Caroli disease (CD) is a rare congenital malformation of the liver characterized by non-obstructive, segmental, cystic dilatation of the intrahepatic bile ducts (IHDs). The clinical course is usually asymptomatic for the first 5–20 years, and symptoms may seldom occur throughout the patient’s life. Bile stagnation leads to recurrent episodes of cholangitis, stone formation, or liver abscesses, and biliary cirrhosis usually occurs years later. Here we report on a 42-year-old man diagnosed with diffuse-type CD with a characteristic central dot sign, who had multiple intrahepatic and common bile duct (CBD) stones. CBD stones were treated successfully with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
일제강점기 우리나라 권번의 역사와 현황 - 장홍심 조선권번을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 권번을 주제로 한 연구논문들을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 일제강점기 우리나라 권번 의 역사와 현황을 당시 조선권번 출신이었던 장홍심을 통해 살펴보는데 목적이 있으며, 연구방 법은 문헌연구기법과 일제강점기 신문자료를 활용하였다. 연구내용은 일제강점기 장홍심의 조 선권번 활동을 중심으로 분석하였으며, 결론은 이와 같다. 첫째, 장홍심은 함흥권번에서 활동하 다 21세의 나이에 조선권번으로 옮겨와 한성준이 창립한 조선무용음악연구회에서 창립기념공 연으로 1938년 5월 2일 이강선, 한영숙과 함께 호흡을 맞추었다. 둘째, 1938년 6월 23일 부민관 에서 열린 고전무용대회에서 검무, 살풀이춤, 태평무, 농악에 출연하는 등 조선음악무용연구회 에서 주최한 거의 모든 공연에 출연할 만큼 당시 실력이 월등한 무용수였음을 알 수 있다. 셋 째, 1939년 3월 29일~30일 ‘일대명창 이동백 은퇴기념공연’에서 이동백의 새타령과 함께 장홍 심의 바라승무가 관중들에게 관심을 받았다. 일제강점이 이후에도 최승희, 이매방 등 당시 유명 한 무용인들과 나란히 활동을 하였음에도 불구하고 장홍심에 대한 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 이 에 무용사적 측면에서도 중요한 장홍심에 대한 지속적인 연구가 계속되어지길 바란다. This study examines research papers on the theme of gwonbun, and based on this, Korea’s gwonbun during the Japanese colonial period. The purpose is to look at the history and current situation of the Joseon Dynasty through Jang Hong-sim, who was from the Joseon Dynasty at the time. The law utilized literature research techniques and newspaper data during the Japanese colonial period. The contents of the study are Jang Hong-shim’s work during the Japanese colonial period. The analysis was centered on Seon Gwon Bun activity, and the conclusion is as follows. First, Jang Hong-sim was active in the Hamheung district. At the age of 21, he moved to Joseon Kwonbeon and held a commemorative contribution at the Joseon Dance Music Research Association founded by Han Seong-jun. As a kite, on May 2, 1938, he worked together with Lee Kang-seon and Han Young-sook. Second, June 23, 1938 Bumingwan Chosun Music and Dance Research Association. It can be seen that he was a dancer with excellent skills at the time, appearing in almost all the performances hosted by three Second, from March 29 to 30, 1939, at the ‘Performance to commemorate the retirement of one of the greatest singers, Lee Dong-baek’, Janghong performed with Lee Dong-baek’s New Taryeong. Shim's Bara Seungmu drew attention from the audience. Even after the Japanese colonial rule, such as Choi Seung-hee and Lee Mae-bang were famous at the time. Despite the fact that he worked side by side with Han dancers, research on Jang Hong-sim is incomplete. this I hope that continuous research on Jang Hong-shim, which is important in terms of dance history, will continue.
만성신질환의 경과 중 급성 악화를 보인 허탈성 사구체병증의 진단 1예

Collapsing glomerulopathy (CG) has become an important cause of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). First delineated from other proteinuric glomerular lesions in the 1980s, CG is now recognized as a common, distinct pattern of proliferative parenchymal injury that portends a rapid loss of renal function and poor responses to empirical therapy. The first cases in the literature trace back to human-immunodeficiency-virus (HIV)-negative patients who underwent biopsy in 1979. A 45-year-old male patient complained of hematuria and proteinuria eight years ago. He showed an abrupt serum creatinine increase from 1.75 to 2.65mg/dL in the last preceding months. Afterwards, his serum creatinine progressively increased up to 6.82mg/dL. Moreover, his 24 h urine protein level was determined to have reached 6,171 mg/day, as opposed to 670 mg/day a year earlier. Consequently, renal biopsy was performed, and its result showed collapsing glomerulopathy, compatible with the diagnosis. He has undergone continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis as renal replacement therapy. Thus, it is reported herein that a patient clinically diagnosed with chronic kidney disease eight years ago showed a sudden renal-function decrease and was clinicopathologically diagnosed with collapsing glomerulopathy based on the results of his renal biopsy.
거대 구조물의 국부진동계의 등가계 산출과 이를 이용한 최적구조변경법

It is very difficult to execute the vibration analysis of a huge structure, which takes up much time and expense. In this paper we intend to make the equivalent system of a local vibration system of a huge structure with a view to improving the dynamic characteristics and reducing time and expense. First of all, upper deck structure model is maded. And we perform the vibration analysis by the Substructure Synthesis. Method and execute the exciting test for the upper deck structure model, and observe the coincidences of two results to confirm the reliability of the analyzing tools used. To make the equivalent system, we give boundary condition to sub-structure that want to be modified and execute the Sensitivity Analysis Method and the Optimum Structural Modification Method. and we execute the structural modification of the equivalent system. The following can be found from this study. 1. The analytical results are generally coincident with each other. 2. The equivalent system of the superstructure model can be easily obtained using the sensitivity analysis method and the optimum structural modification method. 3. The structural modification using the equivalent system can be obtained good results above 90% of object value.
