도시재생사업의 전·후 비교분석 : 13개 도시재생 선도지역 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate the project performance of the urban regeneration leading areas selected in 2014. In the case of urban regeneration projects, although qualitative evaluation of the satisfaction felt by the residents in the areas is important, objective and quantitative evaluation of the project performance is also important. Therefore, this study aimed to quantitatively evaluate project performance by comparing objective data at the time of project selection (before selection) of the urban regeneration leading areas with those at the time when the projects were completed. This study verified the performance between before and after the projects using decline indicators such as population, the number of businesses, and the number of employees based on the census output area space units of 13 leading areas designated in 2014. Populations and the numbers of businesses decreased by 6 ~ 70% of the 13 regions, but the numbers of workers increased in the majority of the areas. As such, diverse indicators to measure project performance through big data analysis according to the objectives of projects should be developed and methods to use the indicators should be presented.

인구저성장시대의 도시유형에 따른 도시계획 수립 방안 연구

Growth-oriented urban master plan has been established up to now but it is time to prepare low population growth because our country has reached a plateau after the rapid growth period. Therefore, this study intends to classify type of cities by reflecting change in circumstances such as low birthrate, aging and increase in single household and then, to find out establishment measure of urban master plan and political considerations as per the type. First, as for a growth type, it is all right to set up an urban master plan according to the one suggested in the guidelines for urban master planning but it is required to have planned management on the outskirts of a city to prevent extension and thoughtless development. Second, as for a low growth and stagnant type, it is most important to set up planned population through forecast of natural increase and social increase and then, it is required to establish a landuse plan. In addition, it is required to have city management through growth control to prevent thoughtless development and to do planned administration. Third, as for a decreasing type, it is required to have a compact type urban plan and to control the area without development through alteration of use district.

도시정비사업에서의 위성영상과 GIS 활용 방안 연구

최근 위성영상이 도시계획 및 관리에 필요한 정보를 획득하는 수단으로 큰 각광을 받고 있지만 도시계획 분야에서는 위성영상이 현황을 설명하는 보조 자료나 지도를 대신하는 베이스맵으로만 이용되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 도시정비사업의 정비예정구역 지정을 위해 사용되는 각종 지표를 표현할 수 있는 세부측정항목을 추출해 내고, 이렇게 설정된 세부지표 측정을 위해 위성영상과 GIS를 활용하였다. 위성영상과 GIS를 연계하면, 도시정비사업의 정비예정구역 지정을 위한 각종 지표들을 정량적으로 파악 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 정비예정구역의 지표특성을 기초로 하여 정비유형을 결정하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것이다. Recently, the satellite image is getting large spotlight as a way for getting necessary information of urban planning and management, but the satellite image is only used to explain the status or basemap instead of paper map in urban planning works. From this study we derived the detail indexes to fix the boundary of urban improvement project, for measuring these indexes used with satellite image and GIS. the linkage of GIS and satellite image let us to catch the indexes and contribute to improvement type deciding in Urban Improvement Project.

효율적인 무선자원 할당을 위한 QoS 관리자의 설계

현재의 인터넷 망을 이용하여 음성, 화상 정보를 실시간으로 이용하고자 하는 다양한 응용이 시도되어 왔다. 인터넷 망이 최선의 노력(best effort)만을 제공하기 때문에 발생되는 신뢰성과 지연의 문제는 이미 많은 연구가 있어왔고 현재 어느 정도의 서비스 품질을 획득하여 인터넷폰과 같은 서비스가 실제로 이용되고 있다. 그러나 무선 통신의 경우는 이에 더하여 무선 구간에서의 자원 할당의 문제가 남아 있다. 본 연구에서는 코어 망으로 인터넷 프로토콜을 사용하는 차세대 망에서, 무선 이동단말 간의 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능하도록 효율적인 주파수 할당을 지원하는 QoS 관리자를 설계하였다. 제안한 QoS(Quality Of Service) 관리자는 요구 대역폭이 다른 멀티미디어 호 요청에 대해 융통성 있는 주파수 할당이 가능하도록 대국의 QoS 관리자와의 협상을 통해 제한된 범위 내에서 서비스 품질을 조절하여 보다 높은 서비스 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 한다.

경영학자들의 경영 자문을 통한 산학협동: 한국경영학회의 경영 자문사업 사례

본 연구에서는 경영학자들이 참여한 한국경영학회의 경영 자문사업 사례를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 전문 컨설턴트 및 경영자문단과 차별화된 경영학자 경영 자문의 특징을 발견하고, 이러한 경영학자의 경영 자문 활동이 하나의 산학협력 방안으로 작용할 수 있도록 추진 방향을 제시하였다. 벤처기업 및 중소기업의 경우 고가 컨설팅회사의 경영 자문을 받는 것은 현실적으로 어렵다. 이에 한국경영학회는 벤처기업 및 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 2017~2018년 동안 경영자문위원회를 신설하여 경영 자문사업을 진행하였다. 한국경영학회는 벤처기업협회 및 IBK기업과 협력하여 기관이 선정한 유망 중소기업에 대해, 자문 희망분야 및 현안에 적합한 경영학자를 할당하였다. 자문 기간은 6개월로 경영학자는 주 1회 기업을 방문하여 자문하는 것을 원칙으로 진행하였고, 자문 종료 후 자율적으로 2차 자문을 요청 및 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 한국경영학회의 경영 자문 사례에서 나타난 경영학자 경영 자문의 특징은 다음과 같다. 기업의 현장 이슈에 관련된 강의 수요가 존재한다는 것과 장기적 관점에서 기업경영 방향에 대한 교육수요에 대응하였다는 점이다. 이 외에도 경영학자는 이론적으로 타당한 경영시스템, 사례에 기초한 성공적 경영방식 등의 지식을 통해 보편적이고 현장맞춤형 해결책을 제시하였다. 자문 기간 및 진행 과정 또한 6개월 이상으로 단기간의 해결책이 아닌 장기간 경영 자문을 수행하여, 경영시스템을 근본적으로 개선한 경영전략 방향성을 자문하였다. 이러한 경영학자의 경영 자문은 성과의 불확실성과 적은 보수에 따른 경영 자문 의욕의 저하가 나타날 수 있다. 또한, 즉각적이고 구체적인 해결방안을 바라는 기업에 대해 낮은 빈도로 장기간 지속하는 경영학자의 자문은 부적합 할 수도 있다. 그러나 경영 자문 활동 이외에도 자문 사례를 통한 연구성과 및 조교와 인턴십을 활용한 인재-일자리 확보 등을 통해 점차 바람직한 산학협력의 일환으로 자리 잡을 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 경영학자의 경영 자문이 안정적으로 자리 잡기 위해서는 벤처기업 및 중소기업과 관련된 유관기관의 긴밀한 협력 및 지원이 필요하고, 이에 관한 실증적 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. In this study, the case of management consulting project of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration was analyzed in which business scholars participated. Through this, the characteristics of management consulting by business scholars were discovered and directions for future promotion were suggested. The Korean Academic Society of Business Administration conducted management consulting projects from 2017 to 2018. Business scholars were assigned to advise on promising SMEs selected by the Korea Venture Business Association and Industrial Bank of Korea. The characteristics shown in the above case are as follows. There is a demand for lectures related to corporate field issues. Business scholars responded to this demand for education. Moreover, business scholars consulted on theoretical management systems and successful management methods based on cases. They worked on solving fundamental problems by conducting management consulting for over 6 months. In addition to management consulting in the future, it is expected to increase research performance through advisory cases and secure human resources and jobs using students. Through this, these activities can be established as desirable industry-university cooperation. In order for these activities to be stably established, cooperation and support from organizations are required, and empirical research on this should be conducted.

무선 애드 혹 네트워크에서 효과적인 메시지 전달을 위한 Directional Partial Dominant Pruning 알고리즘

이동 애드 혹 네트워크에 있어서 브로드캐스팅을 실현할 때에 전달 메시지가 과중하게 중복 발생하는 것을 줄이기 위해 메시지를 수신하고 전달하는 역할을 맡는 전탈 노드들을 in-fly 형태로 지정하도록 하는 기법 중 가장 실용적인 것으로는 PDP(Partial Dominant Pruning) 기법[1]을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PDP를 확장하여 방향성 안테나를 이용하는 애드 혹 네트워크에 있어서 전달 노드들의 수는 물론, 이때 수반되는 안테나 요소 수를 동시에 줄이도록 하는 확장된 DPDP (Directional PDP) 기법을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 사용 안테나 요소 수(K)가 증가함에 따라 선정되는 전달 노드의 수는 전 방향 안테나를 사용하는 경우에 비해 다소 증가하지만 안테나 요소 별 평균 전달 노드 수와 노드 별 메시지 중복 수신 수에서는 모두 PDP 기법에 비해 우수함을 보였다. The most efficient method to reduce duplicated messages is a partial dominant pruning for receiving and forwarding messages by in-fly format on the mobile ad hoc network. In this paper, we propose directional partial dominant pruning method by expanding partial dominant pruning for reducing not only number of forwarding nodes but number of antenna elements on the ad hoc network with directional antennas. by simulation, we prove superiority that average number of forwarding nodes for each antenna element and the ratio of duplicated messages for each nodes rather than existing partial dominant pruning method though the number of antenna elements are increasing rather than in case of using omni antennas.

지능형 기업신용평가 시스템의 개발

Credit rating represent an assessment of the relative level of risk associated with the timely payments required by the debt obligations. Credit rating is essential for the capital market to works efficiently. The results of credit rating by a professional agency are major criteria to banks` decision of loans and their terms. There are three domestic credit rating agencies. They use judgmental methodology rather than scientific and quantitative tools. In the period of economic liberalization, more attention is paid to the development of scientific credit rating system. The traditional techniques for creidit rating are statistical models such as MDA, probit, and logit. Artificial intelligence techniques such as inductive learning and neural network have been applied for credit rating since late 1980`s. In this research, we developed NICE-AI, which is the first credit rating system based on the neural network models. NICE-AI is available in the commercial information service, NICE-TIPS by National Information & Credit Evaluation In.
