        인공신경망을 활용한 기상 및 화재 데이터기반의 화재발생 확률 예측

        최근 국내의 화재 발생 현황으로 매 년 40,000건 이상의 화재사고가 꾸준히 발생하고 있으며 이로 인해 상당한 인명피해와 재산피해가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 이에 대한 예측 및 대응시스템 구축을 위해 2008년 1월 1일부터 2017년 12월 31일까지 수집된 서울시 화재데이터와 기상데이터를 활용하여 서울시의 화재발생 확률을 예측하는 인공신경망 모델을 개발하였다. 매 시간 단위로 수집된 기상데이터와 화재발생 여부를 알 수 있는 화재데이터를 통합한 통합데이터를 생성하였고 70,484건의 데이터를 인공신경망 학습에, 30,459건의 데이터를 평가에 사용하였다. 본 논문의 결과물은 월, 일, 시, 온도, 습도, 풍속변수를 사용하여 3개의 은닉층으로 구성된 인공신경망을 거쳐 0~100% 사이의 화재발생 확률을 계산한다. 모델 성능 평가에는 상대 절차 오차(Relative Absolute Error, RAE)가 사용되었으며 인공신경망 모델이 의사결정트리에 비하여 성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. Today, more than 40,000 fire accidents occur every year, resulting in considerable casualties and property damage. This study develops an artificial neural network model to predict the probability of fire in Seoul City using fire and weather data collected from January 1, 2008, to December 31, 2017. The integrated dataset combines weather data collected every hour with fire data to determine the probability of a fire; 70,484 data are used for artificial neural network learning while 30,459 are used for evaluation. The analysis calculates the probability of a fire between 0 and 100% based on the information yielded by an artificial neural network comprising three hidden layers, with the month, day, hour, temperature, humidity, and wind speed used as variables. Relative Absolute Error (RAE) is used to evaluate the performance of the model, which reveals the neural network model s superiority over the decision tree method.

        Geographic information system (GIS) is being increasingly used for decision making, planning and agricultural environment management because of its analytical capacity. GIS and remote sensing have been combined with environmental models for many agricultural applications on monitoring of soils, agricultural water quality, microbial activity, vegetation and aquatic insect distribution. This paper introduce principles, vegetation indices, spatial data structure, spatial analysis of GIS and remote sensing in agricultural applications including terrain analysis, soil erosion, and runoff potential. National Academy of Agricultural Science (NAAS), Rural Development Administration (RDA) has a spatial database of agricultural soils, surface and underground water, weeds, aquatic insect, and climate data, and established a web-GIS system providing spatial and temporal variability of agricultural environment information since 2007. GIS-based interactive mapping system would encourage researchers and students to widely utilize spatial information on their studies with regard to agricultural and environmental problem solving combined with other national GIS database. GIS and remote sensing will play an important role to support and make decisions from a national level of conservation and protection to a farm level of management practice in the near future.

        학술논문 저자자격에 대한 생명과학 연구자들의 인식과 논의

        What would be the acceptable criteria for the authorship of research papers? In order to study this question, we analyze the relevant part of the results from the on-line survey that we performed to investigate the general attitudes of biomedical researchers as regards a number of issues of research ethics. The survey targeted the members of the Korean Society for Molecular and Cellular Biology, and 659 members responded. We ask questions such as who should be included as author, who is generally de factoincluded as author, and what are the problems in the decision of authorship. The results show that there are significant difference between Principal Investigators and research students in their responses, and that researchers in general tend to think the authorship is actually given more generously than it should be. We also examine the authorship criteria suggested by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors(ICMJE), and its trend of changes. Finally, we discuss a few major issues Korean researchers facing when they decide authorship.

        부모의 양육분담이 부모-자녀 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 양육스트레스와 양육효능감의 자기-상대방 상호의존 매개모델

        본 연구의 목적은 부모의 양육분담, 양육스트레스, 양육효능감, 부모-자녀 상호작용 간 자기-상대방 효과를 검증하고, 부모의 양육분담이 부모-자녀 상호작용에 미치는 영향 중 양육스트레스와 양육효능감의 매개역할을 확인하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널 7차 연도 자료를 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 부모의 양육분담은 부모-자녀 상호작용에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 양육분담이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 아버지는 자기효과만 부적으로 존재했으나 어머니는 자기 효과와 상대방효과가 모두 정적으로 나타났다. 그리고 양육분담이 양육효능감에 미치는 영향에서 아버지는 자기효과만 정적으로, 어머니는 상대방효과만 부적으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아버지와 어머니의 양육효능감은 부모-자녀 상호작용에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 부모의 양육분담이 부모-자녀 상호작용에 미치는 영향 중 아버지의 양육효능감을 매개로 한 아버지의 자기효과와 어머니의 상대방효과가 확인됐다. 본 연구는 부부가 유기적으로 상호작용하며 자녀를 양육하는 과정을 APIMeM 모델로 적용해 분석하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to verify the Actor-Partner effects on child care activities, parenting stress, parenting sense of competence, and parent-child interaction, as well as to confirm parenting stress and parenting sense of competence as mediators among the effects of child care activities on parent-child interaction. For this, data from the 7th year of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey were used for analysis. First, child care activities had a negative effect on parent-child interaction. Second, in the effect of child care activities on parenting stress, the father had only negative actor effect, but the mother had both actor effect and partner effect positively. And in the impact of child care activities on parenting sense of competence, the father only showed a positive actor effect, while the mother only showed a negative partner effect. Third, the parenting sense of competence of father and mother had a positive effect on parent-child interaction. Finally, among the effects of child care activities on parent-child interaction, father"s parenting sense of competence with actor effect as a mediator and the mother’s partner effect were confirmed. This study is meaningful in that parents organically interact and that the APIMeM model was applied on analyzing the process of raising children.

        SCS-CN 산정을 위한 수치세부정밀토양도 활용과 괴산군 소수면 소유역의 물 유출량 평가

        “Curve number” (CN) indicates the runoff potential of an area. The US Soil Conservation Service (SCS)’s CN method is a simple, widely used, and efficient method for estimating the runoff from a rainfall event in a particular area, especially in ungauged basins. The use of soil maps requested from end-users was dominant up to about 80% of total use for estimating CN based rainfall-runoff. This study introduce the use of soil maps with respect to hydrologic and watershed management focused on hydrologic soil group and a case study resulted in assessing effective rainfall and runoff hydrograph based on SCS-CN method in a small watershed. The ratio of distribution areas for hydrologic soil group based on detailed soil map (1:25,000) of Korea were 42.2% (A), 29.4% (B), 18.5% (C), and 9.9% (D) for HSG 1995, and 35.1% (A), 15.7% (B), 5.5% (C), and 43.7% (D) for HSG 2006, respectively. The ratio of D group in HSG 2006 accounted for 43.7% of the total and 34.1% reclassified from A, B, and C groups of HSG 1995. Similarity between HSG 1995 and 2006 was about 55%. Our study area was located in Sosu-myeon, Goesan-gun including an approx. 44 km²-catchment, Chungchungbuk-do. We used a digital elevation model (DEM) to delineate the catchments. The soils were classified into 4 hydrologic soil groups on the basis of measured infiltration rate and a model of the representative soils of the study area reported by Jung et al. 2006. Digital soil maps (1:5,000) were used for classifying hydrologic soil groups on the basis of soil series unit. Using high resolution satellite images, we delineated the boundary of each field or other parcel on computer screen, then surveyed the land use and cover in each. We calculated CN for each and used those data and a land use and cover map and a hydrologic soil map to estimate runoff. CN values, which are ranged from 0 (no runoff) to 100 (all precipitation runs off), of the catchment were 73 by HSG 1995 and 79 by HSG 2006, respectively. Each runoff response, peak runoff and time-to-peak, was examined using the SCS triangular synthetic unit hydrograph, and the results of HSG 2006 showed better agreement with the field observed data than those with use of HSG 1995.

        생명과학 연구윤리 교육과정 개발을 위한 일 연구 -학부교양과정을 중심으로-

        This study was designed to develop a research ethics curriculum for the life sciences at the undergraduate level. The aims of research ethics education should support the aims of the life sciences. Therefore, research ethics education should, in the first place, help to prevent research misconduct; secondly, it should respect the dignity of life. The educational program developed in this study places emphasis on the teaching of fundamental values related to research ethics. It is argued, furthermore, that for pedagogical purposes, good examples of research ethics are preferable to examples of misconduct.

        보육교사의 소진이 유아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향에서 보육교사의 놀이민감성 병렬다중매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 소진이 유아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향에서 보육교사의 놀이민 감성의 매개역할을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 보육교사 243명을 대상으로 자료를 수집해 SPSS 22.0과 PROCESS macro 3.5.3으로 분석했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 소진은 놀이지원, 놀이해석, 유아이해, 놀이관찰과 유아의 놀이성에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 놀이지원, 유아이해, 놀이관찰은 유아의 놀이성에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 보육교사의 소진이 유아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향에서 보육교사의 놀이민감성은 부적인 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 소진이 유아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향에서 구체적으로 보육교사의 놀이지원, 유아이해, 놀이관찰이 부적 매개변인으로 작용했다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 놀이성에 영향을 미치는 교사의 놀이민감성 신장을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of play sensitivity in the effect of childcare teacher's burnout on children’s playfulness. To this end, data were collected from 243 childcare teachers and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS macro 3.5.3. The results of this study are as follows. First, the childcare teacher's burnout had a negative effect on play support, play analysis, child comprehension, play observation, and children’s playfulness. In addition, childcare teacher's play support, child comprehension, and play observation had a positive effect on children’s playfulness. Second, in the effect of childcare teacher's burnout on children’s playfulness, play sensitivity had a negative mediating effect. Third, in the effect of childcare teacher's burnout on children’s playfulness, play support, child comprehension, and play observation had a negative mediating effect. Finally, in the effect of childcare teacher's burnout on children's playfulness, the mediating effects of play support, child comprehension, and play observation, which are the sub-factors of play sensitivity, did not differ in size. The results of this study will provide basic data for improving the play sensitivity of teachers, which affects children's playfulness.
