21세기에 이르러 디지털 정보는 인간의 사회구조와 생활 방식에 커다란 영향을 미치고 새로운 산업 패턴을 창출하였다. 뿐만 아니라 인간의 정서적인 측면에서의 변화와 가치 면에 있어서도 일대 변혁을 야기하였다. 급격히 성장한 인터넷 이용환경에 걸 맞는 우리의 판단가치는 아직 정립되지 않았고, 인터넷 윤리 의식 또한 성숙되지 않은 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 오늘날 우리나라 Net 세대라고 불리우는 신세대의 특성을 조사 분석하고 이를 이용하여 이들이 정보사회의 성숙한 인간으로 성장할 수 있도록 지도하는 방안을 연구하였다.

서비스 모니터링 효과탐색에 관한 연구 - S 아트센터 주차/카페 서비스를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer contact service on customer satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a survey on the service satisfaction of parking lot and directly managed cafe, which is the foremost point of customer contact service, for spectators at s-Art Center, which is one of the leading large theaters in Korea. A total of 200 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. As a result of analysis, it was found that the customer contact service at the theater affected customer satisfaction. In other words, all three sub-variables of parking service have a statistically significant effect, and service and departure factors have more influence on the factors of entrance. In other words, all of the seven sub-variables of café satisfaction have statistically significant effects, and they are influenced more in order of order, payment, and greeting. In conclusion, it is necessary to shift from provider-oriented service emphasizing efficiency and convenience to user-oriented service that provides services needed from the customer's point of view. To do this, it is necessary to regularly job training and strengthen cs-education for employee.

Knowledge Exchange and Intermodal Logistics Network Integration: Social Network Embeddedness Perspective

As intermodal logistics networks play a crucial role in enhancing the entire logistics performance, effectively managing the intermodal logistics network has become a significant strategic consideration in international logistics. The existing literature stresses that inter-organizational knowledge exchange is essential to successfully integrating logistics components and for maximizing logistics performance in the long run. These contentions ensure that knowledge exchange between intermodal logistics network entities-such as shipping lines, port terminal operators, freight forwarders, road and rail freight operators and other related logistics operators-are key factors in facilitating the successful integration of an intermodal logistics network because an intermodal logistics network is an integrated part of the entire international logistics system. This paper aims to investigate the question of how intermodal logistics network entities can successfully exchange knowledge with each other, and whether the knowledge exchange can contribute to the effective integration of the intermodal logistics network. For this, this paper adopts the social network embeddedness perspective in order to identify a useful inter-organizational relationship mechanism within the intermodal logistics networks, allowing the facilitation of knowledge exchange among the network players. A conceptual framework will be developed for the exploration of the aforementioned relationships between the social network mechanisms, i.e. network density, tie strength, knowledge exchange among network entities, and intermodal logistics network integration. Following the parameters of this framework, the theoretical and practical implications will be discussed.

Competitive Action and Response in Global Marketplace: The Drivers and Consequences

This study aims to develop a competitive dynamics model of container shipping liners,one which examines how inter-firm network embeddedness would affect inter-firm rivalry such as the likelihood of a competitive action of a focal firm and the likelihood of its rivals’ response and how the inter-firm rivalry then has an influence on the market share of the focal firm. Structural and relational network embeddedness between a focal firm and its competitors would be investigated as drivers of the likelihood of the competitive action and response. The theoretical framework on the relationship between network embeddedness, inter-firm rivalry and market share in the liner shipping industry will be developed and relevant propositions are then suggested in relation to the model. This attempt may provide meaningful insights for managers and academic researchers into the key factors which affect the inter-firm rivalry between shipping liners and may also detail the impact of inter-firm rivalry on the focal firm’s market share. This research would therefore contribute to the development of the competitive strategy of container shipping companies so as to help them strategically manage their rivals’ competitive behaviors and maximize their market share.

등대문화유산 실태조사를 통한 보존 및 활용방안에 관한 연구 (부산.제주를 중심으로)

2003년 대한민국 등대 100주년을 기념하여 등대문화유산 관련 조사와 규정이 제정된 이래, 지난 10여 년 동안 다양한 노력을 통하여 많은 유산들이 보존되고 정리되었다. 그 결과 등대 관련 시설들이 전 국민에게 개방되어 새로운 해양문화를 체험할 수 있는 영역으로 자리잡고 있다. 때문에 등대문화유산이 어떻게 보존되고 활용되었으며 관리되고 있는가를 살펴보는 것은 기 지정된 등대문화유산 이외에도 새로운 유물을 발굴하고 보존 및 활용하기 위한 필수적인 작업이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 맥락으로 볼 때, 본 연구는 부산지방해양항만청과 부산지방해양항만청 제주해양관리단 관할에 있는 기 등록된 등대문화유산의 실태조사를 바탕으로 새롭게 등대문화유산으로 지정하여 보존하고 활용할 가치가 있는 건조물을 선정하고, 향후 등대문화유산의 보존 및 활용방안에 관해 필요한 사항을 정리 및 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

석탄화력발전소 호흡성분진 작업환경 평가 전략 사례에 관한 연구

Objectives: Coal-fired power plants feature diverse working conditions, including multi-layered employment structures and irregular work cycles due to outsourcing and non-standardized tasks. The current uniform occupational environment measurement systems have limitations in accurately assessing and evaluating these varied conditions. This study aims to propose alternative measurement and assessment strategies to supplement existing methods. Methods: Major domestic coal-fired power plants were selected as the study targets. To prepare for the study and establish strategies, work processes were identified and existing occupational environment measurement results were compared and analyzed. The study proceeded by employing three strategies: specific exposure groups (SEGs) measurement, continuous monitoring, and supplementary measurements, which were then compared and discussed. Results: Previous exposure index evaluations (5,268 cases) indicated that crystalline silica, a type of respirable particulate matter, had detection limits below the threshold (non-detectable) in 82.6% (4,349 cases) of instances. Exposures below 10% of the exposure limit were observed at a very low concentration of 96.1%. Similar exposure group measurements yielded results where detection limits were below the threshold in 38.2% of cases, and exposures below 10% of the limit were observed in 70.6%. Continuous monitoring indicated detection limits below the threshold in 12.6% of cases, and exposures below 10% of the limit were observed in 75.6%. Instances requiring active workplace management accounted for more than 30% of cases, with SEGs at 11.8% (four cases), showing a higher proportion compared to 3.0% (four cases) in continuous monitoring. For coal dust, exposures below 10% of the limit were highest in legal measurements at 90.2% (113 cases), followed by 74.0% (91 cases) in continuous monitoring, and 47.0% (16 cases) in SEGs. Instances exceeding 30% were most prevalent in SEGs at 14.7% (five cases), followed by legal measurements at 5.0% (eight cases), and continuous monitoring at 2.4% (three cases). When examining exposure levels through arithmetic means, crystalline silica was found to be 104.7% higher in SEGs at 0.0088 mg/m³ compared to 0.0043 mg/m³ in continuous monitoring. Coal dust measurements were highest in SEGs at 0.1247 mg/m³, followed by 0.1224 mg/m³ in legal measurements, and 0.0935 mg/m³ in continuous monitoring. Conclusions: Strategies involving SEGs measurement and continuous monitoring can enhance measurement reliability in environments with irregular work processes and frequent fluctuations in working conditions, as observed in coal-fired power plants. These strategies reduce the likelihood of omitting or underestimating processes and enhance measurement accuracy. In particular, a significant reduction in detection limits below the threshold for crystalline silica was observed. Supplementary measurements can identify worker exposure characteristics, uncover potential risks in blind spots of management, and provide a complementary method for legal measurements.

청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 분노경험 및 분노 표현 간의 관계

이 논문은 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 분노경험 및 분노표현 간의 관계에 대한 연구이다. 총 분석대상은 542명으로 중학생 276명(남학생 117명, 여학생 159명)과 고등학생 266명(남학생 142명, 여학생 124명)이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상태분노에서는 중학교 남학생들, 그리고 고등학교 남학생들의 평균이 높게 나타났으며, 분노표현 양식은 분노조절에서 높은 점수를, 분노경험은 상태분노에서 높은 점수를 보여 주었다. 둘째, 사회지지원 각각의 분노수준과 분노표현 양식은 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었고, 부모의 지지원이 높게 인지되었으며, 아버지보다 어머니의 지지가 높게 지각하였다. 셋째, 사회지지원인 친구지지가 상태분노 및 특성분노에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과 유의한 의미가 있었다. 넷째, 일반적인 특성(학교성적, 가족관계, 스트레스)를 분노경험과 분노표현과의 관계를 조사한 결과 학교성적이 하위권의 학생들이 상태분노가 높았고, 중․상위권인 학생의 상태분노는 낮게 나타났다. 또한 학생들은 공부, 외모, 친구 순으로 스트레스를 많이 받고 있음을 보여 주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 청소년들이 스트레스에 대한 분노를 자신에 맞게 표현하도록 돕기 위해서는, 효과적인 사회적 지지의 완충역할이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. This study investigated how social support which adolescents perceived influences anger experience and anger expression. The population of this investigation is 542 people, which consists of 276 middle school students (male: 117, female: 159) and 266 high school students (male: 142, female: 124). The results of this study are as follows: First, anger was found higher in male than in female of middle school and high school. Anger expression was higher in anger control, and anger experience was higher in anger. Second, It was found that the level of anger and anger expression of social supporters were closely related. The parents' support has good influence on anger and especially, mothers' support has more influence than father's support. Third, it was found that the support of friends has good influence on the control of anger and trait anger. Fourth, investigation into the influence of academic records, relationship between family members and stress to anger experience and anger expression shows that students with low academic records realized more anger while students with middle or high academic records realized less anger. These results show that social support is necessary for adolescents to control their stress and anger. We suggest school afforestation based on holistic education. as anger control program for youth.

홀리스틱 교육과 청소년 수련ㆍ체험활동의 융합 연구

21세기 대안적 패러다임으로 인식되고 있는 홀리스틱 교육은 창의성과 인성을 동시에 기르는 융합교육의 가장 중요한 이론적, 방법론적 교육으로 자리매김 되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 홀리스틱 교육이념인 창의성과 인성에 초점을 맞추어 청소년 수련ㆍ체험활동에 적합한 홀리스틱 교육의 융합 요소를 찾고자 하였다. 또한 삶의 경험을 중요시하는 홀리스틱 교육관에서 개인과 자연과의 연계, 역동적이고 다감각적인 체험을 통해 상호 접촉하는 홀리스틱 패러다임(holistic paradigm)의 변화를 연구하였다. 첫째, 홀리스틱 교육과 청소년 수련⦁체험활동 관련 자료와 문헌을 고찰 하고, 홀리스틱 교육의 본질이념과 융합한 정책적 과제를 모색하는 목적이 있다. 둘째, 홀리스틱 교육 요소를 바탕으로 청소년 수련ㆍ체험활동을 분석하고, 홀리스틱 교육과 융합을 확인하고 구축하였다. 셋째, 홀리스틱 교육의 변화의 필요성과 청소년 수련⦁체험활동 사업 속에서 새로운 홀리스틱 융합교육의 실행방안을 제안하였다. Holistic education, which is now considered as an alternative approach to modernistic education, is emerging as theoretical and methodological education for convergence education. The objective of this study is to find convergence factor of holistic education for youth training experiential activities which is focused on creative humanity. The concrete aims of this study are as follows. First, this study makes clear the concept and goals of holistic education by literature review associated youth training experiential activities. Second, we discussed change of holistic paradigm through mutual contact by connection with natural environment, dynamic and multi-sensuous experience. Third, We analyse youth training experiential activities through holistic education factor and suggest action plan of holistic convergence education in those activities.

자원봉사활동이 청소년의 공감능력에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of voluntary activity, which is a practical method of holistic education, on the ability of adolescents to empathize with others. For this purpose, paired t-test was conducted for 200 junior high school volunteers who volunteered at the volunteer forum in S city. Interpersonal Reactive Indices (IRI) were used as the measurement tools. The results of the pre- post test were found to be very different in most of the factors. As a result, after the volunteer activities, the ability of the adolescents to empathize with others was promoted and the effectiveness of the volunteer activities proved to be effective. However, emotional dimension pre-post test verification of personal painful factors was not statistically significant for most items except for some items. Future volunteer activity education programs should include whole-person education, life education, and global civic education. In addition, volunteer activities should be conducted on an extension of the lesson as an holistic service learning approach.
