        악하선에 발생한 거대 타석증의 치험례

        Sialolithiasis is the most common disease caused by calculi in a salivary gland and its duct. The pain and swelling of salivary gland is a chief complaint of patients presenting. Most salivary gland calculi occur in the submandibular gland, but can also occur in the parotid gland and the sublingual gland. One giant sialolith is rarely reported, while the several cases of one or multiple sialolith in the submandibular gland have reported in the literatures. In this case, we have removed the sialolith in which perforated mouth floor along Wharton's duct and report it.

        하악 과두부에 발생한 골연골종의 치험례

        Osteochondroma is one of the most common benign tumors of the axial skeleton, but is rarely found in the facial bones. Osteochondroma shows an irregular radiopaque lesion and chondromatic area surrounded by osteoma. It may appear different findings as calcification levels. When it develops in the long bone, it has a marked tendency in the ages from 10 to 20 years and ceases with the end of pubertal growth. However, when it develops in the condyle, it is prevalent in the third decades (average 39.2 years) and continues to develop. Lesions developed in the long bone have a predilection for men (M:F = 2:1), but for women in the mandible. Osteochondroma is differentiated from chondroma, osteochondromatosis and osteoma. Mandibular condyle osteochondroma presents asymptomatic facial swelling, rarely posterior openbite, pain during mouth opening and internal derangement of the temporomandibular joint disc due to condylar lengthening and condylar hyperplasia. The first choice of treatment of the massive osteochondroma is the surgical removal. We report osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle showing good result to treat the lesion.

        소화용 마이크로캡슐을 함유한 소화 벽지의 개발

        최근의 화재 사건들을 보면 노래방, 고시원 같은 좁고 밀폐된 공간에서의 화재만이 아니라 목욕탕, 물류창고 등넓은 공간에서의 화재가 발생하며, 특히 좁은 공간에서의 화재는 벽지를 통해 급격한 화재 확산과 그로 인해 발생하는 대량의 유독가스로 인해 골든타임이 단축되고, 현장에서 대피하지 못해 많은 인명피해가 일어나고 있다. 이에 대한 대책으로 불에 잘 타지 않는 방염성을 부여한 다양한 벽지가 개발되고 있지만, 방염 성분이 일반 벽지보다 5배이상의 CO를 배출해 더 심각한 인명피해를 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 불길 확산의 주원인인 벽지에 소화 성능을 함유시켜 화재 발생 시 대피 시간 증가 및 불길 확산 억제의 효과를 기대하는 소화 벽지를 개발했다. 일반 물풀에소화용 마이크로 소화 캡슐을 함유해 일반 벽지의 전소 시간을 2 min에서 5 min으로 증가함을 확인했으며, 벽지 뒷면에 마이크로 소화 캡슐을 점착제 형태로 부착 후 전소 Test 및 45° 난연 시험에서 소화 유효성을 확인했으며, 열중량 분석(TGA)를 통해 반응 시작온도, Peak point, 반응 종료 온도 및 중량감소율을 확인하여 접착성 필름의 열적 특성을 확인하였으며, 시중의 방염 벽지와의 연기밀도를 비교해 유의한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. In this study, a wallpaper with fire-extinguishing properties was developed. This wallpaper is expected to increase theevacuation time and suppress the spread of flames in case of fire. It was confirmed that the fire-extinguishing time of anordinary wallpaper can be increased from 2 to 5 min by incorporating micro-extinguishing capsules in the general waterpool. After attaching microfire-extinguishing capsules in the form of a film on the back of the wallpaper, a burning testusing a torch and 45° flame retardant digestion was performed, and the thermal properties of the adhesive film were verifiedbased on the reaction start temperature, peak point, reaction end temperature, and weight reduction rate throughthermogravimetric analysis.

        S-대역 능동위상배열레이더용 수신전단기 연구

        In this paper, we described the design and measurement results of a Front-End Receiver for S-band active phased array radar. The Front-End Receiver has input P1dB of -4dBm and IIP3 of 7dBm. The measurement results show that gain is $24{\pm}0.7dB$, noise figure are less than 2.3dB over the frequency range of $fc{\pm}0.2GHz$. The Front-End Receiver can protect the receiver path from large input signals with a maximum peak power of multi-kW and recovery time is less than 0.8us. The measurement results satisfy all specifications.

        지하수 모델을 이용한 제주도 지하수 유동특성 및 수리전도도 분석

        We used numerical models to reliably analyze the groundwater flow and hydraulic conductivity on Jeju Island. To increase reliability, improvements were made to model application factors such as hydraulic watershed classification, groundwater recharge calculation by precipitation, hydraulic conduction calculation using the pilot point method, and expansion of the observed groundwater level. Analysis of groundwater flow showed that the model-calculated water level was similar to the observed value. However, the Seogwi and West Jeju watersheds showed large differences in groundwater level. These areas need to be analyzed by segmenting the distribution of the hydraulic conductivity. Analyzing the groundwater flow in a sub watershed showed that groundwater flow was similar to values from equipotential lines; therefore, the reliability of the analysis results could be improved. Estimation of hydraulic conductivity distribution according to the results of the groundwater flow simulation for all areas of Jeju Island showed hydraulic conductivity > 100 m/d in the coastal area and 1 - 45 m/d in the upstream area. Notably, hydraulic conductivity was 500 m/d or above in the lowlands of the eastern area, and it was relatively high in some northern and southern areas. Such characteristics were found to be related to distribution of the equipotential lines and type of groundwater occurrence.

        안중산 투여 후 증상호전을 보인 급성 소화성 궤양 환자 1례 증례보고

        Objectives : The prevalence of peptic ulcer disease is estimated about 10% in Korea, and has declined due to Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy. Symptoms of peptic ulcer are postprandial epigastric pain, hunger pain, anorexia, nauea, vomiting, soreness, postprandial fullness, postparandial discomfort. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Anjungsan in the improvement of the symptoms in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods : After taking Anjungsan to patient with peptic ulcer, Examined to assess the improvemnet by Ordinal Scale VI grade and VAS. Results : Patients with symptoms of the appeal was taking Anjungsan gets better after 3 dyas appeared to be more than half. And 11 days after treatment all symptoms were improved under the VAS 1-2 except for epigastric lump sensation. Conclusions : After treatment with Anjungsan, patient showed improvement in all symptoms associated with peptic ulcer.

        한방 복합치료로 호전된 섬유근통 증후군 치료 1례

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of oriental medical combined treatment on the fibromyalgia syndrome patient. Methods : Oriental medical combined treatment was administered during 3 weeks at 2 times admissions. The improvement of clinical symptom was evaluated by VAS(visual analogue scale), SF-MPQ(short form-McGill pain questionnarie) and PRS(pain rating scale), change of tender points. Results : After treatment, the patient's VAS score was reduced to 3-5, 4-5 point. First admission, there is no observable change in the SF-MPQ. But, Second admission, SF-MPQ score was reduced from 16 to 6. The PRS score was reduced from 72 to 24, from 75 to 48 respectively. Tender points was reduced generally. Conclusions : Oriental medical combined treatment for the fibromyalgia syndrome patient was effective. Although this case presented valuable result, further research is encouraged to confirm the effectiveness of this treatment with large number of patient.

        차세대 원전 대형 압력용기용 고강도 SA508 Gr.4N Ni-Cr-Mo계 저합금강 개발

        There is a growing need to introduce advanced pressure vessel steels with higher strength and toughness for the optimizatiooCn of the design and construction of longer life and larger capacity nuclear power plants. SA508 Gr.4N Ni-Cr-Mo low alloy steels have superior strength and fracture toughness, compared to SA508 Gr.3 Mn-Mo-Ni low alloy steel. Therefore, the application of SA508 Gr.4N low alloy steel could be considered to satisfy the strength and toughness required in advanced nuclear power plants. The purpose of this study is to characterize the microstructure and mechanical properties of SA508 Gr.4N low alloy steels. 1 ton ingot of SA508 Gr.4N model alloy was fabricated by vacuum induction melting followed by forging, quenching, and tempering. The predominant microstructure of the SA508 Gr.4N model alloy is tempered martensite having small packet and fine Cr-rich carbides. The yield strength at room temperature was 540MPa, and it was decreased with an increase of test temperature while DSA phenomenon occurred at around $288^{\circ}C$. Overall transition property of SA508 Gr.4N model alloy was much better than SA508 Gr.3 low alloy steel. The index temperature, $T_{41J}$, of SA508 Gr.4N model alloy was $-132^{\circ}C$ in Charpy impact tests, and reference nil-ductility transition temperature, $RT_{NDT}$ of $-105^{\circ}C$ was obtained from drop weight tests. From the fracture toughness tests performed in accordance with the ASTM standard E1921 Master curve method, the reference temperature, $T_0$ was $-147^{\circ}C$, which was improved more than $60^{\circ}C$ compared to SA508 Gr.3 low alloy steels.

        490MPa급 플럭스코어드 와이어의 스패터, 흄, 미세조직 및 기계적 성질에 미치는 Al, Mn, Si의 영향

        This paper is concerned with effects of Al, Mn and Si contents on spatter, fume, microstructure and mechanical property with 490MPa Grade Flux Core Wire(FCW). Ten kinds of FCW were fabricated by varying Mn, Si and Al contents and each FCW was weld for check the amount of spatter and fume generations, microstructures and mechanical property. Amount of spatter and fume generations was decreased with the increasing Si contents and decreasing by Al contents in FCW. And, their microstructure of weld metal were changed by Mn, Al and Si contents in FCW. With increasing of Al and Si, acicular ferrite was fine and volume fraction of acicula ferrite was increased. Thereby leading to improvement of Charpy impact property and strength.

        척추관 협착증 환자의 보행능력과 요추 주변 근육 단면적의 상관관계 연구

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between walking ability of lumbar spinal stenosis patients and the cross-sectional area (CSA) of lumbar paraspinal muscles. Methods This study was carried out on 62 lumbar spinal stenosis patients who had limited walking abilities because of neurogenic claudication (NC). All patients received more than 2 weeks of complex treatment at Mokhuri Neck&Back Hospital. CSA of lumbar paraspinal muscles was measured from axial T2-weighted MRI and divided by CSA of adjacent vertebral body to avoid influence of body statues (RCSA-Relative CSA). Pain Free Walking Distance and Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) was measured before and after treatment. Results The Pain Free Walking Distance had significantly increased in patients who had bigger RCSA of psoas muscle (r=0.313, p<0.05). Conclusions The psoas muscle can be a predictive factor for restoring walking ability of lumbar spinal stenosis patients who have limitations walking. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2016;26(3):109-117)
