        Since the technology is one of the important factor for the development of countries or companies, evaluation of technology became essential for investment on venture company, technology trading and M&A. The appropriate evaluation of technology is so important yardstick of competence of business that, in this thesis, the theories and the present conditions of technology evaluation model in several institutes are compared and analysed and also the desirable direction for the future right model are suggested. Technology evaluation model is basically composed of three parts: cost-market-income approach method, technology factor method, real option method. We have to choose proper model among several methods because there are various technology evaluation methods and they have different merits and demerits. So that, due to some limits for each model, there is no complete one which can drive the right valuation by itself at one time. Thus, right valuation seems to be required that several different methods of each model should be applied and analysed at the same time and then decide the right answer that satisfies the suggested conditions.

      • 연부조직 육종에서 Cyclin D_(1) 유전자의 증폭에 대한 연구

        The molecular mechanisms of the soft tissue sarcoma is not elucidated. In general, deregulations of the several genes such as oncogenes, antioncogenes, genes regulating apoptosis and cell cycle are known to take part in the carcinogenesis of most carcinomas. Moreover, deregulation of the cell cycle is one of the major carcinogenic mechanisms. The cyclin D_(1) is the most important gene regulating the transition, G_(1). to S, which is the most importan check point in cell cycle. The cyclin D_(1) gene amplification was reported in various carcinomas, but not in sarcomas. In this study, we studied the cyclin D_(1) expression in 10 liposarcomas, 5 rhabdomyosarcomas and 5 malignant fibrous histiocytomas by imunohistochedmistry, and real-time polymerase chain reaction. The results were as follows; 1. Immunohistochemically, liposarcoma and malignant fibrous histiocytomas expressed moderate degree of cyclin D_(1), however expression was noted in few rhabdo- myosarcomas. 2. The cycline D_(1) gene amplification was not different between normal and sarcomas(p>0.05). 3. There was no positive correlation between cyclin D_(1) expression by immunohistochemistry and cylin D(1)gene amplification. Above results suggest that cyclin D_(1) gene amplifacation does not contribute to the oncogenesis of the sarcomas, and cyclin D_(1) expression by immunohistochemistry does not correlate with the gene amplification. As the sample cases are limited in this study, forther studies with more samples are needed.

      • 심상훈련이 스포츠 경기력에 미치는 효과 : 이론적 고찰 A Theoretical Observation

        An athlete must train his body and practice image training on an everyday basis in order to keep his competitive power in sports games and to improve it. This study is focused on the concept and theory of image training and its characteristics and actual effect along with the relevant case studies. Also, through thorough observations, the optimal psychological preparation for athletes to increase their competitive power in sports games was comprehensively studied. For image training to take effect and lead to the improvement in competitive power, both athletes and instructors should always try to find out ways to practice image training in a theoretical way, while working out to find out a psychological preparation method for each of the athlete, with more comprehensive point of view. Meanwhile, those who are interested in the psychological preparations to improve competitive power of athletes might need to take into consideration that most of what have been studied here are based on the cases of western athletes and were founded on the basis of their culture, and try to work out to provide a foundation on which to build an image training and psychological preparation strategy for Korean athletes.

      • 중합효소 연쇄반응을 이용한 신장 조직에서의 거대세포 바이러스 핵산 구조의 검출

        Cytomegalovrus (CMV) has been suspected to-be involved in pathogenesis of I&A nephropathy (IgA N). However, the presence of CMV in renal tissue of IgA N remains to the subject of controversy. To elucidate the presence of CMV in I&A N and other glomerulonephritis (GN),polymerase chain reaction (PCR) which specifically amplified a 159 bp fragment of immediate early gene of CMV and indirect immunofluorescence (IF) with monoclonal antibody and late gene of CMV were performed in paraffin-embedded tissues from 10 I&A N and 14 non-I&A GNs. CMV DNA was detected in 6 of 10 I&A N tissues and 10 of 14 other GNs by PCR-Southern blot hybridization, whereas IF failed to show the presence of CMV antigen in all renal tissues. The nonspecific presence of CMV DNA in various kinds of GNs including I&A N would suggest that CMV is not specifically associated with the pathogenesis of I&A N inendemic areas of CMV infection.

      • 혈당 측정에 있어서 반사광 비색법과 전기 화학 전극법의 비교

        당뇨병환자에서 적절한 혈당을 유지하기 위한 목적으로 시험지봉 검사 방법이 1970년대 초 처음으로 개발된 이후 많은 자가 혈당기들이 고안되어 사용되고 있으며, 대부분이 반사광 비색법을 이용한 자가 혈당 측정기로 현재 국내에는 Glucometer(Ames), Glucoscan(Eiken), One TouchTRM Ⅱ(Lifescan), Accu-check Ⅲ(BM)등이 사용되고 있다. 저자들은 본원에서 이미 사용하고 있었던 반사광 비색법을 이용한 시험지봉으로 LIFESCAN사의 One TouchTM Ⅱ와 전기 화학 전극법을 이용한 Medisense사의 CompanionTM 2에 대하여 정밀도, 직선성, 비교방법과의 상관관계 및 혈액량과 헤마토크리트에 의한 영향, 관찰자간의 변이, 항응고제가 미치는 영향 등 측정에 영향을 미치는 여러 인자들에 대하여 평가를 시행하였다. 검사일내 정밀성(within day precision)은 두 기기 모두 5% 정도이었고, 검사일간 정밀성(day-to-day precision)은 CompanionTM 2가 3.14%∼6.53%, One touchTM Ⅱ가 4.69%∼8.13%의 변이계수를 보였다. 두 기기 모두 직선성이나 비교방법과의 상관관계가 우수하였다. CompanionTM 2와 One touchTM Ⅱ사이의 상관관계는 y=1.040x+21.679, r=0.9716이었다. 두 기기 모두 혈액량, 관찰자, 항응고제에 의해서는 영향을 받지 않았으며, 헤마토크리트에 의해서는 헤마토크리트가 낮을 때는 높은 혈당치를, 헤마토크리트가 높을 때는 낮은 혈당치를 나타냈다. The purpose of this study is to assess two monitors of blood glucose : One touch?? Ⅱ(Lifescan Inc.), which is using reagent strips by reflectance photometry and CompanionTM 2(Medisense Inc.), which is using electrochemical electrode method. Glucose was determined on capillary and venous blood samples from 70 adult diabetics by three different methodologies : One touchTM Ⅱ, CompanionTM 2 portable glucose meters (capillary) and the Hitachi 7150 analyzer(venous), which is using hexokinase method. In within-run precision studies for One touchTM Ⅱ and CompanionTM 2, coefficient variations (CVs, %) were 1.92∼5.09, 2.95∼4.79 at three different levels, respectively. In between-day percision studies for One touchTM Ⅱ and CompanionTM 2, CVs(%) were 4.69∼8.13, 3.14∼6.53 at three different levels, respectively. The linearity studies revealed r=0.9996 in One touch?? Ⅱ, r=0.9977 in CompanionTM 2, which were satisfactory. Correlation equation and coefficient for results by One touchTM Ⅱ and CompanionTM 2 vs those by hexokinase method(x) were : y=0.8087x-8.9566(r=0.9824) for One touchTM Ⅱ, y=0.8885x+4.4992(r=0.9807) for CompanionTM 2, which were satisfactory. The glucose levels were falsely high at low hematocrit concentration and falsely low at high hematocrit concentration in both monitors. The volume of blood applied to the test strips is not critical. We concluded that "One touchTM Ⅱ" using reagent strip by reflectance photometry and "Companion?? 2" using electrochemical electrode method is suitable for self monitoring of blood glucose.

        Li ion 2차전지는 높은 전지전압, 낮은 자기방전율, High Energy Density High Power Density Non-Toxic, No Memory Effect등의 우수한 특성을 보유하고 있고, 환경적인 측면에서 Lead Acid 전지 및 Ni/Cd 전지 등과 같은 Pb, Cd 및 Hg 등으로 인한 환경오염문제가 없는 고성능 신형전지로써, 92년에 SONY사에서 최초의 시제품을 내놓은 이래 현재 소형녹음기, 캠코더 및 셀룰라폰용으로 시판되고 있으나 세계적으로 Li ion 전지를 생산할 수 있는 회사는 일본의 몇몇 기업으로 한정되어 있는 실정이다.

        Availability of defect test algorithm that recognizes exact and standardized defect information in order to fundamentally resolve generated defects in industrial sites by giving artificial intelligence to SAT(Scanning Acoustic Tomograph), which previously depended on operator’s decision, to find various defect information in a semiconductor package, to decide defect pattern, to reduce personal errors and then to standardize the test process was verified. In order to apply the algorithm to the lately emerging Neural Network theory, various weights were used to derive results for performance advancement plans of the defect test algorithm that promises excellent field applicability.

      • 선형유도전자펌프내의 자기유체 유동에 관한 수치적 연구

        Numerical analysis is performed for magnetic and MHD flow fields in Electro-Magnetic(EM) pump. A finite volume method is applied to solve magnetic field governing equations and the Navier-Stokes equations. Vector and scalar potential methods are adopted to obtain the electric and magnetic fields and the resulting Lorentz force in solving Maxwell equations. The magnetic field and velocity distributions are found to be influenced by the magnitude of the Reynolds number and the phase of applied electric current. Computational results indicate that the magnetic flux distribution with changing phase of electric current is characterized by a pair of counter-rotating closed loops. The velocity distribution of the flow field is influenced on the intensity of Lorentz force.
