        방광 감압 후 폐쇄 후 이뇨로 오인된 중추성 요붕증

        Post-obstructive diuresis after treatment for neurogenic bladder-induced obstructive kidney disease is a common symptom. As polyuria may develop in many other conditions as well, the present case is about a patient with a chief complaint of polyuria accompanied by nocturia, that was initially diagnosed as hydronephrosis due to the presence of neurogenic bladder and bladder dysfunction. The result of the water deprivation test, which was conducted for persistent diluted polyuria, yielded a final diagnosis of central diabetes insipidus, notwithstanding the strong impression of post-obstructive diuresis initially made because of a sudden increase in urine output after an indwelling catheter was inserted for bladder decompression. In post-obstructive diuresis, polyuria actually does compensate for disturbed homeostasis through water and electrolyte diuresis and it does not require specific management. However, in central diabetes insipidus, which resembles manifestations of dilute polyuria, the urine and plasma osmolarity need to be under the strict control of anti-diuretic hormone. In the case of persistent dilute polyuria occurring after obstructive uropathy, underlying diseases such as diabetes insipidus should be taken into consideration.       • A Caching Mechanism for Remote Queries in Distributed Directory Systems

        본 논문에서는 분산 디렉토리 시스템에서 질의 처리 속도를 향상시키기 위하여 원격지의 객체에 대한 질의와 결과를 요청지의 캐시에 저장하는 캐싱 메카니즘을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 분산 디렉토리 시스템에 저장되는 캐시 정보를 응용 데이터 정보, 시스템 데이터 정보로 분류하고, 분류된 캐시 정보를 기반으로 캐시 시스템 구조를 설계하였다. 둘째, 각각의 캐시에 대한 거리 정보와 접근 회수를 가중치로 부여한 최소-TTL 대체 기법을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 제안된 캐시 기법과 타 기법(LRU, LFU 대체 기법)에 대하여 성능 평가를 수행하여 제안된 기법이 LRU 기법 보다 25%의 성능향상을 보였으며, LFU 기법보다는 30%의 성능향상 결과를 보였다. In this paper, for improving the speed of query processing on distributed directory system, we proposed a caching mechanism which is store the queries and their on the remote site objects in the cache of local site. For this, first, cached information which is stored in distributed directory systems is classified as application data and system data. And cache system architecture is designed according to classified information. Second least-TTL replacement mechanism which uses the weighted value of geographical information and access frequency for replacements are developed for each cache. Finally, performance evaluations are performed by comparing the proposed caching mechanism and other mechanisms (LRU, LFU replacement). Our least-TTL mechanism shows a performance improvement of 25% over the LRU and that of 30% over LFU.

      • TUP 중간언어를 위한 반복적인 자료흐름 분석기 구현에 관한 연구

        In this study, we designs and implements the iterative data flow analyzer. that operates TUP intermediate programming language. Which produces some informations those are used a number of applications including code optimizations and parallelizations. instruction schedulings. testings, debuggings, certifications. Also we surveys many problems about data flow analysis and applies iterative techniques to solve the problems. Therefore the structure and concept of developed analyzer are very clear and easy. The analyzer computes some static informations about each variable including live range. loop depth. number of def/use, and needness of load/store at entry or exit of basic blocks, etc. The informations are used many optimization phase. especially, register allocation phase, common subexpression elimination phase and loop optimazation. We implements the data flow analyzer as two modules. live range analysis module and variable analysis module. The live range analysis module finds use/def point of each variable to generate live range. And variable analysis module computes loop depth. number of use/def. needness of load/store about each variable. Therefore the optimizating comiler using above informations can translate source program to more improved code. so execution times of improved code are saved than unimproved code. But complie times are increased because the compiler calls the data flow module and optimization module. Unfortunately. we skip the aliasing analyzer which is very important to data flow analysis because that analysis the aliasing relation between variables. And the results can change the many computed information. So, in recent, we are developing the alias processes. And we wish to expand the analyzer which operates on programs with many files. Besides we want to introduce incremental techniques and apply the techniques to the analyzer.

        다단계 재고관리시스템에 관한 연구 : 수산물가공업의 재고관리를 중심으로 Especially with the Inventory Management of Fisheries Processing Industries

        The objective of this study is to develop an inventory model for the inventory management of a stocking point which sells processed fisheries products. The study, first of all, sets up fisheries processing companies, food companies, apparel companies, pharmaceutical companies and electronic and electrical companies as a population. Then, a comparative study is empirically applied to obtain the inventory characteristics of final products by industry through a survey of a sample selected by a random sampling procedure. The major inventory characteristics of processed fisheries products obtained from the above analysis can be summarized as follows : 1) The major demand characteristics of processed fisheries products is to have wide seasonal fluctuations because the supply of raw materials (i.e., fisheries products) heavily depends on the productive capacity of nature. 2) It has found that fisheries processing companies are the worst in inventory management among the various industries selected in the sample. However, the self-rating of inventory management system by inventory managers of companies shows that the fisheries processing companies are relatively higher than the other companies. 3) The portion of inventory holding cost out of inventory relevant cost is very high for processed fisheries products compared with final products of the other industries. 4) Processed fisheries products are distributed to final consumers through roughly two distribution echelons and take a parallel type inventory system for their distribution structure. In order to develop an inventory model which reflects the inventory characteristics of processed fisheries products mentioned in the above, an inventory model with partial backorders is developed under the situation of stochastic lead time under the consideration of the inventory characteristics of processed fisheries products and then an iterative solution method is provided for the model. Then this study analyzes sensitivity for the standard deviation of lead time in the model by numerical examples.

      • 분산 디렉토리 데이터베이스 시스템에서의 메타 데이터 캐싱 기법

        In this paper, a cache mechanism is proposed to improve the speed of query processing in distributed director database systems. To decrease search time of requested objects and query processing time. query requests and results about objects in a remote site are stored in the cache of a local site. Cache system architecture is designed according to the classified information. Cache schema are designed for each cache information. Operational algorithms are developed for meta data cache which has meta data tree. This tree improves the speed of query processing by reducing the scope of search space. Finally, performance evaluation is performed by comparing the proposed cache mechanism with X500.
