest success rate of 100%, and From hang on end double salto bwd. piked technic was proved as the lowest success rate of 60%. Balance beam(F) : Double salto bwd. tucked technic was proved as the highest success rate of 100% and Double salto bwd. tucked w. 1/1 twist technic was proved as the lowest success rate of 60%. 3) Horizontal bar(M), Uneven bars(F) Horizontal bar(M) : Double salto bwd. str. w. 2/1 turns technic was proved as the highest success rate of 100% and Triple salto bwd. tucked technic was proved as the lowest success rate of 60%. Uneven bars(F) : Double salto bwd. tucked technic was proved as the highest success rate of 100% and Double salto bwd. tucked w. 1/1 twist technic was proved as the lowest success rate of 60%. 2. The success rate of landing in technical figures. 1) Vaulting horse(M,F) Men : Stretched forms of technic which was practiced 8 times and 4 times at the first time and the second time was proved as the highest success rate of 71%. Piked forms of technic which was practiced once at the first time and the second time was proved as the lowest success rate of 40%. Women : Stretched forms of tetchnic which was practiced 6 times and once at the first time and the second time was proved as the highest success rate of 86%. Tucked forms of technic which was practiced once and 4 times at the first time and the second time was proved as the lowest success rate of 52.5%. 2) Parallel bars(M), Balance beam(F) Parallel bars(M) : Picked forms of technic which parcticed 3 times was proved as the highest success rate of 86% and Tucked forms of technic which parcticed 5 times was proved as the lowest success rate of 84%. Balance Beam(F) : Tucked forms of technic which parcticed 7 times was proved as the hifhiest success rate of 77% and Piked forms of technic which parcticed once was proved as the lowest success rate of 60% 3) Horizontal bar(M), Uneven bars(F) Horizontal bar(M) : Stretched forms of technic which was practiced 6 times was proved as the highest success rate of 76% and Tucked forme of technic which was practiced once was proved as the lowest success rate of 60%. Uneven bars(F) : All the players practiced Tucked forms of technic and they got the landing success rate of 85%.

        제19회 항저우 아시아경기대회 대비 기계체조 경쟁국가 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to compare the performance level of artistic gymnastics team events in Korea and Taiwan in order to im- prove the performance of Korean artistic gymnastics. To this end the difficulty scores and execution scores of the top 3 athletes in the artistic gymnastics team events of the 2019 World Championships and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games were compared. The result is as follows. It was found that the performance of the floor exercise, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar was higher than that of Taiwan, except for the pommel horse, which is a weak event in Korea among the 6 sports. In particular, it was found that Korea was far ahead of Taiwan in terms of floor exercise and vault where Korea performed high-level performances, but in the case of pommel horse, Taiwan performed high-level performances with higher scores than Korea. As for the execution score of the player's perform- ances, it was found that Taiwan scored higher than Korea in floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar except for rings, and overall acting skill (completeness) was higher. Taiwan is far ahead of Korea. Therefore, in order for Korea to take precedence over Taiwan in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, it is necessary to improve the accuracy of technology and to minimize mistakes and points deductions in each event. In addition, floor exercise and vault are strong sports in Korea, but training is required to obtain high scores by minimizing deductions for twisting and landing. Efforts to improve the accuracy of techniques such as training to minimize angle deductions for advanced techniques and angle correction training for staggering techniques are absolutely necessary.
