경영자의 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십과 조직유효성 관계에 대한 조직문화의 조절효과에 관한 연구

The modern business environment has rapidly changing with uncertainty. In this environment change, Organizational culture has a great impact on the competitiveness and business performance of companies. The organizational culture that affect organizational effectiveness can be influenced by the CEO. The leadership of CEO’s is emphasized in forming such an organizational culture. The purpose of this study is how the transformational and transactional leaderships affect the organizational effectiveness relationship and how the organizational culture regulates their relationships. To accomplish the purpose of this study, I have collected materials through a survey conducted to 489 employees working in various small and medium sized enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, the results of analyzing the effect of CEO’s transformational and transactional leadership on organizational effectiveness, transformational and transactional leaderships have a statistically significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, After analyzing the organization culture's regulation effect in relationships between CEO's transformational and transactional leaderships and organization effectiveness, the results appear that the rational culture controls relations between transformational and transactional leaderships and organizational commitment, the development culture controls relations between transactional leadership and organizational commitment and the hierarchical culture controls relations between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Also, the effect of transformational and transactional leaderships on the organizational effectiveness has a difference depending on organizational culture. It means that CEO‘s can improve organizational effectiveness by working with a variety of organizational cultures in demonstrating transformational and transactional leadership.

枸杞子의 總아미노산組成 및 遊離당을 각각 amino acid autoanalyzer, HPLC로 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다.<br/> 1. 17種의 總아미노산이 檢出되었다. 즉 asparatic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, proline, glycine, alanine, cystine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, hisidtine, lysine, arginine인데 이중 threonine을 가장 많이 함유하였으며 aspartic acid는 가장 적었다.<br/> 2. 總 essential amino acid량은 總아미노산량의 53.93%로 良質의 아미노산을 함유하였다.<br/> 3. Glucose, fructose, saccharose 등 3種의 遊離당이 檢出되었는데 이중 fructose를 가장 많이 함유하였다. This quantitative analysis was carried out in order to investigate the isolation and identification of total amino acids and free sugars in Lycii fructus by using amino acid autoanalyzer and HPLC.<br/> 17 kinds of amino acids were analyzed by amino acid autoanalyzer, that is, aspartic acid, proline, glycine, analine, cystine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine, arginine, threonine, serine and glutamic acid.<br/> Threonine (3,745㎎/100g) was the richest among them and total amounts of the essential amino acid, which was 53.93% of total amino acids, was 10,773㎎/100g.<br/> Free sugars isolated by HPLC were glucose, fructose and saccharose.

Diagnostic tool for the study of patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding is not confirmed. Recently, capsule endoscopy was used to the effective diagnostic tool for patients with obscure gastrointestinaI bleeding, and was well tolerated and better accepted by patient. But the diagnostic result of this technique has not been adequately studied. We reported a case of finding small bowel beeding due to intraoperative endoscopy with negative capsule endoscopic result.

These systematic analyses were carried out in order to investigate approximate compositions, and the isolation and identification of fatty acid in Lycii fructus (L.F.) by thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography. 1. L.F. contained 22.00% crude proteins, 12.19% crude lipids and had 134 iodine value. 2. L.F. contained 12.19% total lipids, of which free and bound forms were 11.40% and 0.79% respectively. Free forms were mosty consisted of neutral lipids (97.80%), and in bound forms 58.20% neutral lipids, 15.50% glycolipids and 26.30% phospholipids. 3. Triglyceride was the most abundant component, and ES, FFA, FS, DG and MG were fractionated and identified in neutral lipids of the free form, and ES, TG, FFA, FS and DG in the bound form. 4. MGDG was contained more than 5 times in glycolipids of bound form and no difference were observed between both forms in phospholipids. 5. The highest content of fatty acids was linoleic acid (C_18=2) In free and bound forms, and oleic acid (C_18=1), palmitic acid (C_16=0) and linolenic acid (C_18=3) were found in abundance.
TP304계 고질소 스테인레스강의 단조특성과 냉간압연 모사

오스테나이트계 고질소 스테인레스간 4가지 후보강종인 HNS C1, C2, C3, C4에 대해 질소함량, 가압조건 따른 단조재와 온도 및 동일한 가압조건에서 Ni 합금원소 첨가유무에 따른 용체화 처리재(HNS C1, C3)의 물성평가와 실제 냉연 공정의 pass schedule 검증을 위한 모사실험을 통해 다음과 같이 요약 하였다. 1) 가압증가에 따른 질소함량의 증가로 강도 및 경도가 동시 상승하며, 결정립의 미세화 및 기계적 쌍정 발생이 많았다. 동일한 가압조건에서 Ni 첨가된 HNS C3가 Ni 미첨가한 HNS C1보다 강도-연성 조합평가에서 열/냉간 가공성 등의 특성이 우수하였다. 2)고칠소강 스테인레스강의 적정한 용체와 처리온도 범위는 상요화된 AISI304와 유사한 1050~1100℃이며, 용체화처리 후 냉각방법의 변경(수냉과 공냉)에 따른 경도의 편차는 없었다. 3)냉연 pass schedule 검증을 위한 모사실험에서 초기 압연의 최적조건은 roll속도 5mpm, pass당 압연율 15~17%였다. Several high nitrogen stainless steel ingots(100kg) were fabricated with changing Ni and [N]₂ contents by Pressurized Vacuum Induction Melting(P_VIM). After free forging process, chemical compositions, microstructure and mechanical properties were estimate. Hardness was increased with the increase of [N]₂ content. Furthermore, microstructure including a lot of tempering twins was observed with optical microscope. Mechanical properties were estimates as function of solution treatment temperature and cooling method(air/water) under duration time of lhr on sample that were fabricated with Ni content under the atmospheric [N]₂ pressure. At solution treatment range of 1050~1100℃, hardness was decreased with the increase of solution temperature and there were little discrepancy of microstructure and hardness with cooling method. Computer simulation was carried out in order to inspect pass schedule in cold rolling process. When the condition of simulation was roll speed of 2.5mpm, rolling rate 15~17% per pass, it was ascertained that the formation such as deformation by sticking and lamellar sliver etc. was restricted from a simulation.

The influence of extracts and crude saponin of Rosae rugosae Radix on experimentally induced hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in rabbits, acute toxicity using mice, saponin certification were investigated. Rosae Rugosae radix showed significant hypoglycemic effect and decreased the peak glucose level and shortened the recovery time. And it reduced high concentrations of total serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels significantly. It was considered that Rosae rugosae Radix can be administered as an effective hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic agent.
