        띠형 섬유보강재가 적용된 블록식 보강토옹벽의 안정성 평가

        본 연구에서는 현장시험 및 계측결과를 바탕으로 인발저항을 향상시킬 수 있는 띠형 섬유보강재가 적용된 블록식 보강토옹벽의 안정성 및 거동특성을 평가하였다. 연구대상 현장에 적용된 전면벽체는 경관연출이 가능하며, 보강재는 수동저항부에 의한 인발저항 향상 효과를 고려할 수 있다. 현장시험은 토압, 전면벽체의 수평변위 및 보강재 인장변형률에 대한 계측을 수행하였다. 현장시험 결과, 전면벽체에 작용하는 토압은 적용된 보강재의 토압분산 효과에 기인하여 이론토압에 비하여 낮은 토압이 발생하였으며, 전면벽체의 수평변위는 경험적 변위기준을 만족하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 띠형 섬유보강재의 인장변형률은 보강토옹벽의 안정성에 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 적용된 수동저항부를 고려한 띠형 섬유보강재는 블록식 보강토옹벽의 적용에 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 이를 적용한 블록식 보강토옹벽은 구조적으로 안정성을 유지하기 때문에, 공용이 가능한 것으로 평가되었다. This paper describes the stability evaluation of reinforced earth wall using geosynthetic strip based on field test. The wall facing, which is applied in field, is able to present excellent scenery, and the reinforcement has improvement effect of pullout resistance based on rounded band anchor. The measurement is conducted according to construction elapsed time of structure for earth pressure, horizontal displacement of wall facing and reinforcement strain in field test. The evaluation results show that the measured earth pressure is less than theoretical earth pressure due to dispersion effect of earth pressure by geosynthetic strip. The horizontal displacement of wall facing is also satisfied a empirical criteria. The measured strain of reinforcement had nearly no effect on stability of the reinforced earth wall. Therefore, the geosynthetic strip with rounded band anchor can be applied in the reinforced earth wall, and the reinforced earth wall with geosynthetic strip can be commonly used in field because it has a structural stability.

        하계 진동만의 해양화학지수의 분포

        진동만 해역에서 1982년 7월과 9월, 1983년 7월에 해양화학지수의 분포를 조사하였다. 1982년 7월에는 고염분의 표층수에서 낮은 영양염 농도가 측정 되었다. 1982년 9월에는 염분의 감소와 함께 영양염 농도가 다소 높아졌으나 적조 발생에 이르기에는 낮은 농도였다. 1983년 7월에는 장마직후에 조사를 실시하였으나 표층수의 용존성 무기질소의 농도는 대규모 적조발생을 위한 최소농도 보다 훨씬 낮았다. 용존성 인은 표층수에서 20㎍ P/ℓ 이상이므로 제한인자가 아닌것으로 보여진다. Distributions of chemical oceanographic parameters were measured in Jindong Bay in July and September, 1982 and in July, 1983. In July, 1982, low concentrations of nutrients were observed in the surface waters of high salinity. In September, 1982, lowering of surface salinity accompanied an increase in nutrient concentrations which were too low for red-tide bloom. In July, 1983, although the sampling was done just after heavy rainfall, concentrations of dissolved inorganic nitrogen in the surface waters seemed to be not sufficient for red-tides to occur. And dissolved phosphate contents were over 20 ㎍p/ℓ in the surface waters, suggesting that phytoplankton growth was not limited by phosphates.

        The infradiaphragmatic type of Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return(TAPVR) is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly which usually results in death during the period of early infancy. A two month-old baby boy with cyanosis and respiratory distress was suspected of having a TAPVR clinically and two-dimensional echocardiographic findings were compatible with the infradiaphragmatic type of TAPVR. The subsequent cardian catheterization and dineangiogram revealed the common pulmonary vein conected with portal vein and inferior vena cava in the infradiaphragmatic area with obvious obstruction. The surgery and the autopsy confirmed the preoperative diagnosis. Among infants presenting pulmonary venous congestion in the newborn period, TAPVR below the iaphragm should be one of the important diagnostic considerations.

        Granulomatous inflammation of the stomach similar to gastric neoplasm may occur in disseminated sarcoidosis, allergic granulomatosis, Crohn's, a variety of infectious diseases, as a reaction to foreign material, and in the absence of ay of the above as isolated granulomatous gastritis. In the foreign body inducd granulomatous inflammation of the stomach, beryllium, kaolin, talcum. suture material and cfood can be causative materials. It is the intent of thiscase report to add to the list of more commonly occurring ntramural gastric masses, the remote possibility of a foreign body granuloma. So radiologist should be aware of this entity and include it in their differential diagnosis of intramural gastric masses.

        치약내 항세균제의 효과 평가를 위한 미생물학적 모델

        A number of antiplaque agents have been available in dentifrices to decrease the bacterial number of dental plaque. S. mutans and L. casei were most closely associated with caries in humans. We have previously studied the in vitro mono-cultured microbial model. This study was performed to advance this model to the di-cultured microbial model into be suitable for testing the effect of dentifrices containing antiplaque agents, and to evaluate the efficacy of the di-cultured microbial model. S. mutans and L. casei were cultured in tryptic soy broth medium for 14 hours at 37˚C, 5% CO₂. These bacteria were at the exponential phase for 12 hours. After culturing for 12 hours, the density was 7.57Log_(10)CFU/㎖ for S. mutans, 7.51Log_(10)CFU/㎖ for L. casei, and the optical density at 540 nm was 0.359, 0.258, respectively. These bacteria were cultured in TS-MRS broth medium with 5% sucrose according to the mixed ratio of 1:1, 1:1/100, and 1/100:1 for each bacterium. The growth of S. mutans and L. casei was not disturbed each other in the mixed culture, being the same growth rate as mono-cultures. Therefore, we selected the same density of bacteria in the mixed culture. Incipient caries lesion was created by the solution containing 0.1M lactic acid, 0.2% carbopol, and 50% saturated HAP for 44 hours at 37˚C. Specimen was selected in the range of 25VHN - 45VHN. Salivary pellicle was formed by immerging in human whole saliva for 24 hours. Plaque was formed on the enamel surface by the mixed culture in TS-MRS with 5% sucrose for 3 days, This medium contained the salivary salt or not, and the interval of medium change was 8 hours or 12 hours. Specimen hardness did not significantly changed and the density of bacteria adhered to enamel surface was 6.30±0.19Log_(10)CFU/㎟for S. mutans, 5.04±0.55 Log_(10)CFU/㎟for L. casei when medium with the salivary salt was changed at 8 hours interval for 3 days. Salivary pellicle was formed on the enamel specimens at the above condition. Treatment regimens were a placebo, 1,100ppm F NaF/silica dentifrice, and 1,100ppm F NaF/silica plus 0.3% triclosan dentifrice. Artificial saliva contained gastric mucin(0.22%), NaCl(0.038%), CaCl₂·2H₂O(0.0213%), KH₂PO₄(0.0738%), and KCl(0.1114%). The specimens were treated with the artificial saliva, mixed whole saliva and dentifrice, and TS-MRS broth with 5% sucrose sequentially according to the microbial cyclic sequence for 15 days. The delta VHNs of specimens treated with 1,100ppm F NaF/silica dentifrice plus 0.3% triclosan were statistically higher than those treated with 1,100ppm F NaF/silica dentifrice or placebo dentifrice. And S. mutans was fewer adhered to those treated with 1,100ppm F NaF/silica dentifrice plus 0.3% triclosan than those treated with placebo dentifrice. L. casei was fewer adhered to those treated with 1,100ppm F NaF/silica dentifrice plus 0.3% triclosan than those treated with 1,100ppm F NaF/silica dentifrice or placebo dentifrice. In conclusion, it is suggested that the in vitro di-cultured microbial pH cycling model used in this study may be suitable for testing the effect of the dentifrices containing antiplaque agents.

        Relationship between Emotional Exhaustion and Turnover Intention for Seasonal Hotel Employees: Focused on the Deluxe Hotels in Busan Area

        Using Two-Factor theory, the study was aimed (1) to examine the impact of emotional exhaustion on job satisfaction, job dissatisfaction, and intention to leave across seasonal employees within the hospitality industry; and (2) to identify the impact of job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction on intention to leave. 361 surveys were collected from 5 hotels in Busan, Korea. After screening procedure, 356 surveys were utilized. The results showed that the less satisfied and the more dissatisfied employees would have a higher chance to leave the job. Comparing both path coefficients, employees’ job dissatisfaction (dissatisfier) had a greater impact than their job satisfaction (satisfier) on their intention to leave.
