Effect of Mg substitution for Ca in Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_y

초전도 전이온도 T_c와 CuO_2 planes간의 거리 사이의 상관관계를 조사하기 위해 Bi_2Sr_2Ca_1-x MgxCu_2Oy계의 Ca를 Mg으로 치환하였다 (0≤x≤0.4). x값이 0과 0.3사이의 값을 가질 경우는 거의 대부분의 시료가 단일상으로 존재하는 것이 확인되었다. Carrier농도를 일정하게 유지하면서 Mg의 농도를 X 증가시킴에 따라 c축의 격자상수는 감소하고 T_c는 증가하였다. 이 사실은 이계의 초전도가 CuO_2 planes간의 거리가 가까울수록 증진 됨을 시사한다. The substitution of Mg for Ca has been performed in Bi_2Sr_2Ca_(1-x) MgxCu_2Oy(0≤x≤0.4) in order to investigate the correlation of the superconducting transition temperature T_c with the distance between the CuO_2 planes. The samples with 0≤x≤0.3 were found to be almost single phases. With the increase of the Mg concentration x, the lattice parameter c decreased and T_c increased, while the carrier concentration kept constant. This suggests that the superconductivity in this system is enhanced by the shorter distance between the CuO_2 planes.
LPE법으로 작성한 산화물초전도체 Bi₂Sr₂-Ca₁+Cu₂ 막(films) 의 초전도특성

LPE(Liquid press epitaxy)법을 이용하여, Sr과 Ca가 서로 상호 치환된 산화물초전도체 Bi₂Sr₂??Ca₁+x??Cu₂O??(x?=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) 막(film)을 작성하여 상호치환 상태와 초전도특성과의 관계를 알아보았다. 작성한 막(film)의 조성비은 융액조성비(x?)와 막(film)속의 조성비(x?)가 비례함을 알 수 있었고, c-축으로 강하게 배향된전형적인 Bi2212상의 단일상(singe-phase)을 보였다. 치환량 x?의 증가에 따라, 임계온도 T??, c-축의 길이, carrier농도 등은 단조로이 감소하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. We investigated the superconductivity of Bi₂Sr₂_Ca₁+x?Cu₂O?+?x?=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) films by liquid phase epitaxial method. X-ray diffraction measurements revealed that films were predominantly oriented with the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surfaces. The zero-resistance temperature and the lattice parameter c linearly decreased with the increase of x?, corresponding to the decrease of the carrier concentration.
Mechanism of the Reduction of Nitrobenzene in Basic Solution

염기성 용액에서 니트로벤젠의 환원에 대한 새로운 메카니즘을 제안하였다. 페닐히드록실아민이 중간체로서 관여하지 않고, 니트로소벤젠이 이합화(dimerization)하여 아족시벤젠으로 변환한다. A new mechanism is proposed for the reduction of nitrobenzene in basic solution that does not involve hydroxylamine as an intermediate. This paper presents evidence that the azoxybenzene is not formed from the hydroxylamine, but formed instead from the dimerization of nitrosobenzene.
색과 음악 빠르기 자극이 정상 아동의 정적 균형에 미치는 영향

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sensory stimulation for static balance on normal children. Sensory input was consisted of colors, and music tempo stimulation. Methods : Participants were consisted of 20 normal kindergarten children ranging in age from six to seven years. The static balance was tested by a BPM(Balance Performance Monitor). In this study one-way ANOVA was used and the statistical significance level of results was determined at 0.05. Results : 1. According to color stimulation, there was no significant difference in static balance among red, yellow, green(p>0.05). 2. According to music tempo stimulation, there was no significant difference in static balance, among the high music tempo and low music tempo children in a general environment(p>0.05). 3. However, both green color and low music tempo stimulation have a little effect on static balance on normal children. Conclusion : These results indicate the possibility that the application method of green color and low music tempo stimulation may help in the improvement of static balance for the disabled children. This study will be used as the foundational data of therapeutic environment for the disabled children.
