A nine year old boy presented asymptomatic multiple popular lesions for 6 months. Biopsy revealed typical features of xanthogranuloma with Touton type giant cells. Authors observed natural course of the lesions for about 2 years thereafter, which shoved shrinkage of the existing papules in general in spite of newly appearing lesions. Review of the previous casts reported by the no of juvenile xanthogmnuloma showed that the age of the onset of the most of the casts with multiple lesions was before one Year after birth, but adolescent case, were rare. It was also noted that previous cases with such multiple lesions had a course of spontaneous regression regardless of the onset of its are.
자발적 프로그램의 성과 분석: 30/50프로그램 중심으로

본 논문은 업체들의 자발적인 참여를 통해 이루어지고 있는 우리나라의 대표적인 화학유해물질 배출저감 프로그램인 30/50프로그램의 성과를 사업체별, 물질별, 연도별 미시적 패널자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 2004년부터 2010년까지 7년간의 배출량 추이를 실증 분석한 결과에 따르면, 자발적 프로그램임에도 불구하고 프로그램에 참여한 업체들의 화학 물질 배출량이 비자발적 협약 업체에 비해 연간 2.7톤에서 1.2톤 적은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 자발적 프로그램의 배출량 저감 효과는 협약물질에서 강하게 나타났을 뿐만 아니라 그 정도는 다소 약했지만 비협약물질에서도 나타났다. 이는 협약업체들이 전반적으로 화학유해물질을 저감하기 위한 기술을 도입한 결과라고 볼 수 있다. In this paper we evaluate the performance of voluntary environmental agreements in South Korea, called as the 30/50 program. We constructed establishment- and chemical substance-level panel data from 2004 to 2010 by using the Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTR) Information System. Although firms voluntarily participate in the program and the agreement is not binding, we find that the chemical materials released by the participating firms is substantially reduced by 1.2 to 2.7 tons. Although the abatement effect is more salient for those listed chemical substances in the agreements, the reductions in other substances are also significant. This implies that participating firms adopted new technologies that could reduce environmental hazards.

공동주택단지 및 학교 및 근린시설의 경계방음벽으로 제시한 식생형 방음벽을 설계하고 소음감쇠성능실험을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 식생형 방음벽은 일정한 형태의 유닛을 방음벽 형태의 구조물에 걸이식으로 적층하여 구성된 것으로서, 유닛내부에는 식재 및 토양을 포함하고 있다. 이 방음벽의 음향적인 장점은 토양 및 식재를 이용한 흡음뿐만 아니라 확산형상의 방음벽에서 표면 확산으로 인해 음에너지가 분산되어 소음을 저감할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 먼저 1/10 축소모형 실험을 통해 소음감쇠성능에 가장 적합한 방음벽 유닛의 크기를 조사하였으며, 설계된 도면에 따라 1/2축척의 식생형 방음벽을 실제높이 2 m, 길이 5 m로 제작하여 소음감쇠실험을 진행하였다. 식물을 담을 수 있는 총 1,137개의 식생블록은 약 $10{\times}10{\times}9cm$ 크기로 합성목재를 활용해 제작하였으며 이 블록들을 방음벽에 설치하여 자립형 구조를 가진 식생형 방음벽을 완성하였다. 연구결과, 평면형 방음벽보다 블록식 방음벽이 약 7 dB 더 높은 삽입손실을 나타냈으며, 식생블록의 크기는 삽입손실효과가 큰 $20{\times}20cm$의 크기가 적정한 것으로 나타났다. Design of a vegetation type sound barrier was presented as a noise barrier on the boundary of neighborhood facilities including schools, and apartments. The suggested noise barrier is made of unit blocks that are to be formed by stacking over the wall structure containing the plant and soils in the blocks. The advantage of the vegetation noise barrier is to acquire not only sound absorptive effects of plants and soils, but also sound diffusive effect caused by the irregular surface of the barrier which could eventually mitigate the noise. First, the optimum size of the units to obtain the highest noise reduction was investigated using 1/10 scaled model experiment, and sound attenuation experiments were carried out using a 1/2 mock-up model which is 2 m high and 5 m long. Total 1,137 unit blocks were made of synthetic woods with the size of $10{\times}10{\times}9cm$. These unit blocks were installed on the both side of the 1/2 mock-up steel framed noise barrier. As a result, it was revealed that the block typed vegetation noise barrier has 7 dB higher insertion loss in comparison with the general plane noise barrier. Also, it was found that the appropriate size of unit blocks is $20{\times}20cm$ which has large effect of sound insertion loss.
부인과질병에 관한 Josamycin 효과에 관한 임상적 관찰

Josamycin에 대한 임상 및 실험적 관찰에서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 감수성시험에서 JM의 감수성은 Staphylococcus aureus 12주의 최소발육저지농도는 0.8mcg/ml에서 8주, 1.6mcg/ml에서 3주(91.6%), 3.2mcg/ml에서 1주였고, Staphylococcus는 4주 중 1.6에서 3주, 3.2mcg/ml에서 1주를 관찰하였다. 검출균의 소실효과를 보면 Staphylococcus aureus와 Staphylococcus albus를 비롯하여 전 24주 가운데 19주(약 80%)가 소실되었다. 2) 치료성적을 보면 골반염증성질환 16예에 대하여 JM. 1.6g을 5일간 투여하여 1예의 미상 을 제외하고 14예에서 저효 및 유효(93.3%)를 보았으며 자궁부속염을 초래한 8예에서는 85.7%의 저효 및 유효를 보았고, 그 외의 자궁염, 자궁 경부염 등을 일괄하여 저효 및 유효 율은 86%를 나타내고 있었다. 3) 불완전유산, 실산, 내막증식증 등 자궁내용제거 내지는 소파술 후 감염예방을 목적으로 0.8 내지 0.6g을 3일 내지 5일간 투여함으로써 전 11예에서 1주일 후에까지 감연상태가 발 견되지 않았다. 4) JM.은 전 50예에서 심한 부작용은 없었으나 경미한 소양증과 피부발진이 1예에서 관찰 되었다. A new macrolide antibiotic, Josamycin(JM) was administered to patient with various gynecological infections, and an evaluation of it`s clinical effects is as follows : 1) In the sensitivity test of JM, strains of staphylococcus aureus were observed to inhibit growth in the MIC of JM 0.8mcg/ml to 1.6mcg/ml (91.6%). we also tested strains of staphylococcus albus in 1.6mcg/ml (75%) of the MIC of JM and growth also inhibited. Our result was that growth was inhibited in 19 (80%) of the 24 strains which were isolated. 2) In the 39 cases of gynecological infections such as pelvic inflammatory disease(PID), adnexitis, endometritis (& myometritis, perimetritis), a puerperal infection and cervicitis etc, JM was effective in 86% of all therapy. 3) In 11 cases evaluation and curettage due to missed abortion, incomplete abortion and endometrial hyperplasia were performed. JM was administered for prevevtion of postabortal infection. There were no cases of infectionary of the above cases even a week after therapy. 4) No signigicant side effects were observed but one case of mild skin eruption did occur.

Diffuse alopecia due to occult syringoma of the scalp has rarely been reported but the authors of the cases presented different opinions about which one is the primary event between the two conditions and if the syringoma is true or a reactive ductal proliferation. We have found a case whose diffuse alopecia is believed to be due to true syringoma of the scalp. A 43-year old woman showed simultaneous and gradual development of diffuse alopecia and multiple papular elevations on the face and neck adjoining the frontal and temporal hair lines. Histopathology of the scalp and the facial papular elevations all revealed typical syringomatous infiltrations with epithelial comma-tails and sclerotic stroma. All of the clinicopathological findings supported that the diffuse alopecia of the patient was due to the occult syringoma of the scalp.
공동주택 마감 모르타르 양생 기간에 따른 중량충격음 저감성능 분석

In this study, we compared the heavy-weight impact sound reductions by bang machine and rubber ball according to the curing period of finishing mortar at construction sites of apartment. And the changes of reductions before and after mortar crack sealing were examined. As a result, it was found that the performance differences of impact sound insulation in single number quantity (SNQ, LiA,Fmax) were minimal after the 4-week curing period of the finishing mortar in case of the bang machine. Similarly, in case of the rubber ball, the performance differences were also decreased within 1.0 dB after the 4-week curing period. Therefore, it can be estimated that the curing period of the finishing mortar must be secured for at least 4 weeks for the reliable test result of impact sound insulation. In addition, the improvement of impact sound insulation (SNQ, LiA,Fmax) by mortar crack sealing were 0.8 to 2.5 dB for the bang machine. Even though the improvement for the rubber ball were insignificant in comparison with the bang machine, the results showed that finishing mortar crack sealing is an essential requirement to prevent deterioration in impact sound insulation.
