        암 환자 가족원의 소진 관련 변인들 간의 관계 구조

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct a structural equational model to explain and predict burnout in family caregivers of patients with cancer. The study was based on the Stress-Appraisal-Coping Model of Lazarus and Folkman (1984) and Family Stress Theory (Hill, 1958). Methods: Data were collected from July 10 to September 30, 2012 through direct interviews and a self -report questionnaire survey. Participants in this study were 206 family caregivers providing care for patients with cancer in In-patient or Out-patient departments of three different general hospitals located in Busan. Measured variables were exogenous variables (social support and perceived health status) and endogenous variables (perceived stress, hope and burnout). Results: Goodness of fit in the hypothetical model was χ²=174.07, TLI=.95, CFI=.97, RMSEA=.08. Perceived health status, perceived stress, and hope showed statistically significant direct effects on burnout of family caregivers. Social support affected burnout of family caregivers indirectly. These variables explained 68.5% of total variance in burnout. Conclusion: The results from this study suggest that perceived stress, perceived health status, and hope should be considered as major influential factors when developing nursing interventions to control burnout of family caregivers (of patients with cancer).

However, to improve existing production methods, various factors must be considered. In this study, we implemented a digital twin model of the production line of a mask manufacturing plant to analyze the efficiency of the existing production methods and the automated production methods considered as improvement measures, and to support the decision-making process for the companys production method selection.

        긍정심리학 기반 집단미술치료프로그램이 대학생의 대인관계 향상에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a group art therapy program based on positive psychology on the interpersonal relationship of university students. To conduct this study, 10 students, scoring less than a -1 standard deviation of the average on the Relationship change Scale(RCS) test for students who are attending a university in Chungbuk area, were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with five students in each group. The experimental group underwent the group art therapy program based on positive psychology for 90 minutes each session, once a week for a total of 10 sessions. As the tools for the effectiveness measurement of program, the RCS developed by Schelin and Guerney(1971) and translated by Moon Sun-Mo(1980), and Kinetic School Drawings(KSD) developed by Song Myung-ja(2010) were used. For statistical processing, t-test was performed by using SPSS 18.0. The results were as follows. First, the experimental group more significantly improved the post test score of RCS and KSD than the control group. Second, there was a positive change in the responses of KSD as a result of the group art therapy program for university students. In conclusion, the group art therapy program based on positive psychology is effective for improving interpersonal relationships of university students. 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 긍정심리학 기반 집단미술치료프로그램을 실시하여 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구를 위하여 충북에 소재한 J대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 가운데 대인관계검사(RCS)를 실시하여 점수의 표준편차 -1이하에 해당되는 10명을 대상으로 실험집단에 5명, 통제집단에 5명을 무선 배치하여 집단을 구성하였다. 실험집단에는 긍정심리학 기반 집단미술치료프로그램을 매주 1회 90분씩 10회에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 효과를 알아보기 위한 연구도구로는 문선모(1980)가 Schelin과 Guerney(1971)이 개발한 대인관계검사(RCS)를 번안한 평가척도와 송명자(2010)가 개발한 동적학교생활화(KSD) 평가척도를 사용하였다. 자료의 통계분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생을 대상으로 긍정심리학 기반 집단미술치료프로그램을 실시한 결과 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 대인관계검사(RCS), 동적학교생활화(KSD)의 사후점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하여 일반적 및 학교 대인관계에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 보여주었다. 둘째, 대학생을 대상으로 긍정심리학 기반 집단미술치료프로그램을 실시한 결과 실험집단의 동적학교생활화(KSD) 반응 특성에서 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해보면, 긍정심리학 기반 집단미술치료프로그램이 대학생의 대인관계 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있다.

        암환자를 돌보는 가족원의 스트레스, 대처방식과 소진의 관계

        Purpose: The study was to examine the relationships between stress, ways of coping and burnout among family caregivers of cancer patients. Methods: Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires from 207 family caregivers of cancer patients at one university hospital and one general hospital in Busan, Korea. The instruments included a Stress Scale, a Ways of Coping Scale and a Burnout Scale. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients with the SPSS WIN 19.0 program. Results: Stress was found to have significant relationships with age, relation to the patient, education, monthly income, degree of care-giving, financial burden and activities of daily living of patient. In active coping, there were significant differences according to education and religion. Passive coping was significantly related to gender. In burnout, there were significant differences according to age, relation to the patient, education, occupational status, monthly income, degree of care-giving, financial burden and activities of daily living of patient. Stress and burnout showed a positive correlation, while there was a negative correlation between burnout and active coping. Conclusion: These results suggest that promoting active coping would better support family caregivers of cancer patients in managing burnout effectively.

        보건의료 전공 대학생의 사이버시민성, 전문직간 핵심역량 인식, 전문직 정체성의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 보건의료 전공 대학생의 사이버시민성, 전문직간 핵심역량 인식, 전문직 정체성의 관계를 파악하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 4개 도시의 5개 대학에서 보건의료 전공학과 재학 중인 3, 4학년 학생 217명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램으로 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé 검정, Pearson 상관계수 및 단계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 사이버시민성(r=.166, p=.015), 전문직간 핵심역량 인식(r=.534, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 전문직간 핵심역량 인식의 하위영역 중 가치와 윤리(r=.507, p<.001), 참여와 의사소통(r=.484, p<.001), 팀워크(r=.502, p<.001)는 전문직 가치관과도 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 보건의료 전공 대학생의 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 전공, 전공만족도, 전문직간 핵심역량 인식이었다. 이들 변수의 설명력은 39%이었으며, 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요인은 전문직간 핵심역량 인식(β=.481, p<.001)이었다. 따라서 보건의료 전공 대학생의 전문직 정체성의 향상을 위해서는 전문직간 핵심역량을 개발할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발이 필요하며, 교육기관과 실습기관의 적극적인 협력을 통해 긍정적인 전문직 정체성을 확립할 수 있는 환경의 조성이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between the cybercivility, PI-IPCC, professional identity in undergraduate healthcare students. . The sample consisted of 217 health department students enrolled in 5 colleges in 4 cities. Data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise regression using SPSS 20.0 program. As a result, cybercivility(r=.166, p=.015), PI-IPCC(r=.534, p<.001) was found to have a significant correlation with professional identity in undergraduate healthcare students. Analysis using multiple regression showed that 39% of factors predicting professional identity(F=34.148, p<.001) included major, major satisfaction and perception of interprofessional core competencies. The most significant factor affecting professional identity was PI-IPCC(β=.481, p<.001). Therefore, in order to form a desirable professional identity of undergraduate healthcare students, it is necessary to develop program for interprofessional education, such as teamwork based on value and ethic, communication and participation, through cooperation between the school and the training institute.

        다문화 청소년의 이중문화수용태도에 대한 종단 연구: 잠재성장모형의 적용

        Purpose: This study aimed to longitudinally explore the developmental trajectory of bicultural acceptance attitudes among multicultural adolescents from elementary school to high school and to investigate the relative importance of factors affecting such developmental trajectories. Method: Data from the first to the ninth wave of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) were used, and the latent growth modeling (LGM) was employed. Factors influencing bicultural acceptance attitudes were divided into demographic factors, multicultural-related factors, psychological and emotional factors, and relational and environmental factors, and were incorporated into the model. Results: For the first research question, the results showed that the bicultural acceptance attitudes of multicultural adolescents followed a quadratic growth model. Specifically, from grade 4 to 6, the adolescents showed the increasing pattern in bicultural acceptance attitudes. However, after entering the middle school, their bicultural acceptance attitudes were decreased until high school. To answer the second research question, demographic factors (i.e., gender and mother's education level), multicultural-related factors (i.e., interest in the foreign-born parent's country, and national identity), and psychological and emotional factors (i.e., ego-resilience, life satisfaction, depression, and social withdrawal) had significant effects on the initial value of bicultural acceptance attitudes. For the third research question, however, the relational and environmental factors did not significantly affect the initial value, primary, and secondary growth rates. Conclusion: Based on the research results, policy implications related to bicultural acceptance attitudes of multicultural adolescents were suggested.

        졸업학년 간호대학생의 영성과 영적안녕이 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 영성, 영적안녕, 영적간호역량 정도를 확인하고, 이들 변수가 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 울산지역 소재 일개 간호학과에 재학 중인 4학년 256명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, hierarchical regression으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 종교의 중요성(F=3.896, p=.004), 전공만족도(F=8.086, p<.001), 학업성적(F=5.842, p=.003), 내세에 대한 믿음(t=.674, p=.023), 실습 중 영적간호 경험(t=3.946, p=.025)에 따라 영적간 호역량에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 영적간호역량의 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 영성(β=.438, p<.001), 영적안녕(β=.136, p=.014), 실습 중 영적간호 경험(β=.130, p=.013)이 영적간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었으며 전체 설명력은 35.0%로 나타났다. 따라서 졸업학년 간호대학생의 영적간호역량을 증진하기 위해서는 영성을 강화하고 영적안녕을 증진할 수 있는 영적간호역량 교육프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하며, 간호학부 정규 교육과정을 통해 영적간호실습의 기회가 제공되어야 할 것이다. This study attempted to identify the degree of spirituality, spiritual well-being, and spiritual care competency for senior nursing students and investigate the effect of these variables on spiritual care competency. Data were collected from 256 students, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation, and hierarchical regression using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The importance of religion (F=3.896, p=.004), satisfaction with major (F=8.086, p<.001), academic achievement (F=5.842, p=.003), existence of afterlife (t=.674, p=.023), and spiritual care experience during practice (t=3.946, p=.025) showed a significant difference in spiritual care competency. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis to confirm the factors affecting spiritual care competency, spirituality (β=.438, p<.001), spiritual well-being (β=.136, p=.014), experience of spiritual care (β=.130, p=.013) was identified as a factor affecting the spiritual care competency, and the total explanatory power was 35.0%. Therefore, to enhance the spiritual care competency of senior nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply an education program that can strengthen spirituality and promote spiritual well-being. In addition, opportunities for spiritual nursing practice should be provided through the regular curriculum.
