        천연 식물 추출물에서 Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 활성 억제제의 분리 및 특성화에 관한 연구

        Three different oriental natural plants (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Sanguisorba Officinalis L, Euonymus alatus) were extracted with 70% methanol under refluxing for 4 hr in order to investigate their inhibitory effect on Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) by a modified gelatin zymography, where only euonymus alatus showed the inhibitory effect on the activity of Matrix MMP-9. The fraction was collected by using the mixture of ethyl acetate and hexane on silica gel column. Seven portions were obtained and three fractions of them (first, third and forth) showed inhibitory effect on the zymography. To verify the effect of these substances on cells, human hepatoma, Hep3B cells as a cancer model, and Chang liver cells as a normal model were selected. In order to examine the cell viability, 1 g/mL of each extract was treated on cells. Most of the methanol soluble fractions showed negligible toxicity on human liver cell line.

        VR 기반 몰입형 빙어낚시게임의 설계 및 구현

        Smelt fishing is one of the representative winter activities in Korea, and The Ministry of Culture and Tourism selected the smelt festival as a representative regional festival. Although smelt fishing is a popular leisure activity, it is difficult for ordinary people to experience it individually. With the recent development of a mobile-based smelt fishing game, the ordinary people can easily experience smelt fishing. However, it is difficult to provide high presence and high immersion with existing mobile-based smelt fishing games. VR technology is needed to solve this problem. In this paper, we propose a VR-based immersive smelt fishing game composed of a virtual environment considering real smelt fishing environment and a VR controller shaped like a smelt fishing rod. In the virtual environment, the fishing rod moves according to the movement of the VR controller held by the user. and so that the user can recognize that smelt bites, The virtual environment send the data packet which operate vibration motor to VR controller and then user is provided with haptic information(vibration) about of virtual environment was modeled with reference to the objects(smelt rod, fishing rod holder, bucket, bobber) that can be seen in the real smelt fishing environment. And since the graphic model developed in this study is used as an element of virtual environment map composition, virtual environment can provide high presence to users. The VR controller consists of a microcontroller, a vibration motor, a rotating motion sensor, a wired communication module, and a smelt rod-shaped housing. The VR controller shaped like a smelt fishing rod can give the user the sensation of holding a real smelt fishing rod. In addition, user evaluation was conducted to verify the empirical validity of the developed VR controller. The proposed VR-based immersive smelt fishing game is expected to be widely used for other fishing games and fishing-related festivals or programs.

        Melanine 생성 저해제로서 Vanillyl alcohol Carbamate Pro-Drug의 합성 및 생화학적 분석

        Based on our study with o-quinone generation and its adduct formation, a series of alkyl and arylcarbamate pro-drugs of vanillyl alcohol was designed, prepared and tested for their biochemical activity. Compounds MPC-003, MPC-007 and MPC-011 inhibited melanin synthesis weakly in B16 cell. Aralkyl dicarbamate MPC-004 was active for the mushroom tyrosinase and failed to inhibit melanin synthesis in B16cell. The preparation of the other analogs based on current findings is ongoing. These carbamate pro-drugs of vanillyl alcohol may prove therapeutic as melanin synthesis inhibitors

        Methimazole의 Pro-drug들에 의한 Melanin생성 억제와 생물활성

        A small series of carbamate and urea pro-drugs of methimazole was synthesized and tested as melanin synthesis inhibitors. Most of carbamate compounds inhibited melanin synthesis in B16 cells, but many of them were inactive against mushroom tyrosinase activity, oxdation and glycation except for compound 1 which showed moderate activity of anti-oxidation. The activity of compounds 1 and 20 was weak in the inhibition of melanin synthesis in B16 cells, and compounds 21 and 27 showed moderate activity with toxicity. All of the urea prodrugs showed toxicity. The preparation of the other analogs derived from compounds 20 and 21 as well as their biological assays is ongoing. These prodrugs of methimazole may provide therapeutic potential as skinwhitening agents.

        군용품에서 잠재지문 현출에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 컵, 쟁반, 받침대 등의 군용품에서 nAg 분말과 시판 silver powder, green powder,magnetic pink powder 등으로 현출하고 또, CA fuming 현출 후 현출제 재처리 등의 방법으로 현출하였다. 그리고 대상시료에 대하여 라만분광기, 적외선분광기 등 기초자료 분석을 통해 물리적 특성이 잠재지문 현출효율에 미치는 연관성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 페놀 수지는 시판 magnetic pink powder과 제조 nAg 분말, 멜라민 수지는 CA fuming 후 시판 magnetic pink powder과 제조nAg 분말로 재처리한 방법, 폴리에틸렌 수지에서는 제조 nAg 분말을 사용한 현출이 우수하였다. 또한 대상시료의 물리적 특성 분석을 통해 현출효율과의 연관성을 확인할 수 있어, 범죄현장에서 기초자료 분석이 가능한 휴대장비를 통해 우선적으로 분석하고 증거물 특성에 적합한 현출방법을 적용해야겠다.

        몇 가지 천연 추출물의 특정성분에 대한 동정과 Melanin 생성억제

        독성의 한 가지 형태로 Melanin 색소의 생성을 저해하는 화합물을 탐색하기 위하여 해외 자생식물 추출물(1-6)을 대상으로 특정한 화합물(A-F)을 GC/MS로 동정하고 특이구조를 갖는 성분들을 선별하였다. 추출물과 선별한 화합물에 대하여 Tyrosinase 저해활성, B16 세포에서 멜라닌 생성 억제효과, 산화 및 당화 억제효과, 등을 분석한 결과, 추출물 2, 3, 5 및 6중에 함유된 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol (A)이 4가지 실험에서 모두 긍정적인 효과를 보였을 뿐 아니라, 가장 효과적인 Melanin 색소의 생성 저해제로 판단되었다. 그러나 물질안전 보건자료(MSDS)의 결과에 따르면 A를 포함하여 B, C 및 E은 눈에 대하여 심한 자극을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

        천연 식물 추출물에서 멜라닌생성 억제물질의 동정과 생화학적 특성

        본 연구에서는 (주)코스비전에서 분양받은 6가지의 에탄올 천연 추출물에 대한 화학적 구성을 GC/MS로 분석하였다. 주요 성분으로는 각 시료에서 공통적으로 Saturated fatty acid인 Palmitic acid와 Stearic acid, Unsaturated fatty acid인 Oleic acid, Sterol 중에서는 콜레스테롤(Cholest-5-en-3-ol), 시토스테롤(sitosterol), 캄페스테롤(campesterol), 스티그마스테롤(stigmasterol) 등이 검출되었다. 이 후 에탄올 천연 추출물은 티로지나아제(Tyrosinase) 활성억제 효과, B16 세포에서 멜라닌 생성억제 효과, 산화(oxdation)및 당화(glycation)억제 효과 등을 분석하여 멜라닌 억제에 관련된 생리활성을 알아보았다.

        공동주택의 노후 급수관 개선방안에 관한 연구

        The water supply galvanized steel pipes of apartment buildings in Bucheon city constructed with building permission before 1994 have many problems such as leaks, the water containing rust, and low water pressure due to corrosion. Therefore, this study aims to find a way to renew the water supply pipes under investigation through a survey. As a result, when replacing the galvanized steel pipe with the corrosion-resistant pipe, the water supply system should also be changed from the gravity tank system to the booster pump system and the hygienic water storage tank. It is necessary to redraft the long-term repair plan including the replacement of the water supply system. Also, it is necessary to save the allowance reserve according to the modified long-term repair plan.

        The purpose of this study was to compared blood lipids level in male childrens. Aged are 10-12 years. There are participated in obese, athletes, and general male childrens. We evaluated the underwater weighing body compositions, plasma triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels. in this study, the underwater weight and body density were highest in athlete group compared other groups. The percent body at was higher in obese children than other groups. Furthermore, plasma TG level was higher in obese children group than the other two groups. Serum TC, LDL-C concentration were higher in obese children group than the other two groups. Also, Serum HDL-C level was high in obese children group compared other two groups.
