      • 正常胃體部粘膜 특히 胃底腺 上皮의 細胞分裂에 關한 硏究

        In order to the clarify the many disputed problems concerning the renewal of 'the surface, foveolar and glandular epithelium of gastric mucosa, the mitotic and amitotic division of epithelial cells were observed in the stomachs of man, monkey, rabbit and mouse histologically. The results obtained from five cases are summarized as follows: 1. No cell division of any kind was observed in the surface epithelial cells of the gastric mucosa. 2. Mitoses were found only at the base of foveolae and the neck of the glands, composed of mucoid and undifferentiated cells known as the mother cell of the dividing cells, 3. Mitoses were found in the mouse stomach most frequently and in diminished number in the rabbit, monkey and man in that order. So the number of the mitotic cells in the vertical sections of 10mm mucosa averaged 81, 38, 27 and 11 respectively. 4. Multinuclear cells containing two to five or more nuclei of the same size, form and structure, as a result of amitosis, were found, in contrast to mitotic cells, commonly in the body or base of the gastric glands. 5. In the parietal cells, no mitotic figures were observed in any of the studies cases; the multinuclear varieties were found very often in human stomach, less frequently in monkey and rabbit, and scarcely in mouse stomach. Their number in 10mm vertical sections averaged 37, 27, 25 and 7, respectively. 6. In the chief cells, no mitoses occurred in any of the studied cases also, the multinuclear forms, which were probably overlooked by many investigators, could be found in all the cases in varying numbers, i.e, in the human gastric rmuucosa 6, in monkey 9, in rabbit 3 and in mouse 3 in 10mm vertical sections.

        예인수조 시험 및 VPP 계산에 의한 세일링 요트의 성능 추정

        A model test was carried out, in order to verify the hydrodynamic performances of public 30 feet class sailing yacht. In the initial design stage, the performances and the running attitude of sail yacht including the hull form and sail plan, appendages were estimated by VPP, from which made the representative test conditions. A new experiment system such as captive model device was composed because the running attitude could be changed by wind conditions. The test results show that the minimum resistance is generated in the heeling 20 degree. which was expected in the initial design stage. It is thought to be the useful informations that the keel has an effects on hydrodynamic forces and resistance differences between the upwind and the downwind condition. Also this paper is associated with the state-of-the-art of calculating sailing yacht performance as this is performed in velocity Prediction program (VPP) The VPP results shows a typical shape of a sailing yacht and the designed yacht has the best performance at 120 degree angle of true wind with 20 knots.

        요트 세일의 성능에 관한 수치해석 및 실험

        It is important to understand flow characteristics and performances of sails for both sailors and designers who want to have efficient thrust of yacht In this Paper the viscous flows around sail-like rigid wings, which are similar to main and jib sails of a 30 feet sloop, are calculated using a CFD tool. Lift, drag and thrust forces are estimated for various conditions of gap distance between the two sails and the center of effort of the sail system is obtained. Wind tunnel experiments are also carried out to measure aerodynamic forces acting on the sails system and to validate the computation. It is found that the combination of two sails produces the lift force larger than the sum of that produced separately by each sail and the gap distance between the two sails is an important factor to determine total lift and thrust.

      • 히스토아크릴을 이용한 십이지장 궤양 출혈의 지혈 후 발생한 급성췌장염

        Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is common and potentially life threatening medical emergency. Emergency endoscopy is the first choice of diagnostic and treatment measure for patients with active upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Histoacryl should be considered a second-line treatment modality when conventional treatments were failed. However, it might cause several complications. Herein, we report a case of acute pancreatitis developed after histoacryl injection therapy for active duodenal ulcer bleeding. A 71-year-old man was admitted with melena and hematemesis. On emergency endoscopy, a 2 cm sized active ulcer with bleeding from an exposedvessel was seen at the duodenal bulb. Attempts to arrest the bleeding with hemoclipping and submucosal epinephrine injection were tried, but failed. We changed the method to endoscopic histoacryl injection, and obtained hemostasis immediately. A few hourslater, after successful hemostasis, patient complained diffuse abdominal pain. Ultrasonography revealed hyperechoic heterogenous diffuse pancreatic enlargement and right pararenal space fluid collection, this ultrasonographic findings and elevated serum pancreatic enzymes are compatible with acute pancreatitis.

        호텔 주방설비계획에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to make minimum cost of kitchen through the effective kitchen facilities planning and layout of hotels, and equipment to provide the highest quality of food and Beverage Service. In order to carry out the task, this study are as follows: First, kitchen outline. Second, describes the theoritical of kitchen facilities planning. Third, take a look at kitchen design and equipment layout. Fourth, considered of kitchen sanitation and safety. Consequently, through the improvement of work Productivity and the save of costs, effective kitchen facilities planning should results in the promotion of profits in the hotel Food and Beverage department. Finally, I hope that this study may give on little help to the persons concernned of hotel kitchen.

        유비쿼터스 환경에 기반한 U-City의 법적, 제도적 활용 방법에 대한 연구

        The beginning of the city was formed by the beginning of the agrarian society and it has developed into a modern city with the development of industrial revolution and traffic information and communication. The problems and limitations of the existing urban planning are summarized as high-level repetition and standardization that can be commonly found in modern cities, segregation of usage based on functionalism and securing space for potential demand such as separation of power supply and power source orientation. However, with the development of the national economy and the improvement of the income level, the interest and societal demand for urban environment and ecology, which is the living environment of urban residents, have steadily increased. The need for physical city space and living environment that can harmonize with human beings has explosively increased. As a result, we have discussed the necessity of establishing new u-public services at various levels related to national administrative informatization policy. However, such discussions are merely assertions about necessity and direction. Therefore, in order for U-public administration service strategy to be used as a real national informatization strategy, discussions on more concrete service implementation plan are needed under the vision of u-Korea. In this study, we propose the ways to operate U-City in a self-sufficient and virtuous cycle in the process of U-City operation in the future, in terms of the behavioral and institutional aspects as well as the R & D and U- U-City projects, which are urgently and indiscriminately promoted and will be discussed in a more long-term perspective. 도시의 시작은 최초에 농경사회의 시작으로 인해 형성되었으며, 산업혁명과 교통 정보통신의 발달로인해 근대도시,현대도시로 발전해 왔다. 기존의 도시계획의 문제점 및 한계로 근대 도시에서 공통적으로 확인할 수 있는 고층화와 표준화의 반복, 기능주의에 근거한 용도분리, 보차분리와 전원지향이라는 잠재적인 수요에 대비한 공간의 확보 등으로 정리하고 있다. 그러나 국가경제의 발전과 함께 소득 수준이 향상되면서 도시민의 생활터전인 도시환경 및 생태에 대한 관심과 사회적 요구가 꾸준히 증가하였으며,인간과 조화를 이루며 상생해 나갈 수 있는 물리적 도시공간과 생활환경의 필요성이 폭발적으로 증가하였다. 그에 따라 그동안 국가행정정보화정책에 관련하는 각계각층에서 새로운 u-공공 서비스 구축의 필요성을 논의하여 왔다. 그러나 그러한 논의 들은 필요성이나 방향성에 관한 당위적인 주장으로만 그칠 뿐이어서 향후 u-공공행정 서비스 전략이 실제 국가정보화전략으로 활용되기 위해서는 u-Korea의 비전하에 보다 구체화된 서비스 실행계획에 관한 논의들이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 U- City 구축 후 운영과정에서 U-City가 자족적이고 선순환적으로 운영될 수 있는 방안들을 행태적·제도적 측면과 아울러 연구 개발 및 U-City 인프라구성 등의 측면에서 제시함으로써 현재 우리나라에서 조급하고 무분별하게 추진 중인 U-City 사업들을 보다 장기적 시각에서 견고하고 치밀한 계획 하에 추진되고 발전될 수 있는 방안을 고찰하고자 한다.
