        건설관리 업무의 정보시스템화 기대가치 평가

        Information Systems(IS) are widely recognized as an enabler, not only for effective project management, but also for automation of engineering and construction tasks. Especially the IS planning for construction project management must be performed through decomposing the construction management process upon considering the information technology in construction companies. Following this background, this paper proposes a model to evaluate the expected value of IS planning for construction project management. The model is made to analyze the effectiveness and to evaluate the opportunity of IS planning for task and information, then finally to quantify the value. Lastly, this model can be used to plan IS for construction project management by deciding on the priority of implementing IS.

      • 안도 다다오의 이우환 미술관의 개념적 관계성과 공간구성 분석

        The abandoned island Naoshima was reborn with the will of Chairman Soichiro Fukudake and the efforts of Tadao Ando. Tadao Ando designed the Benesse House Museum, the Chichu Art Museum, and the Lee Ufan Museum, which are called the three major museums of Naoshima. The museum of Ando designed buildings that harmonize with architecture, nature, and human beings. Among them, Lee Ufan of Lee Ufan Museum is a painter who focused on relationality in particular. In this study, the Lee Ufan Museum was selected as an example. This research focuses on the analysis of their conceptual relationship with the Lee Ufan Museum and the spatial composition that it implemented in architecture. The research methods include literature review, drawing analysis and field trip. Lee"s work trends can be seen to be concentrated on the relationship such as ‘objects-objects’, ‘objects-spaces’, and ‘objects-human beings’. From the perspective of Lee Ufan"s conceptual relationships, the architecture of Tadao Ando can be understood as the relationship such as ‘architecture-exposed concrete(matter)’, ‘architecture-human(moving line)’, and ‘architecture-nature(place)’. Through this analysis, the Lee Ufan Museum is not merely a solo work of Tadao Ando, but a successful case in which two outstanding artists to keep in step together as a collaboration between Ando and Lee.

        Wayfinding is important to users in various types of large-scale mixed-used facilities that are physically and functionally connected. Weisman G.D classifies the wayfinding environmental variables into four categories: simplicity of plane shape, visual accessibility, architectural identification, and sign system. Among them, the sign system acts as a sign indicating the user’s current location, destination, direction, etc., and helps to improve the understanding of the overall plane of the space and the accuracy of location recognition. In particular, the simple form of architecture, easy identification and direct expression of direction and use make it easy to find directions, but otherwise signage is the most important clue for finding the way. Therefore, this study analyzes the space using space syntax to evaluate the sign that supports the way inside the complex building of the complex utility facility. Substituting the concept of depth of spatial syntax into the concept of visual depth is the VGA model, which is considered to be suitable for the analysis of extra-large space characterized by open space composition. In this study, Step Depth Analysis is performed through VGA, a method of spatial syntax, in the visible area of the elevator core, which is the spatial recognition of the floor for the first time.

        2세 영아가 경험하는 신체활동의 교육적 의미 탐색

        본 연구는 2세 영아들이 신체활동을 통해 어떠한 교육적 경험을 갖는지에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2015년 3월 5일부터 6월 25일까지 하늘 어린이집의 만 2세반에서 실시하는 영아들의 신체활동을 참여 관찰하였으며 동영상 촬영 및 관련 문서자료 등을 참고 자료로 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 분석한 연구 결과, 영아들은 신체활동을 통해 이동 동작·비이동 동작·조작 동작 등의 기본 동작을 익히는 경험을하였으며 다양하게 신체를 조절해봄으로써 운동능력을 발달시켜 나가는 기회를 가졌다. 또한 영아들은 자유로운 신체활동에서의 성취 경험 및 긍정적인 정서 경험을 통해 이 시기에 필요한 정서적 안정감을 갖고, 또래들과 함께 하는 신체활동 속에서 관계 맺기를 시도해보며 사회적으로성숙할 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있었다. 또한 새롭게 소개되는 신체활동의 놀이방법 및 놀이도구 등을 탐색해보고 자신만의 새로운 신체활동을만들어내며 인지적으로 성장할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 되었다 This study examined the educational meanings of physical activities two-year-old infants. Participation observations were carried out in the Haneul child-care center. This study observed 9 two-year-olds infants’ physical activities 16 times between March 5 and June 15 in 2015, filmed them, collected relevant data and analyzed them. The results of study indicated that infants had an opportunity to develop motor ability and control their body by experiencing fundamental movement such as locomotive, non-locomotive and manipulative movement and that various physical activities provided infants with emotional stability needed during infancy and allowed them to try to build relationship while taking part in physical activities with peers, which is a chance for them to become socially mature. In addition, they had a chance to develop cognition by looking into the way to play and play tools and creating their own physical activities when physical activities were first introduced. In conclusion, infants’physical activities are educational experiences that have significant impacts on their whole life

        영유아 권리존중에 관한 어린이집 원장들의 담론

        본 연구는 영유아 권리존중에 대한 어린이집 원장들의 이해와 영유아 권리존중을 위한 노력은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 이를 위하여 어린이집 원장 10명을 대상으로 2015년7월에서 10월까지 집단면담과 개별 면담을 병행하는 심층면담을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 첫째, 어린이집 원장들은 영유아의 권리 존중은 영유아들이 권리를 가진 존재임을 인식하는 것에서부터 출발해야 하며, 적절한 놀이와 휴식, 의사표현에 대한 존중과 가정에서 부모와 함께 하는 시간과 공유되는경험이 영유아가 가져야 할 권리 존중이라고 생각하였다. 둘째, 어린이집 원장들은 영유아의 권리 존중을 위해 교사와 부모들에게 영유아 권리 존중에 대한 인식을 함양시키기 위해 노력하고 있으며 영유아의 개별적 요구에 부응하는 일과 운영과 교사의 업무를 경감시키고 원장 스스로 교사를 존중해줌으로써 영유아의 권리가 존중받을 수 있도록 노력하였다. 본 연구는 어린이집 원장들의 담론을 통해 영유아 권리존중에 대한 이해와 노력이 어떠한지를 살펴봄으로써 어린이집 현장의 목소리를 담아냈다는데 연구의 의의가 있다. This study was conducted to find out how child care center directors felt about respecting the rights of young children and what efforts they have made towards respecting the rights of young children. For this, an in-depth interview combined with a group interview and an individual interview of ten child care center directors from July to October, 2015 was carried out. The results were as follows: First, child care center directors thought that respecting the rights of young children should begin by recognizing that young children are human beings with rights, and that proper play, rest, expressing oneself, time with parents at home and shared experiences are the rights that young children should have. Second, child care center directors were making efforts to improve the awareness of teachers and parents about respecting the rights of young children, and made efforts that ensure the rights of young children are respected by reducing teachers`` task and meeting the individual demands of young children as well as respecting teachers.

        또래관계 유형에 따라 나타나는 유아들의 요구전략과 반응양상에 대한 문화 기술적 연구

        본 연구에서는 유아들의 다양한 또래관계 유형에서 나타나는 요구전략 및 반응양상에 대해서 심층 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 어린이집의 만 5세 유아 25명과 교사 2명을 대상으로 자유선택활동시간 동안 참여관찰하고 심층면접을 실시하였다. 관찰을 통해 또래관계는 또래 수용 정도에 따라 인기아를 중심으로 하는 일 대 다수의 관계와 거부당하는 유아가 포함된 고립된 관계로 분류하였고, 또래 상호성에 따라 상호적 친구관계와 일방적 또래관계로 범주화하였다. 연구결과 또래관계의 특성에 따라 유아들이 사용하는 요구전략과 반응양상에 차이가 있었으며, 또래수용 요인 및 거부 요인에 따라서도 요구와 반응이 다르게 나타났다. The purpose of the study was to understand children's use of requestive strategies and response types in various peer relationships. This study employed an ethnographic approach utilizing participant observations and in-depth interviews. The participants of this study were 25 five-year olds and 2 teachers at a childcare center located in Seoul. A total of 30 participant observations during choice activity times and 6 interviews with the teachers were carried out between October 28, 2005 and January 31, 2006. The types of children's peer relationships were categorized based on peer acceptance and reciprocity of friendships. Four types of peer relationships found in this study were a) a popular child and the rest of the children, b) withdrawn children and the rest of the children, c) reciprocal friendship, and d) unilateral friendship. The characteristics and contents of children's requests and responses varied based on peer relationship types. This study also found that requestive strategies and response types are influenced by the factors of peer acceptance or rejection. Detailed descriptions on children's use of requestive strategies and responses in various peer relationship types are provided.
