유니버셜 디자인 요소 추출과 재활훈련기기 디자인 개발 사례연구

최근 질병에 대한 치료비 과다 증가에 따른 막대한 사회적 비용이 예상되고 이러한 치료비 부담을 억제하기 위해서는 질병 발생 이전의 예방과 이후의 비 수술 재활치료의 중요성이 부각되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 작업재활치료 제품의 문제점과 단점을 분석하고, 피사용자의 니즈를 찾아내어 디자인요소를 추출하고 디자인하여 PPP평가(Product Performance Program)를 통하여 UD(Universal Design) 달성도를 평가하여 객관성이 높은 디자인을 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 첫 번째 단계로 재활치료에 쓰이고 있는 기존 제품들을 조사하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 두 번째 단계로 환자와 치료사, 의사의 니즈(needs)와 사용 행태를 분석하여 키워드를 추출하였다. 문제점분석과 니즈, 사용자분석을 통하여 얻어진 조사 내용을 바탕으로 제품의 컨셉을 도출하고, 디자인을 전개하여 PPP평가(Product Performance Program)를 통해 디자인을 선택하였다. 선택된 최종 모델은 프로토타입(Prototype)으로 제작하여 평가하였다. 재활기기가 갖는 특성에 맞는 디자인 프로세스를 통하여 디자인을 진행시킨 결과를 향후 이와 유사한 제품디자인에 적용이 가능할 것이다. 본 제품이 기존 재활치료의 취약점을 보완하여 뇌졸중 환자뿐만이 아니라 여러 사고로 인해 재활이 필요한 다양한 환자들의 삶의 질을 향상시키고 고부가가치화 하는 것이 가능할 것으로 본다. Modern society is rapidly transforming into an aging society. For this reason, silver and healthcare industries is growing. With establishing growth plans for advanced concepts, not only the domestic country but also developed countries widen the investment in medical device industries. Recently, due to excessive increase of medical expense, there have been increased huge social costs. To control the costs, the importance of preventions before the outbreak of diseases and non-surgical therapies after operations is being emphasized. In this study, in the first step, we analyze the problems with the association rules discovery method, which is investigate the existing products that have been used in rehabilitation treatment. Next, after creating and analyzing a scenario about doctors’ needs and behaviors, we have developed the guideline for each element of products. Based on the researches, in the next step of the design development, we produced concepts of the products and proceeded the idea sketches and the 3D modeling, then final design was selected by the product performance program (PPP) assessment. Making the selected model into a prototype and taking a usability test for them, we wish to develop contents (UI), improving conveniences in and curative influences on situations of actual uses of the rehabilitation equipment.

O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스 특성 신뢰 만족도와 지속사용의도 간의 영향관계

본 연구는 최근 O2O 플랫폼 서비스 시장에서 활성화가 되고 있는 외식배달 O2O 플랫폼 서비스의 이용특성 요인을 규명하고, 이와 같은 특성요인과 O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 사업자 및 공급자(외식업체)의 신뢰, 만족도, 지속사용의도 간의 구조적 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 설문조사는 외식배달 분야의 O2O 플랫폼 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 수행하였으며, 최종 유효표본 471부가 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구의 가설검증을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스 이용특성 중 오락성, 경제성, 이용용이성, 상호작용성은 O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스 사업자의 신뢰를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스 이용특성 중에서 경제성, 상호작용성, 오락성이 O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 공급자의 신뢰를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스 사업자 및 공급자에 대한 신뢰는 O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스에 대한 고객만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스 공급자의 신뢰는 O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스의 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지만, O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스 사업자의 신뢰는 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고객들에게 실제 주문한 음식을 제공해주는 음식점인 O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 공급자와의 형성된 신뢰가 O2O 외식배달 플랫폼 서비스를 계속적으로 이용하고자 하는 데에 더 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

디자인지원사업의 평가체계 개발에 관한 기초연구 : 평가분석과 평가지표를 중심으로

연구배경 국내 중소·중견기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략으로 기술혁신(Technology Innovation)을 주로 채택해 왔으나, 최근에는 디자인혁신(Design Innovation)에 의한 제품개발을 기업 경쟁력제고 방안으로 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 지원사업도 증가하고 있으나, 최근 정부부처 등 관련기관에서 수행하고 있는 지원사업들이 단기적인 결과물 도출과 성과 창출에만 머물러 있어 사업의 관리와 평가의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 연구방법 첫째, 디자인지원사업의 명확한 개념을 살펴보고, 선행연구와 문헌을 검토한다. 둘째, 국내 디자인지원사업의 현황 분석을 통해 평가지표의 문제점을 도출하였다. 또한, 1차 항목들을 추출하였다. 셋째, 이를 종합적으로 살펴본 결과를 토대로 기존 평가체계를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과 디자인지원사업은 기술사업화 평가지표들의 연구와 자료에 비하여 그 내용이 현저히 부족한 상태이다. 이에 따라 디자인지원사업만을 위하여 중소기업과 디자인기업을 각각 전문적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가항목들을 재정리하여야 한다. 하지만, 사업에 따른 평가들은 가변성을 주어 상황과 사업의 성격에 맞게 조정할 수 있어야할 것이다. 또한, 평가단계의 적정성 또한 검토하여 불필요한 단계는 줄이고, 중요도에 따라 비중을 높여야 할 것이다. 이러한 평가지표와 단계의 기준이 설정되면, 이에 맞는 평가위원회 구성 또한 가이드라인이 필요하다. 결론 기관별 사업평가지표와 전문가조사결과, 기업별 평가지표, 평가단계의 재설정, 평가위원회 구성의 문제점이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 기관별, 지자체의 모든 디자인 관련 사업을 총괄할 수는 없겠지만 사업을 진행할 시 기본 평가의 틀을 마련하여 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Background While small and medium-sized Korean companies have mostly adopted technological innovation as a strategy to strengthen their competitiveness, they have recently been pushing for product development through design innovation as a way to enhance corporate competitiveness. The importance of management and evaluation of projects has recently emerged as support projects have only remained to generate short-term results and generate results. Methods First, examine the clear concept of design support project, examine the preceding study and literature. Second, problems in assessment indexes were derived through analysis of the current status of domestic design support projects. Also, primary items were extracted. Third, based on the results of a comprehensive review, measures were proposed to improve the existing evaluation system. Results The design support project is significantly lacking in contents compared to the research and data of the technology commercialization assessment indexes. Therefore, the assessment items that can be evaluated professionally by small and medium-sized enterprises and design companies should be readjusted for the purpose of design support projects. Conclusion Problems in project assessment indicators and expert survey results by agency, assessment indicators by company, reset of assessment steps, and composition of assessment committees were drawn out. Through this research, it is not possible to oversee all design-related projects of each agency or local government, but it is deemed that they can be utilized when carrying out the project

급격한 도시 증심의 발전으로 인하여 도시와 농촌간의 소득격차는 심화되고, 농촌의 경제가 위기 상황에 놓여 있다. 이러한 소득 문제를 극복할 수 있는 수단으로 다양한 분야에서의 정책적 방법과 지원책이 쏟아져 나오고 있는데, 그 중 ‘6차 산업’에 관한 연구가 확산되고 있다. 6차 산업은 농업의 부가가치를 창출하는 산업으로서, 디자인과 접목된 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 6차 산업과 팜 디자인에 대해 이해하고, 6차 산업의 구성요소를 조사·분석하여 성공적인 팜 디자인을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 농림축산식품부에서 발표한 대표적인 우수사례를 선정하고, 6차 산업과 관련된 연구 사례를 통하여 구성요소를 추출하였다. 조사 분석 결과, 현재 6차 산업의 우수사례들은 ‘체험’과 연계된 사업 중 지역의 시각적 이미지와 관련된 사업에 중점을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구자는, 첫째, 기존 농촌사업의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 6차 산업과 연계시켜 민,관,학,연이 상호협력으로 융복합적인 사업이 이루어져야 하며, 둘째, 농촌 어메니티 자원의 전통성을 보존함과 동시에 조화될 수 있는 디자인을 연구하여야 한다. 셋째, 체험과 관련된 산업을 중점으로 소비자를 위한 적극적인 개발이 필요할 것이다.
