65-nm CMOS 공정을 이용하여 무선전력전송 수신부 IC 에 적용가능한 저전압강하(Low Drop-Out; LDO) 레귤레이터 회로를 설계하였다. LDO 레귤레이터는 리플을 제거하여 안정적인 전압을 공급할 수 있도록 3 개의 귀환 루프를 이용하여 고주파 대역으로 극점을 이동시켜, 전원공급 제거비(power supply rejection ratio; PSRR) 특성을 개선시켰다. 오류증폭기(error amplifier)의 트랜지스터 외형비를 최적화하여 삼중루프 LDO 레귤레이터의 전력 효율을 개선시켜 -26 dB @ 13.56 MHz 의 PSRR 특성을 얻었다.

개선된 부하 변동률을 갖는 다중 루프 저전압강하 레귤레이터 설계

28-nm CMOS 공정을 이용하여 무선전력전송 수신부 IC 에 적용가능한 다중 루프 저전압강하(Low Drop-Out; LDO) 레귤레이터 회로를 설계하였다. LDO 레귤레이터는 출력 저항에 안정적인 전압을 공급할 수 있도록 두 개의 오류 증폭기 (error amplifier)를 사용하여 부하 변동률을 개선시켰다. 1.4 – 2.2 V 의 입력 전압에서 1.2 V 을 출력을 얻고 있으며 64.77 mV/V 의 전압 변동률을 보이고 있다. 부하 전류 변화에 따른 출력 전압 변화율은 0.0077 mV/mA 이며 –20 dB 의 전원공급제거비(power supply rejection ratio; PSRR) 특성을 얻었다.

Intelligent Food Packaging, Distribution Management System tracks the real-time location and temperature information through the food distribution process and optimizes the supply chain in order to satisfy the consumers who want to purchase high quality food. This system uses RFID, sensor network, temperature-history indicator, smart device, etc. to collect information necessary for management of distribution. To develope system, hardware costs, software costs, and labor expenses should be invested. Furthermore, the effects of system can be calculated quantitatively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual cost and benefit of Gyeonggi Agricultural Cooperative Federation’s school meal Kimchi supply chain. Cost-benefit analysis is conducted on the different scenarios, and they differ depending on the depth of interest in traceability of different supply chain participants. As a result of this study, we hope to build an environment that can provide transparent food information to different participants of supply chain, support successful supply chain management, and finally improve all participants’satisfaction.

Food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis (FDEIA) is a specific variant of anaphylaxis that requires both vigorous physical activity and the ingestion of specific causative foods. In particular, occurrence for FDEIA is rarely associated with apples. A 17-year-old male experienced generalized urticaria, dyspnea, headache, vomiting, and presyncope after ingestion of an apple and then 2 hours of exercise. The skin prick test showed a strong positive reaction to apple crude allergen extract, whereas the results of an open food challenge and exercise provocation tests were negative. However, the exercise test after apple consumption provoked a positive reaction with generalized urticaria, dyspnea, and presyncope. We detected 17 kD IgE-reactive protein band in immunoblotting assay with apple crude extract and patient’s serum.(Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2015;3:224-227)
검정곰팡이의 분화에 있어서 고인산뉴클레오티드의 출현 및 8-아자구아닌 , 시클로헥시미드의 영향에 관한 연구

Aspergillus niger van Tieghem was cultured by the method of synchronous and submerged culture. Throughout the culture, sporulation was occured. Highly phosphoryatee nucleotides in sporulating mycelia were detected to assure whether the eucaryotic Aspergillus niger produce these substances or not during the differentiation. Phosphorylated nucleotides were extracted from the conidiophore, bearing mycelia and spore forming body, these nucleotides were identified by TLC with P,E.I. cellulose. Guanosine tetraphosphate was found in both phialide forming mycelia and spore forming body. The contents of free amino acids were assayed and its level was found to increase at early stage of sporulation. The effects of 8-azaguanine examined, it was found to prevent spore formation and to made abnormal structure. The effects of inosinic monophosphate and guanosine monophosphate on spore formation were examined, spore formation was enhanced by these nucleotides.
푸른 곰팡이의 형태분화에 따른 생화학적 변화에 대한 연구

Differentiation of Penicillium chrysogenum YUFE 1308 during shake and submerged culture was studied. Practical media of penicillium production and synchronizing culture technique were involved in the experiments. Changes of the levels in mycelial ribonucleic acid, total proteins, total carbohydrates, residual sugars, nitrate ions, and pH values are determined. Sporulation of this fungus occurred in submerged culture at 24 hours after replacement when the levels of residual glucose had decreased and nitrogen source had been limited. Optimal range of pH was between 5.4 to 5.8. Synthetic rates of total proteins, total RNAs and total carbohydrates in the mycelia decreased when sporulation is induced. Branching of the hyphae occurred when levels of residual sugars, nitrate ions and pH values had fallen respectively in shake culture at 48 hours after hyphal growth. Antibiotic activities were detectable in the extraction of culture broth from presporulation and sporulating stages.
