c-형강 및 ebb & flow 방식에 따른 경제성 분석

관비재배와 저면관수인 ebb & flow, C-형강의 재배방식에 따른 고품질분화 생산을 위한 재배농가의 경제성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 화훼농가의 비용구조를 분석하였고 자본 회수기간 및 내부수익률의 추정, 관수에 따른 인건비 절감 효과를 분석하여 재배방식에 따른 경제성을 비교하였다. 10a(991.7m²) 규모의 자동온실에 대해 관비재배방식을 선택한 시클라멘 재배농가의 총 비용은 9,993.8만원으로 추정되며, 이 중 시설비는 74%(7,410만원)를 점하고 연간 2,583.8만원의 경영비를 지출할 것으로 예상된다. 반면, C-형강방식을 선택한 재배농가는 초기 시설비용으로 약 8,520.0만원(총비용의 약 70%)을 지출하고, 매년 경영비로 3,597.0만원을 지출할 것으로 추정된다. 한편, 투자자금에 대한 자본회수 기간을 분석한 결과 10a 규모의 자동온실에서 시클라멘을 재배하는 농가에서 관비재배방식 혹은 C-형강방식을 선택할 경우에는 초기시설투자비 회수기간이 약 4 년 정도 소요될 것으로 예측되며, ebb & flow 방식을 선택할 경우에는 약 5년 정도의 시간이 소요될 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 내부 수익률을 추정한 결과 ebb & flow시설과 C-형강시설을 5년과 6년씩 사용한다고 가정할 경우, ebb & flow시설의 내부 수익률은 각각 9%와 14%로 나타났고, C-형강시설의 경우에는 각각 13%와 17%로 나타나 시중의 저축성예금 수신금리 4.82%와 비교하여 경제성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. Economical efficiency for production of high quality-potted plants was analyzed by types of irrigation system such as conventional fertigation, ebb & flow, and C-channel as subirrigation systems. After cost structure was analyzed, payback period of capital, internal rate return (IRR), and effects of reduced labor cost were estimated. The gross cost of cyclamen-producing farmers using hydroponic systems in automated greenhouses (10a) was about 100 million won. Of the gross cost, installation and operation costs occupied 74% and 25%, respectively. In the C-channel subirrigation system, gross cost was 120 million won approximately. Installation and operation costs occupied 70% and 30%, respectively. Payback period of capital was 4 years for fertigated irrigation and C-channel subirrigation system, whereas it was 5 years for ebb & flow. IRR of ebb & flow and C-channel subirrigation systems was higher than the interest rates of 4.82%, indicating economic efficiency.

This study deals with a case analysis on the implementation of ISO 9000/14000 Integrated Management System. The intention is to provide some general guidelines, in particluar, to small-to-medium-sized companies that are planning to introduce the Integrated Management System. First we briefly review each of the ISO 9000 series, ISO 14000 series and Integrated Management System. We then investigate the case of a small-sized company that have built and is successfully operating the Integrated Management System. We start with introducing the company, and then examine the background and the procedure for implementing the Integrated Management System. We investigate effects of the Integrated Management System, which are the main focus of this paper. This study is meaningful in that, to our best knowledge, it is the first field report appearing in the literature in regard to the actual implementation of ISO 9000/14000 Integrated Management System in Korea.

Plate heat exchangers have less limitation on space and weight because they can be small with higher heat transfer coefficients rather than air-cooled. shell-tube. and plate-fin heat exchangers. And, heat exchange can be efficiently performed even though the temperature difference of sea-water is small. They also have expense reduction effect in case that we use expensive materials for corrosion prevention and have merits of cleaning and changing design easily. So. plate heat exchangers are more suitable for evaporator and condenser of OTEC system.

The studies on the phenomena of the third phase which appeared in the solvent extraction process of uranium ore processing were performed. The third phase was formed in the presence of phosphomolybdic acid and silicomolybdic acid, especially in reduced state. And its problem could be solved by treatment of solvent with celite 545 before recycling.

The studies on physico-chemical factors and phytoplankton at the 3 rivers in the Taejon city were conducted from November 1997 to May 1998. The Results were as follows; In the water quality, the down streams were generally worse than the upper streams. Water temperature was varied from 2.4℃ to 23.0℃; DO from 1.80㎎/ℓ to 17.6㎎/ℓ ; pH from 4.7 to 10.4 ; BOD from 0.78㎎/ℓ to 8.80㎎/ℓ; COD from 0.32㎎/ℓ to 8.26㎎/ℓ ; SS from 2.0㎎/ℓ to 43.0㎎/ℓ ; total phosphate was from 0.001㎎/ℓ to 0.709㎎/ℓ ; total nitrogen 0.01㎎/ℓto 11.69㎎/ℓ . In phytoplankton species, they were identified as total 191 taxa composed of 8 classes, 18 orders, 35 families, 74 genera, 152 species, 35 varieties and 4 forms. The dominant species were Synedra ulna in Taejon-chon, Diatoma vulgare in Yudong-chon, Oscillatoria princeps, Scenedesmus gadricauda, Synedra ulna, and Diatom vulgare in Gap-chon. Standing crops of phytoplankton were from 2,076 cells/㎖ to 97,356 cells/㎖.

This thesis is to find the optimum way to increase the use of the currently widely vacuum tube solar collector through the analysis of its thermal efficiency and various types and features. The vacuum tube solar collector is divided into two classes depending on its design. One is equipped with a metal fin in a vacuum tube for collecting the solar heat, while the other uses an inner tube to collect the heat, in effect doubling the vacuum tube. Of course, both maximize the collection of solar heat but they differ in the way the heat is transferred to its point of use. In the first case, the collecting of the solar energy can derive the thermal analysis through the use of the theory of heat collection such as the flat-type collector's fin efficiency. The representative example of this is the type of vacuum tube with a heat pipe and attached.
