        지식경영시스템 특성, 서비스 특성, 조직환경 특성이 지식경영시스템 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        식경영(Knowledge Management)이라는 경영의 새로운 패러다임(paradigm)이 나타났으며 많은 기업들이 지식경영을 도입하여 기업경영에 활용하고 있다. 그리고 대부분 기업들의 지식경영은 지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System) 활용 측면에 머물러있다. 이에 본 연구는 지식경영시스템 성과, 다시 말해 지식경영시스템 만족도, 지식경영시스템 사용도 변수와 지식경영시스템 특성, 서비스 특성, 조직환경 특성 변수 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 기업이 지식경영시스템을 활용하여 지식경영을 수행하는데 있어 도움을 주고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 지식경영, 지식경영시스템 및 정보시스템(Information System) 성공 등의 관련 기존 연구를 토대로 변수를 도출하였다. 개념적 연구모형은 DeLone & MeLean의 Updated D&M IS(Information System) Success Model(2003)을 기본으로 하며, 지식경영 선행연구를 통하여 조직환경 특성을 추가하였다. 또한 구조방정식의 통계적 방법을 통하여 연구 가설검정을 실시하였으며, 결과적으로 지식경영시스템 특성의 시스템 지원성, 지식 적합성, 서비스 특성의 서비스 상호작용, 지식경영 특성의 리더십, 조직문화는 지식경영시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식경영시스템의 지식 현재성은 지식경영시스템 사용도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        항공 산업의 지식경영 분석- 한국항공우주산업(주) 사례를 중심으로 -

        본 연구에서는 한국항공우주산업(KAI)의 지식경영 체계를 분석하여 항공 산업분야의 지식경영 성공요소를 도출하였다. 최첨단 기술지식이 집적된 항공기 개발 산업은 여타의 산업분야보다 지식경영의 중요도가 높다. KAI는 항공기 개발을 위한 기술 및 지식기반이 미흡한 상황에서 짧은 기간 안에 T-50 개발을 성공하였다. 본 연구의 목표는 이러한 성과를 일구어 낸 KAI의 지식경영의 주요 성공요소를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 지식경영의 조직 생태계와 정보기술 활용의 두가지 관점을 바탕으로 기존문헌 연구를 통해 분석된 지식경영전략과 성공요소 및 항공 산업의 특성을 종합하여 항공 산업의 지식경영평가도구를 개발하였다. 이를 적용하여 KAI의 경영층 및 실무자 인터뷰를 통해 KAI의 지식경영을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 KAI의 지식경영은 공통적인 성공요소인 전략, 지식경영시스템, 문화 및 사람, 프로세스 부분에서 높은 평가를 받았으며, 항공 산업의 특성과 관련된 시스템 연계, 보안유지, 안전관리 측면에서는 다소 낮게 평가되었다. 이러한 항공 산업 지식경영의 취약점을 보완하기 위한 제언을 기술하였다.

        e-커머스의 차별화마케팅 전략이 소비자만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

        This research analyzed how the differentiated marketing strategies of e-commerce including price matching, regular delivery and rocket delivery can influence customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. First, through literature review, the research hypotheses were set concerning e-commerce's differentiated marketing strategies, this research conducted factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result, the established 7 hypotheses were all verified. To be specific, matching price positively affected customer satisfaction and repurchase intention as it provides customers with economic benefits and confidence in lower price. Regular delivery also had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by reducing shopping effort as well as economic benefits which can boost repeat purchases. Rocket delivery positively influenced customer satisfaction and repurchase intention as well, through fast delivery and holiday shipping. Lastly, customer satisfaction by the differentiated marketing strategies positively influenced repurchase intention. This research confirmed that e-commerce’s differentiated marketing had a positive impact on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, with regards to the recent 3 years management performance of COUPANG who has adopted the differentiated marketing strategies, whereas sales has increased, operating profit has decreased. This demonstrates that excessive investment and low-cost strategies, followed when differentiated marketing strategies are implemented can have a negative effect on management. Thus, further research will be needed to analyze this point in the future.

        중소벤처기업의 조직문화특성이 조직유효성을 매개로 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational culture characteristics, organizational effectiveness, and management performance in a rapidly changing business environment with trade disputes and the 4th industrial revolution. Methods The study was conducted in the form of a questionnaire and was based on data collected by 445 workers of Korean SMEs. Results The results of this study show that the cohesiveness and rationality of organizational culture characteristics have a positive effect on organizational effectiveness, and that stability and development have a positive effect on management performance. Conclusion In addition, it was found that organizational effectiveness had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance of management performance, and that organizational effectiveness played a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture characteristics and management performance.

        자동차 조립공정에서 RFID를 이용한 효율적 MES 인터페이스모형에 관한 연구

        This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point Of Production) Terminal through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system in Automative Engine Assembly Line. The proposed model shows that the new method by RFID can more efficiently perform to receive work order informations and transmit work performances, compared with the current approach by proximity sensor. As a result of the certain test among the MES server, RFID system, PLC(Programmable Logic controller) and POP terminal, it is noted in case of the automatic control by RFID that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per truck for carrying by the current method was 10 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 1 minutes. (b) While the error rate by the current method was 10 %, the error rate by the new method was 1%.

        This study proposes a new approach on how to analyze business trends from business model patents. From IPC:G06Q(Business Model) patents in mobile industry, we analyzed abstract data using Association-Rule Text Mining and Co-Occurrence Matrix analysis. Those two techniques were complementary to each other, and we could find out the trends of mobile industry. We also suggest CASA plot, which is a great method to illustrate the service trends. It includes the informations of keyword-importance, frequency and centrality. Using CASA plot, we could have a single view of the understanding movement in mobile industry by year.

        자동차 경적음색의 이미지분석

        This study investigated to identify elements into emotional responses which subjects feel to various apartment motor horn colors. Among 30 adjectives which a researcher selected from dictionary and experts, fourteen adjectives were selected from evaluations for appropriateness(how well each adjective pairs is each other). Based upon the similarity scores of the selected adjectives, three statistical analysis(Factor analysis, Cluster analysis and Dual Scaling Method) were conducted to extract internal dimensions within them. From those analyses, two dimensions or clusters werw identified. The first dimension was labeled as 'active' including adjectives of lively, warm, urban, sporty, young and deep. The second dimension was labeled as 'high-grade' in which adjectives of clear, high-grade, manly, good and casual were included. From the results, a valid scale was developed to subjectively evaluate various apartment motor horn colors. In fact, the results suggested that there might be a linear relationship between those two dimensions.

        분위수회귀분석을 이용한 한국영화의 흥행결정요인 분석

        This study investigates the relationship between the box-office performance (sales and period of run) and the movie attributes (director, actor/actress, vertical integration, pre-booking, rating score, and volume) for the Korean movies using a quantile regression. The quantile regression is essential for explaining the relationship between the set of predictor variables and the specific quantiles of the response variable in the movie industry, because of the tremendous heterogeneity between movies. The analysis results show that actor/actress and vertical integration have a positive effect on the sales and length of run. For good selling movies, the dependence on influential sub-actors turns out to be trivial. For short running movies, the impact of star actors and actresses is minor. As the sales revenue of movies increases with a long run, the importance of vertical integration becomes smaller, compared to low selling movies. The volume of rating participation is a significant factor for high selling movies, whereas the average score of online rating is significant for short running movies.

        비즈니스 트리즈가 직무 만족 및 성과에 미치는 영향과 그릿의 조절효과에 관한 연구

        Purpose This is to verify the theoretical value of Business TRIZ and to present a methodology to business managers for job satisfaction and performance improvement of organizational members. Methods Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, and Moderating Effect Analysis were performed on the survey results of KEPCO employees. Results 6 hypotheses were adopted out of a total of 22 hypotheses including sub-hypothesis. Conclusion First, Business TRIZ was found to have a positive effects on job satisfaction and performance improvement. Second, it was found that the effects of Business TRIZ on job satisfaction and performance were not related to Grit, the personal psychological characteristic of organizational members. This shows that the use of Business TRIZ can contribute to job satisfaction and improvement of individual and organizational performance regardless of the individual characteristics of organizational members.

        대학취업지원프로그램의 만족도 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the students’ perception of satisfaction for the employment assistance program in the university and their needs for job-searching activity through a satisfaction survey in 2019. For the analysis, 1343 questionnaires were collected through on-line while the Korean Social Science Data Center(KSDC) DB and SPSS 20 were used for the statistical analysis. The direction of the study is to analyze satisfaction of job-training program and job-searching activity based on grades and majors, and to analyze the correlations of each question to make various interpretations and suggestions. The results of this study can be used as a basic data for planning and improving the employment assistance program in the future based on students needs.
