In order to the clarify the many disputed problems concerning the renewal of 'the surface, foveolar and glandular epithelium of gastric mucosa, the mitotic and amitotic division of epithelial cells were observed in the stomachs of man, monkey, rabbit and mouse histologically. The results obtained from five cases are summarized as follows: 1. No cell division of any kind was observed in the surface epithelial cells of the gastric mucosa. 2. Mitoses were found only at the base of foveolae and the neck of the glands, composed of mucoid and undifferentiated cells known as the mother cell of the dividing cells, 3. Mitoses were found in the mouse stomach most frequently and in diminished number in the rabbit, monkey and man in that order. So the number of the mitotic cells in the vertical sections of 10mm mucosa averaged 81, 38, 27 and 11 respectively. 4. Multinuclear cells containing two to five or more nuclei of the same size, form and structure, as a result of amitosis, were found, in contrast to mitotic cells, commonly in the body or base of the gastric glands. 5. In the parietal cells, no mitotic figures were observed in any of the studies cases; the multinuclear varieties were found very often in human stomach, less frequently in monkey and rabbit, and scarcely in mouse stomach. Their number in 10mm vertical sections averaged 37, 27, 25 and 7, respectively. 6. In the chief cells, no mitoses occurred in any of the studied cases also, the multinuclear forms, which were probably overlooked by many investigators, could be found in all the cases in varying numbers, i.e, in the human gastric rmuucosa 6, in monkey 9, in rabbit 3 and in mouse 3 in 10mm vertical sections.

Highly uniform hierarchical mesoporous silica nanoparticles with wrinkle structure were successfully fabricated in the bicontinuous micro-emulsion phase in winsor III system. Furthermore, various sizes of wrinkled silica nanoparticles (WSNs) could be fabricated from 40 nm to 420 nm, and the size parameters of nanoparticles were investigated. The wrinkle structure of WSNs had the advantage of light scattering, and the materials were applied in perovskite solar cells as light scattering layer for the first time. 220 nm sized-WSNs showed best performance due to optimal light scattering effect and layer thickness.

A simple and reliable approach for detecting B. anthracis spores is explored based on the integration of GQDs into a europium (Eu)-macromolecule complex. This novel approach involves anchoring Eu onto GQDs of two different diameters, which provides a change in the fluorescence intensity that varies with the concentration of B. anthracis. Most importantly, the Eu-modified GQDs reported here exhibit an excellent limit of detection (LOD) of 10 pM towards B. anthracis; this concentration is six orders of magnitude smaller than the infectious dose of the spores (60 μM). We also demonstrate excellent specificity towards the B. anthracis spores via measurements of sensitivity in aqueous solutions containing numerous aromatic ligands. The insight into detection properties of GQDs and binding with europium complex may offer an opportunity for the further investigation of biological & medical applications.
Effects of graphene quantum dots layer on the blocking layer in perovskite solar cells

Effects of graphene quantum dots (GQDs) layer situated between SiO2 scaffold layers and blocking layer in perovskite solar cell were explored. Interestingly, the cell performances, including Jsc, Voc, and FF, of GQDs layer inserted-cells increased compared to that of reference cells. The cells with the GQDs layer (13.09%) showed 16% enhanced power conversion efficiency than that without it (11.29%). Improvements of cell performances were attributed to the inserted GQDs layer, which showed two advantageous effects. First, the GQDs in the cells could serve as a fast bridge to facilitate the electron injection from perovskite into TiO2 blocking layer, leading to a significantly enhanced photocurrent. Second, GQDs layer played a key role in preventing shunt between HTM and blocking layer through the defects of perovskite layer, resulting in inhibition of charge recombination and thus enhancements of Voc and FF.
Fabrication of graphene quantum dot-decorated graphene sheets via chemical surface modification

A novel approach to link graphene quantum dots (GQDs) with graphene was explored via chemical surface modification of graphene using 1,5-diaminonapthalene (DAN). Interestingly, the population of GQDs increased with increasing the molar concentration of the DAN solution. The synthesized-GDGS was applied to photocatalyst for the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under visible light irradiation. The GDGS showed 1.6 times enhanced photocatalytic performance than pristine GQDs due to influences of graphene such as increase of visible light absorbance, charge separation, and adsorption on organic pollutants. This facile synthetic approach, which connects graphene to GQDs for the first time, is expected to promote the application of GQDs in photocatalyst and also in many other areas.

The purpose of this paper is to make minimum cost of kitchen through the effective kitchen facilities planning and layout of hotels, and equipment to provide the highest quality of food and Beverage Service. In order to carry out the task, this study are as follows: First, kitchen outline. Second, describes the theoritical of kitchen facilities planning. Third, take a look at kitchen design and equipment layout. Fourth, considered of kitchen sanitation and safety. Consequently, through the improvement of work Productivity and the save of costs, effective kitchen facilities planning should results in the promotion of profits in the hotel Food and Beverage department. Finally, I hope that this study may give on little help to the persons concernned of hotel kitchen.
