        우리나라의 일교차 변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 1954~2009년까지의 분석 기간을 1954~1987년과 1988~2009년으로 구분하여 일최고기온, 일최저기온, 일교차의 계절별 변화와 지역별 분포에 따른 그 변화 경향과 그 원인을 파악하였다. 일최고기온의 기온 상승 경향은 전후반기 뚜렷한 변화가 없으나 일최저기온은 전반기보다 후반기에 뚜렷하게 상승하여 일교차는 감소하는 경향이다. 계절별로 구분하였을 때 봄철의 일교차는 약간의 상승 경향이고 가을철은 감소 경향이 뚜렷하다. 지역별로는 대도시 지역이 중소도시보다 일교차 감소가 크고 비도시 지역은 일교차가 상승하는 경향이다. 대도시와 중소도시 지역의 일교차는 봄철의 운량과 가을철의 일조시간의 영향이 크다. 비도시 지역은 봄철에는 운량, 가을철에는 강수일수의 영향이 크다. This paper investigates the changes of diurnal temperature range (DTR) by season and region in South Korea using daily maximum temperature and daily minimum temperature from 1954 to 2009. It also attempts to find what causes these changes. The daily minimum temperature distinctively increased during the latter half of the research period (1988~2009) than the first half of the year (1954~1987) leading decreases in DTR, while the rise in daily maximum temperature was not distinct during the research period. The DTR shows slightly increasing trend in spring, but decreasing trend in fall. The DTR is decreasing in urban region while it is increasing in rural area. The degree of the DTR decrease is bigger in large urban region than in medium-small urban region. The DTR in urban region is affected by the amount of clouds in spring and the duration of sunshine in fall. The DTR in rural area is affected by the amount of clouds in spring and the number of days with precipitation in fall.

        한국의 유역별 연속건조일의 변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 한국에서 6개(한강유역, 낙동강유역, 금강유역, 섬진강·영산강유역, 동해안지역, 도서지역) 유역별로 가뭄의 변화경향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 무 강수일과 관련된 3개의 극한강수지수를 분석하였다. 최대연속건조일수의 변화지속성은 전 기간에 걸쳐 뚜렷하지 않고 변동성이 크다. 낙동강유역과 섬진강·영산강유역이 한강유역과 금강 유역에 비하여 변동 폭이 크다. 최근 낙동강유역과 섬진강·영산강유역에서 그 변동 폭이 더 커지고 있다. 최대연속건조기의 출현은 대부분 유역에서 가을과 겨울철에 빈번하다. 낙동강유역은 겨울철 가뭄이 특징적이다. 평균연속건조일수의 변화는 최대연속건조일수에 비하여 연 변동성이 작고 금강과 섬진강·영산강유역의 최근 증가경향은 지속적이다. 낙동강유역은 연속건조일의 평균값과 중앙값의 차가 크며, 이는 다른 유역에 비해 연속건조일의 장기간 출현가능성이 높음을 의미한다. This study is aimed to examine the variability of consecutive dry days in South Korea. The country is divided into six basins including Han river, Nakdong river, Geum river. Seomjin·Yeongsan river, Eastern Coast area and Island area, and three extreme precipitation indices-related to dry days are analyzed at sixty weather stations. Trends of max number of consecutive dry days were unstable during 1973~2010. Variability range of max number of consecutive dry days trends in Nakdong and Seomjin·Yeongsan river was larger than that in Han and Geum river. Recently, the range in Nakdong and Seomjin·Yeongsan river was bigger and bigger. Maximum dry spell was observed in autumn and winter in most of riverbasins. Especially, Maximum dry spell in winter was more frequent than in other seasons in Nakdong river. Variability range of persistence dry spells was smaller than that of max number of consecutive dry days. However, the increasing trends of the Geum river and the Seomjin· Yeongsan river are statistically significant in recent. In Nakdong river, difference between persistence dry spell average and persistence dry spell median was larger than any other riverbasin. It means that there is strong possibility of occurrence of long term consecutive dry days in Nakdong river.

        산업클러스터 형성과 발달의 정치경제

        Recently, the concept of industry cluster has received wide attention from lots of countries as a tool for enhance their competitiveness. Extant literatures on clusters intend to offer practical implications in the formation of successful clusters in Korea. As yet, however, those studies show a strong tendency to take a cluster just a regional or local entity, which is a more complicated entity that embeds itself in political economic context of a country in a specific period. Instead of rehashing the previous work on clusters, this article discuss Gumi industrial park in Korea and Silicon Valley in the United States, the most successful clusters in each country, and explores the close linkage between political economic systems and development pattern of these clusters. It then elaborates some policy and academic implications from a comparative political economic view.

        대만 지식경제의 성장과 발전국가 재편에 대한 시사점

        Deriving insights from active role of the state in boosting knowledge-based economy under developmental state context, this study argues that the growth of knowledge economy is one of key factors in explaining changes of developmental state. And this study examines changes of the state's role and state-private business relations during operation process of Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park, which was created by the state as a tool for boosting high-tech industry. Then shows a major finding that the state's role has changed from creator to facilitator, and state-private business relations has changed from state corporatist to societal corporatist. Considering that the core characteristics of developmental state is a dominant position of the state in state-private business relations, changes of interaction pattern between the state and private business in Taiwan reveals new aspects of Taiwanese developmental state in the era of knowledge economy. However it is hard to find out striking decline of state capacity or autonomy itself. Therefore this study confirms significance of careful analysis that separates changes of political economic spheres at micro level from structural transformation of the state at macro level. Also this study implies a need for more detailed analysis of changing aspects of East Asian developmental state, considering multi-dimensional and multi-scalar factors.

        한국의 유역별 호우변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 호우의 변화경향을 유역별로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 한국을 6개의 유역으로 나누고 호우와 관련된 7개의 극한강수지수를 분석하여 변화지속성을 파악하였다. 호우량은 호우일수보다 증가경향이 더 지속적이다. 일강수량이 50mm 이상 강수일수와 95 퍼센타일 이상 강수량의 증가경향이 가장 지속적이다. 호우관련지수는 분석기간 동안 대부분 증가경향이지만 한강 유역, 낙동강 상류지역, 동해안 지역이 다른 유역에 비해 증가경향이 뚜렷하다. 금강 유역과 섬진강 유역은 호우의 증가경향이 통계적으로 유의하지 않고 변동성이 크다. 호우의 증가경향은 1970년대 중반 이후 한강과 낙동강 유역에서 지속적이지만 2000년대 중반 이후 증가경향이 지속적으로 나타나는 지점들이 감소한다. 이는 최근 호우의 빈도와 강도가 더욱 불규칙해지고 있음을 의미한다. This study is aimed to examine the change on extreme precipitation events in South Korea. The country is divided into six basins, and seven extreme precipitation indices-related to heavy rainfall are analyzed at sixty weather stations. The increasing trend in amount of heavy rainfall is more stable than that in days of heavy rainfall. The increasing trend is the most stable when days of rainfall are more than 50 mm, or rainfall is over the 95th percentile. The precipitation indices-related to heavy rainfall was mostly increasing during analysis period. Especially, basins of the Han river, the upper Nakdong river, and the Eastern coast show significantly increasing trends compared to the other basins. However, the increasing trends of the Geum river and the Seomjin river are not statistically significant. Heavy rainfall events had stably increased in the Han and the Nakdong rivers since the mid-1970s. However, the number of stably increasing regions has decreased since the mid-2000s. It means that the frequency and intensity of the recent heavy rainfall become more irregular.

        대형 댐 건설이 주변 지역의 안개 특성에 미친 영향 - 주암댐과 충주댐을 사례로 -

        This paper examined the impacts of dam cinstruction on fog characteristics over surrounding areas. Juamdam which only supplies the water for use and Chungjudam which generates electricity were selected. The number of and foggy days, fog occurrence and dissipation time and the differences of each lake water temperature and air temperature at Sunchun and Chungju were analyzed. After the construction of dam, the relative humidity and water vapor pressure were decreased at Sunchun and Chungju, The number of foggy days did not increase ay Sunchun. The number of foggy days did not increase at Sunchun while largely incresesd at chungju. Just because jamdam were contained water, the water baper pressure at surrounding areas of the weather station were largely decreased. It delayed the time of fog occurrence by bringing out the decrease of steam fog. The foggy days increased over the chungju area due to difference between air and cold outlet water temperature. the increse of foggy days mainlty resulted from evporatin during colder seasons from the temperature inversion over the water surface during warmer seasons.

        To solve the problem that the LCD monitor dazzles person's eyes, we focused on LCD monitor development to realize stabile vision. The method to materialize low luminance is adding LED BLU on the side of the existing light guide plate combined CCFL BLU at the top and the bottom. The several experiments about this BLU produced results of increased light quantity, improved brightness uniformity under the dark condition, and reduced power consumption. These results show that it is cheaper than existing LED BLU and has the possibility to realize stabile vision.
