      • 屈曲運動과 伸展運動이 體位向上에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of the exercise of flextion and extention on the improvement of physical constitution. The authors examined the physical condition of the following athletes registered on the Korean amateur sports association. Flextion exercise athletes. Velleyball (69 men, 77 women). Basketball (58 men, 56 women): Table tennis (60 men. 69 women): Baseball (107 men): Soccer (113 men): Handball (41 men): Rugby Football (68 men): Hockey (40 men): Tennis (18 men). Athletics (70 men); Tae Kwon Do (220 men) Extension exercise athletes Wrestling (16 men): Judo (72 men). Ssi reum (S5 men). The results were as follows. 1. The body weight ratio of flection athletes (42.7 % ) was higher than that of extention athletes (38.0%) 2. The nutrition rate of flection athletes (915.7%) was higher than that of extention athletes (828.1%). 3. The Kaup's index of flection athletes (2.48%) was higher than that of extention athletes (2.16%) Between the body weight and broca's standard weight, the extention athletes group showed greater differences than those of the flection athletes group

        The reactions between vanadium pentoxide and ammonium chloride were investigated to find a new separation method of NH_3 and HCl from ammonium chloride. In this NH_4Cl-V_2O_5 reaction systems, both chlorination and reduction of V_2O_5 were proceeded by HCl(g) and NH_3(g) from decomposed NH_4Cl, respectively. The experimental results showed the possibility for the separation of NH_3 and HCl from NH_4Cl. 84.85% of HCl was recovered from the decomposed NH_4Cl at the conditions of reaction temperature : 400℃, NH_4Cl weight raatio ; 8.0, Ar gas flow rate 100㎤/min

      • Heparin이 망내계세포에 미치는 영향에 관한 초미형태학적 연구

        저자들은 heparin 투여후 세망내피계의 초미형태학적 변화를 관찰하기 위해 Sprague-Dawley계 숫쥐에 heparin과 endotoxin을 투여한 후 비장을 채취하여 실험에 이용하였다. 실험군은 heparin 전처치군과 heparin 후처치군으로 나누었으며 비교군으로 heparin 단독투여군과 endotoxin 단독투여군을 설정하여 각각을 투약후 비장을 채취하여 광학현미경 및 전자현미경적 검색을 실시하였다. 실험결과를 요약하면 heparin 단독투여군은 대식세포, 형질세포양 림프아구 및 다핵백혈구가 증가되었고, 대식세포의 탐식능도 항진되었다. 그러나 대식세포자체의 소기관 발달은 현저하지 않았다. Endotoxin 단독투여군은 시간이 갈수록 대식세포의 탐식능이 저하되고, 파괴가 증가되어 수가 감소하였다. 미소혈전이 자주 관찰되었으며 기타세포들의 파괴가 관찰되었다. Heparin 전처치 및 후처치군은 공히 endotoxin군에 비해 대식세포 탐식능이 증가되었다. 이상의 성적으로 보아 heparin의 망내세포에 대한 영향은 주로 대식세포의 탐식능과 수의 증가로 생각되며 이는 정상 및 병적상태 모두에서 일어난다고 생각된다. 또한 ET 투여 전후 heparin을 투여한 실험군에서 공히 대식세포 탐식능이 증가되었으므로 이는 ET shock 후 조직손상으로 분비되는 세망내피계 저하물질에 대해 heparin이 길항작용을 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 heparin의 대식세포 탐식능항진에 대한 효과는 세포의 직접적인 자극이라기 보다는 탐식과정중 특히 oposonization에 효과를 미칠 것으로 생각된다. The authors studied an ultrastructural changes of reticuloendothelial system after administration of heparin. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were examined after administration of heparin and endotoxin. The experimental groups were divided into heparin pretreated groups and heparin posttreated groups. The control groups were divided into heparin-only groups and endotoxin-only groups. Each animals were sacrificed and spleens were extirpated and examined by light and electron microscopy. The results obtained were summarized as follows: Heparin-only groups showed proliferation of macrophages, lymphocytes and neutrophils. The phagocytic activity of marcophage is enhanced. The cytoplamic organellar change is not remarkable except increase of secondary lysosomes. Endotoxin-only groups showed decrease of phagocytic cells. The phagocytic activity is also depressed. Destruction of macrophages and other cells are noted. Microthrombi are frequently seen. Both heparin pretreated and heparin posttreated groups revealed relative enhancement of phagocytic activity compaired to endotoxin-only groups. From the result of the experimental study, it appears that the effect of heparin on the reticuloendothelial system is enhancement of phagocytic activity of macrophages both in the coditions of normal and pathologic one. And it also suggests that heparin may act as an antagonizing factor to the reticuloendothelial depressing agent that may be derived from injured organ of endotoxin shock. And the effect of heparin to the phagocytic activity of macrophage may be related to the process of phagocytosis such as opsonization or to the direct cellular stimulation.

      • 제철소 분진을 이용한 Tile 접착제 개발에 관한 연구

        산업이 발달하면서 폐기물의 발생량은 급격히 증가하여 폐기물을 자원화 하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제철소에서 발생하여 대부분 해안에 매립 폐기되고 있는 분진을 환원처리하여 타일용 접착제의 첨가제로 사용하였다. 또한 접착력 발현의 가장 중요한 요소인 수지로 수용성 epoxy를 합성하여 사용하였다. 현재 국내 타일 접착제 제조업계에서는 타일 접착제의 내수 및 내알카리성 향상이 가장 큰 현안이다. 따라서 본 연구에서도 내수 및 내알카리성 향상에 주안점을 두고 연구를 수행하였다. 개발 접착제의 건조·수중 침지후 부착강도는 15.3 ~ 17.1kgf/㎠ 이며 알카리용액 침지후 부착강도는 3.4 ~ 4.9kgf/㎠로 나타났다. 저장성의 경우 수용성 epoxy 1액형 조성임에도 현재 2 ~ 3개월의 저장성을 확보하여 환원분철에 대한 타일접착제의 첨가제로서 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. The research for developing the water-borne structural adhesive in the form of homogeneous solution type for the bonding of ceramic tile to concrete wall was carried out. One of the most troublesome present problems in the adhesion of ceramic tile to concrete wall is the lack of water and alkali resistance. The ingredients of the structural adhesive were a epoxy emulsion as a main resin, iron mill powder produced by reduction as a swelling inhibitor, thickning agents, inorganic fillers and other additives. The structural adhesive composition obtained was tested with respect to adhesion, initial tack and application properties and was found to meet the requirements in the field of ceramic tile adhesion.

        오훼돌기 절제술에 의한 개구장애의 치료

        There are many causes of trismus. Aetiology can be roughly divided into muscle spasm, mechanical interference, extracapsular ankylosis, intracapsular ankylosis. Trismus caused by mechanical interference between postero-lateral wall of zygoma-maxillary complex and coronoid process following reduction of fractured facial bone is rare. Especially on maxillary bone fracture, when we faced the trismus following removal of intermaxillary fixation, we got used to solve that problem by physical exercise, We obtained good resurts by coronoidectomy on patients with limited mouth opening who were referred from department of plastic surgery, St. Marys' hospital, the Catholic university of Korea. We report our experience with literature review.

      • 충남대학교 기초과학분야의 효율적 육성에 관한 연구

        Chungnam National University (CNU) is located in Daeduk Science Town, a center of science and technology in Korea, and it is expected to play an important role in the development of science in Korea. With this in mind, the basic natural sciences at CNU should be more actively supported in both education and research. Accordingly analysis and comparison of the basic science program at major college in Korea as well as those in the USA and Europe has been performed. The current cooperative relationship between CNU and research institutes in the science town has also been analyzed. This study has resulted in propositions to make more efficient the upbringing of the basic sciences at CNU, by focusing on the following points ; a) to improve academic affairs, b) to make graduate studies substantial, c) to secure highly qualified faculty members, d) to increase cooperation in research between CNU and reserch institutes, e) to enlarge research laboratories and acquire more equipment and facilities.

        백서 창상의 피복방법에 따르는 Muofibroblast의 생성 및 소실되는 과정의 실험적인 비교관찰

        The question of how skin coverage affects contracting wounds has long been a significant problem in the study of wound contraction. Myofibroblasts appear to be well established as the cellular cause of wound contraction. Myofibroblasts are found in many types of contracting wounds, including granulating wounds and hypertrophic burn scars. Myofibroblasts in contracting wounds have definitive life cycles, being present when contraction is active and then disappearing when contraction has ceased. In this study, we observated comparatively quantitative changes in the surface area by planimetry and changes of myofibroblasts by electron microscope through 8 weeks according to the types of skin coverage. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the myofibroblast population in skin coveraged wounds in a rat model, which allowed frequent biopsies as well as precise identificaion of the interface of the skin coverage and the wound bed. The results of our experiments are as follows: 1. Granulating wound Contracted rapidly and had long persistence of myofibroblasts. 2. Split-thickness skin graft Contrated less and myofibroblasts were more rapidly decreased and were disappeared at 5 weeks later. 3. Full-thickness skin graft Minimum contracti aondnmyofibroblasts were very rapidly decreased and were disappeared at 4 weeks later. 4. Local flap No contraction and could not find myofibroblast. Slowly increase in size at begining. 5. Contraction was influenced by number and lasting time of myofibroblast.

      • 入力電流의 高調波 低減을 위한 새로운 다이리스터 整流回路의 개발

        The harmonics involved in input AC line currents of thyristor rectifier apparatus have recently been a serious problem in the cause of burning power condenser, mis-action of UFR(protective relay), and trouble of the automatic voltage controller, etc, in the sending or distribution electric power system. As an effective counter-measure for this, the method of having switching taps on the conventional interphase reactor and its artificial utilization have been adapted, as we know. The conventional 3 tap method, however, is not achieved an effect of reducing harmonics under firing angle 15˚. In this paper, a new method of reducing harmonics involved in input AC line currents or output DC voltage of rectifier circuit is presented, which is due mainly to the equipment of the 2-3 switching taps on interphase reactor. Thereofre, main contents of this study are the following three items; 1) optimal number of taps 2) optimal turn ratio of interphase reactor 3) optimal control angle of interphase reactor.
