사회의 환경변화에 따라 기업 또한 기업 또한 과거 폐쇄적 수직 체계의 position power에서 개방적 수평체계의 communication power로 역할이 변화하고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임 이행의 대표적인 활동인 사회공헌활동은 지역사회와의 소통 수단 뿐 아니라 새로운 마케팅전략으로 자리매김 되고 있다. 사회공헌활동의 성공요소 중 가장 중요한 것은 구성원의 봉사적 마인드이다. 봉사적 마인드는 이론 뿐 아니라 실천적 행동철학에 기인 한다. 기업이 바라는 인재상과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업이 신입사원 채용시 봉사활동 실적을 반영하는데 있어서 표준적인 가이드라인을 연구 제시하고자 한다.

Eight pediatric patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome were treated from 1984 to 1994 at the Department of Surgery, Seoul National University Children's Hospital. We reviewed the clinical features of our own 8 cases as well as 56 cases reported in Korean literatures. The results were compared to those of western reports. Gastrointestinal complications in our series were more frequent than in the Korean series, but the distribution of polyps was similar. The Korean series showed the following characteristics compared to the western reports; demographic backgrounds were similar; gastrointestinal symptoms were more common; location of the polyp was more frequent in colon (2 times); and the most prevalent site of malignant change was the colon in Korean cases.
Characteristics of the Germline MEN1 Mutations in Korea: A Literature Review

Purpose: Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN-1) is an autosomal dominant disease caused by the MEN1 germline mutation. We reviewed previous reports in order to sum-marize the characteristics of germline MEN1 mutation in Korea.Methods: We retrieved the relevant literature regarding MEN1 germline mutation in Korea using the Pubmed (http://www.pubmed.org/) and Koreamed (http://www.koreamed.org/) databases from 2000 to 2012. We evaluated the pedigree of the patients in order to exclude the same, repeated families. We collected all data on the types of mutations and clinical characteristics.Results: There were nine studies with 12 cases of MEN1 mutations in Korea. Two cases were sporadic MEN-1. C.196_200dupAGCCC was reported in three families. There were six cases of frameshift mutation, three cases of missense mutation, two cases of nonsense mutation, and one case of splice site mutation. Five mutations were novel mutations not previously reported.Conclusion: We summarized the characteristics of germline MEN1 mutations in Korea. Genetic testing of MEN1 is rare in Korea; however, it will be useful in preclinical diagnosis and genetic counseling.

Gaussian type models have limitations on predicting a detailed description of the near flow and pollution leads over complex terrains under neutral atmospheric conditions. Also, most models used recently have lack of ability to include atmospheric reactions. The model based on the numerical solution of the time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and conservation equations needs to be developed to improve the limitations mentioned above. When the model was applied to the Shihwa area where the tracer experiment had been carried out, the simulation results have a great difference from the experimental result. There are two reasons that make the difference between the results by the model and the experiment First, the Shihwa area is not a complex terrain. Second, meteorological data is insufficient. Therefore, the model should be applied to predict they dispersion of air pollutants over complex terrain rather than flat terrain in order that the model could be verified because the model was developed for the prediction of the dispersion over a complex terrain.
